I don't think I've been to a Discount Tire that didn't provide great service. I do need to comend Dave, who I think is the manager, for how patient he was when dealing with customers. While I waited for my car to get finished, I witnessed his interactions. I honestly can't say I'd have been able to put up with some of the people coming in. Thankfully, Discount Tire has employees like him

I went in for an air pressure check. I ended up getting honked at by another customer but whatever. Zach finished what he was doing and came over to the car. He even greeted us and told us it would be just a bit while they finished the car they were on. He came over and was very friendly and got our tires aired up no problem. He also let us know that a few extra PSI is good because of the cold weather. I love Discount Tire, especially this one.

Went to get my tires fitted on 10/26/2020 and all was good until I washed my car today (11/06/2020). Found damages on all 4 of my wheels. Honestly thought they would do a better job at being careful with a customer's set of wheels when mounting tires. This review does NOT reflect customer service or sales, they do a fantastic job.

We always buy our tires at discount tire because they seem to always have the best prices and they have locations all over the place. Also you get some perks if you buy thier tires they'll rotate them for the life of the tire as long they still have tread. The staff is here is super friendly and very hard working. From the moment they unlock the door in the morning they're pretty flooded with customers but they still manage to get you done in a timely manner. Also if you decided to stay they and wait on your car they have plenty of seating, free coffee, and noticed bottled water.

They did awesome on my truck. People there are really helpful and polite. They went above and beyond my expectations. Had me in and out quick even went and picked up tire from another location was still done in lil over a hour.

I have been with discount tires for years now and never had a problem with any of them until a couple months ago when they didn t tell me they were out of the tires I wanted after I went in for my appointment. So the sales rep told me he was going to upgrade the tires to Yokohama for the same price I got back home and looked at the tires they put on they weren t Yokohama tires they were Continental tires, Walmart specials So when I went back the next morning, the guy told me he did upgrade them and I told him how do you upgrade a 60,000 mile tire to a 50,000 continental The moral of the story is make sure you have the right tires that you want on your car before you leave there because that sales rep was nothing but a liar!!! I did finally get my Yokohama tires after losing my valuable time going back-and-forth!!!

They had the tires we needed in stock. We didn't have an appointment, but they got us in and took care of it, 4 new tires on in a couple of hours. Ethan at this location was very helpful and friendly.

Best price I could find locally. Had the tires I wanted in stock no waiting. Michael is the guy who helped me out with the selection and size of my tires, couldn't be happier. Go see him.

From the time I walked into the store, I was greeted and was helped. I actually told him what I was looking for and needed to stay in a certain price range, he explained everything to me. I walked away happy.

I went in months ago to get a quote on some wheels and tires for my Subaru Ascent. I worked with Sean. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was very helpful in pulling up a quote. I went back in yesterday to finally order my tires and wheels. Fortunately Sean was there again and helped me. I got my tires ordered, he mentioned a wheel that was in stock over the original one I chose. I went with his suggestion. My tires came in overnight, I went in had them installed, was maybe there an hour and I couldn t be happier with the choice I made. I appreciate Sean and the rest of the team being super helpful. Discount will be my choice in the future for further needs.

I bought my tires from them and have had to have them repaired from running over nails and such. Never once have they given me a hard time and since I got the extended coverage I've never paid a single penny. Great guys that are always willing to help and they do a fantastic job of getting you out quickly!!

I've bought several tire here and the service is dropping in quality for sure. Seems as though they don't hire ppl who are knowledgeable in this field, or have a poor work ethic. A number of times now I've had to accept what they couldn't do. Well on last visit, said it would take roughly 4 hrs to replace a tire and I'd have to wait. I said I'd just leave tire, and when they replace I'll bring car, back they can then mount, but I couldn't sit there for 4 hrs. They said I'd have to start over once tire was ready. I come back when tire is ready 3hrs. later, and they say another hrs and a half to get in and mounted and spare put back. They say I'm ready for pick up so I return and they tell me can put spare back on cause cables were tangled and dangling and wouldn't work they say they'll give another look and try, then I get under car and do all myself. They said they never seen a safety cable on them and assumed it was tangled. At that point I figured the guys at Carl's Jr. Knew more about cars and tires than these clowns. But it can't look that good on you when you are standing in parking lot watching customer do your job, in front of other customers. Needless to say I now have very low expectations of this company and will be double checking all their work, and would advise everyone to do the same.

Check your lugs when you leave.I went for a tire rotation as part of my warranty and left with loose lugs on all four wheels. I get on the highway and notice strange noises and immediately go home and check them. Sure enough, half the lugs aren t even torqued, I guess that s an extra cost.They re lucky I know about cars, this could cost someone their life. They also like to treat your property like a toy, making comments about the exhaust and mods.If you care about your car, go somewhere else or do it yourself.

2 new warrantied tires in 33 minutes. Explained how it happened yesterday, got it dropped off yesterday as they were closing and set it up to be first in the shop this morning when they opened. They had already pulled the correct size and got them ready to go yesterday. As I was paying the new tires we re going back on

Told me if I bought two tires my tire pressure monitor would go off!! So I paid 340. It didn t then they told me I had to buy 4 new ones?? ScammersI have names of associates who told me this who I won t name publicly

I had bought four new Yokohama tires acouple of years ago, and purchased the warranty too. Today I found a slice in one of my tires, and it was showing the steel belts, so they ordered a new tire for me, and there was no charge, except for the new warranty for the tire and it only cost me $44, instead of $225 for the tire, installment fee $25, and disposal fee $15. So be wise, and always buy the warranty, when you buy new tires. Thank you Discount tire!

Chipped a rim on my car after repairing a nail in my tire. They say it was already there but I just purchased the car less than 24 hours prior and 10 minutes prior to the service, I put air in that same tire, and there was no chip or scratch. They were all kind and friendly, but will not take responsibility for the damage.

Really great service with friendly employees. I was in and out in just an hour. Some really great deals to be had as well. I got $125 off a set of brand new tires. Prices are competitive with other big retailers such as Costco.

These guys are awesome!!!Our experience today was wonderful. Customer service is top notch. The guys in the shop worked late to get us two new tires so we could get back on the road AND they didn't grumble, complain or cuss.(Their competitor turned us away when they had another hour before closing)YOU GUYS ROCK THANKS DISCOUNT TIRE !!!

Took my wife's car up for a tire rotation. Sean asked "whose next" with a grumpy frustrating face. No smile or greeting. Sean went out and said the very outside tread was 1mm to thin and declined to rotate our tires. He only wanted to sell 2 new tires. I measured the tread with a depth micrometer and it was thicker than what he said. He didn't sell 2 new tires to us, needless to say. Been going here a long time but no more. Not with that crooked grumpy customer service.

Jonny assessed my tire and the crew was able to fix it without replacing it and they rotated my tires. The location in Shawnee replaced the tire in March 2023. Unfortunately, the crew there forgot my hubcap on the old tire and they didn't tighten the bolts on the new tire all the way.

Very nice store and was greeted with courteously. Was helped with information about a new service and product service. As with anything there are always little things you have to pay. Valve stems, balancing, mounting and tires all essential for good riding tires...

I tried this store for the last time today. I needed a roast and balance done after a front end alignment. One front tire had slight wear on the inside, however, it was still in good shape. The tire has 7/32 tread, but since it was worn uneven the would not even do a rotate and balance and were only interested in selling me 2 new $300 tires which they would ONLY install on the rear of the vehicle.
