I'm going to be polite all I can say is never again!!! The owner Connie is very arrogant rude & had a ugly nasty attitude she cursed at me because one of her NEW mechanics left things off my vehicle which I addressed with him & he admitted to a very nice fella! However, Afterwards all she could say was "I stand behind my mechanics." No apology or anything!!! But mind you he was new her words not mine

I pulled in today in the middle of a crisis. My car randomly started over heating and I needed to get to my dad shop in Edmond. I came in and talked to Ms. Connie the owner and one of her mechanics looked at my car and noticed I had a tear in one of my hoses. My dad and uncle are both mechanics so Ms. Connie let me wait inside to see if I could figure something out and unfortunately I was not able to. I am almost 4 months pregnant, it s hot outside, I m in crisis, and I m emotional as heck, but Ms. Connie assured me that she and her mechanic would try something to help me get to Edmond. They ended up getting something done for me and putting in antifreeze. They were helpful and so so kind even tho she was a mechanic short! They are busy and I definitely believe they know what they re doing! I will always keep them in mind and hopefully be able to repay them at some point! Definitely recommend coming here!Service: Auto maintenance

Connie goes the extra mile for her customers! I went through a rollercoaster trying to get my car serviced through my extended warranty and whenever they gave me any sort of pushback she informed me of the right way to go about it and really looked out for me during the entire process. I heard she has been in the business for 40 years and it s rightfully so because I truly believe it s because she puts the customers first!Service: Transmission

This place is amazing my husband hurt himself at work and had to have surgery it was the same time the ice storm happened we were leaving the hospital and realized the driver's side door wouldn't shut and had to tie till we could get into town and we had stopped at another place to see if someone could take a look and they wouldn't but then we stopped here and a man came out and figured the problem out right then and there with no charge and was kind and we were thankful for that! Had my car worked on and they were quick and the pricing was good and we will be using them again in the future if needed!

Dropped vehicle off for electrical repair on scheduled appointment (Wednesday 1 Dec). Picked vehicle up on Friday evening. Stopped at store before heading home. Opened door and cover fell off of area that had been disassembled. Clip was broken and someone attempted to glue it back. I took the broken piece and went back to find out why it wasn t simply replaced $29 part. At first the comment was this is what happens on older model vehicles. I simply asked why wasn t it stated when I picked the vehicle up. Was told the mechanic said it was like that when he got it. I have no problem with the work of even the $270 bill, but I believe in integrity. I didn t put the proxy on the part and it s evident that it was a fresh application where the clip(s) were broken. As stated I wouldn t have brought it back if it was like that. I could not do the work, which was why I took it to them in the first place. All I can say is that since the mention is to have a blessed day and other comments that mention God, why can t integrity be a characteristic that s practiced. I appreciate the work to fix the electrical problem, but I definitely won t return and I ll share experience with my co-workers on the base.I want to provide an update. I spoke with Ms. Connie on yesterday regarding my issue with a member of her staff. Although it came down to it being my word against theirs, Ms. Connie offered to replace the part. I explained to her that I already purchased the part and had it installed. I also explained that it was not about the part because I would have actually been more than happy to pay for that, as well. Someone tried to glue the part back and it didn t work. My thing was saying that they received it like that. Connie went above and beyond to make things right, which to represents someone who prides themselves and their business on providing exceptional customer service. She explained some hardships in the company, but still insisted on replacing the part or compensating me for it. I asked that she just pass that cost on to help someone else that might need vehicle repairs, but cannot afford them. I m blessed to be in a position to do such, but I wanted to tell Ms. Connie Thank You!Service: Electrical repair

The place is overall charging double pricing for diagnosing and scanning That woman name Connie is a scammer My car is still running bad Bad Business I would not recommend no one to go there just unprofessionally ripping customers off.

Told $180 for labor charged $200 not ridiculous but driving home after having the starter replaced the CV shaft on the driver's side breaks loose , had it towed to another shop I know while standing there we all saw no bolts in the CV connecting it to the front differential AWD car . Called told they didn't touch that part , starter is right above it and its the only way out for it . Told someone must have worked on it . No one but jacks touched that car . Don't go here you will get your car back messed up.

As a single female, mechanics often try to take advantage of me, but that was NOT the case here. Connie seems very honest and fair with all of her customers. I was driving across the country and needed some repairs. I was in and out quickly and back on the road in no time. I feel lucky to have found this place and would recommend it to other travelers and locals.Service: Body & Trim

Extremely helpful! My car lost power steering 100 feet from Jack's. I pulled in and they immediately knew what was wrong after lifting the hood. Unfortunately it was almost 6 o'clock, so they couldn't fix it until the next day. The owner drove me home and picked me up the next day so I wouldn't have to get a cab. My car was fixed the next day at a great price. The prices and service were all excellent! Would definitely recommend Jack's.

I am in the market for a used car and wanted to have a mechanic look at the vehicles I made a final decision. A friend of mine found Jack's, so I went there to explain my situation. Everyone I spoke with was nice and helpful. I was quoted a reasonable price to have the vehicle checked under $50. Even better, the mechanic examined the vehicle within an hour.The owner was a pleasure to talk to she even wished me well with my purchase. Give this place a try if you want to work with friendly, fast, and honest people.

Very quick and very reasonable. Father-in-law came into town and his car was showing oil pressure problems. Dealer wanted around $300 to diagnose and fix it, and they wouldn't get to it that day and maybe not the next. Took it to Jacks and they diagnosed and fixed it for less than half that price and had it in and out within half a day. Excellent service and very quick. Good people and easy to deal with. Would recommend to everyone I know

Connie and the mechanic was amazing! They found a gas leak after fixing my radiator, I would of never known I had a gas leak, the car could of cought fire with me in it. A BIG TY TO JACKS AUTOMOTIVE FOR FIXING MY CAR! I will be back! If you want great service and good quality work then Jack's is your place! Thanks again Connie from the bottom of my heart!

Terrific! I am a road warrior and travel all over the United States via a truck for my construction job. I get my truck inspected quiet regularly so I have lots of experiences with mechanics. My truck is high mileage and older and the shop could have taken me for a ride on repairs but they didn t! This shop stands out as a very transparent and fair shop. I wish I lived in OKC so they could work on all my vehicles.

Turned my truck in the morning to have basically the front suspension rebuilt. They inspected it and told me what needed to be done. All four shocks, both lower a-frames, tie rod ends and a belt! Said it would be a day or two to finish it. Got a call that afternoon it was finished! Great service, honest advice, Connie knows her stuff! Used them to do all my major repairs to our vehicles and will continue to do so.

I've never been an actual customer of theirs but I have made inquiries on service and cost. Also a long time ago my roommate did take her car to them and I must say it's no 10 bay shop just a little hole in the wall place with AMAZING customer service and EXCELLENT prices. I was going to save around $500.00 to get my alternator fixed through them. I called at least 4 other shops and by far they had the best estimate. When I went with my roommate she was sure it was the transmission b/c several places told her that was the problem. At Jack's he told her, "I'm not going to fix your car!" As she looked confused he let her know that she just needed to go to the part store and get something and she could do it herself instead of him charging her for fixing it and just waisting her money. That stuck with me and hopefully I don't need anything fixed soon but when I do, I'll be calling them.

Connie is so super nice she explained everything and told me to go get a new battery and I haven't had any issues since. I really appreciate them being upfront and honest with me. Great quality and professional service for a low price. They completed my repair ahead of schedule. The owner Connie is very nice, and she gave me extra time after they closed to pickup my vehicle. I will definitely use them for my future repairs.

Had car trouble headed West on I40 and stopped here to have it checked out. The mechanics were very helpful and took a look at our vehicle even though they were busy. They let my wife and I (and our dog) hang out in the air-conditioned office while they fixed us up and we were back on the road in no time. Very nice folks, very knowledgeable and highly recommended!

We broke down while traveling home to Colorado. This place was awesome. They sent a tow truck to get our car. We was starving so they gave us a ride to get something to eat while they worked on our car. They done a wonderful job and got it done very quickly. The owners was very nice and sweet to us. Would recommend this place to everyone I will never forget their kindness

My first time going to this place to work on my car and it's my first time writing a review for a company. I love this place! The service was quick and the price was excellent. The lady at the front desk has a lot of knowledge about vehicles. She's amazing! The guys in the shop did a great job on the car. I recommend Jacks for anyone who wants a local auto repair shop that they can trust.

In operation Since 1983. Affordable and Quick service. Connie is very friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and let me know all the details. Never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Definitely making this my go to shop.

Best place I have found d to work on my family's cars. They have done work on my hubby's truck and I will be taking in my tahoe when I have the $ saved up. I also encourage my boys to take thier cars there when they need them looked ar at least to make sure the are getting a fair price from someone else.

Was told work needed to be done that come to find out was ok. Going to hav a vehicle inspection for new state registration soon so we'll see if all the work was dun they said they did. Be careful and get 2 opinions not related or mentioned to another to cover ur butt. Paid more than was necessary but it has to b dun at the time.

Wow. Jack s took me in in my time of need. Mike, Pam and the entire team were incredible. Was on a cross country move and had unexpected car issues the day after July 4th. They not only made time to squeeze me in but also they took the time to explain everything to me. Diligent, professional and amazing. If you ever need help in the OKC area, go to Jack s!

My car had broken down a mile from here had it towed! From that point on Connie welcomed me helped me and kept me updated through the whole process and always assured me that she would fix my issue which is one not many mechanics would take time out to do had taken it several places and they could not figure it out took it here they really wanted to fix your my issue and provide the best possible service! Took my 2006 Volvo V70 in for a timing belt change and new struts. Got the car back running well, but it had a check engine light and a slight rattle in the front. Asked the shop about it, and they invited us to take it back in to get everything checked out. Got it back again the same day we dropped it off, all problems fixed, free of charge. Service was fast, friendly, and affordable. Highly recommend.

Ms Connie is the best! HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY business which is damn near impossible to find nowadays! Dont spend all of your money trying to fix the problem yourself (like I did) take it by her shop and I promise she will hook you up! The mechanic I took my Acura to before Jack's told me they was going to charge me $175 just to hook up a Diagnostics machine and Ms Connie had my car completely fixed for $67!!! I guarantee I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but Jack's. I always say "good business always comes back" and that's exactly what you will get from here Thanks again Ms Connie!
