Beware of Baileys Ford in CushingI ve never dealt with such terrible business practices in my life. I decided to get rid of the big car payment and just work towards no debt , so I stopped in and looked at a cheaper vehicle. The salesman couldn t seem to give me a trade offer, asked my payoff I stated 35 something and he said he d call me with the trade amount shortly. He calls back, offers 33,000. I decide to take it just to get rid of the payment. I get back into the dealership and my payoff totals at 35,691. He then tries stealing $500 from my trade in amount with no good explanation at all, saying that my payoff changed, so his trade offer changed.I try explaining that s not correct because no matter what my payoff is, the extra comes from my pocket. He calls my banker, my banker tries explaining this also. He just blatantly refuses to listen to anyone.So, I take the step to call the main dealership in Okmulgee. They immediately step in and fix the problem. The deal continues to process and then I go in to fill out paperwork. The salesman decides to come into the room with me, almost as a bullying tactic to tell me I just want you to know I was right when I took that $500, but I m gonna go ahead and let you have it I immediately inform him that he s not right and he gets up and walks out.I finally finish and have to immediately leave for softball games.That evening I notice an issue with the transmission, by this time the dealership is closed. I immediately call the next morning at 8am to make them aware of the problem.The GM/Salesman for the Cushing dealership refuses to make the deal right by fixing the car. He calls me and informs me that I can just bring it back and cancel the sale or I can fix it myself.He also states that if I bring it back he will fix it to resell it, but he refuses to fix it for me.He refuses to work with me on making this right at all, taking the car I purchased back from me instead of repairing it like any other decent dealership would do makes no sense at all.I have tried reaching back out to Okmulgee, but he somehow has forced them to no longer help either because it s his deal overall Bobby Brock is just truly not a good person. This has been nothing short of exhausting and now also financially straining to work with him. Please, just beware. He will sell vehicles claiming they re one owner only to find out that s a lie, that they re very dependable only to have a bad transmission the next day that he will stick you with. Please, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else because he won t be a good human when it comes down to doing right by people and Bailey Motors has him there with absolutely no one to answer to other than himself and he gets to do whatever he wants, even if it s wrong.

Bought a car a month ago from Bob. My family has bought 3 or more cars and trucks from them. Excellent customer service. Very good deals and I got a beautiful car

Service department customer service horrible! Scheduled last week to have our rescue truck recall fixed. Arrived 25 minutes early for the 30-minute inspection and was told "oh sorry can't do it until this afternoon, leave the truck and we will get to it later." Last time I checked that's why you make an appointment, so you don't wait. This inspection was only to see if it needed to be fixed and if so, they would need to order the part that they don't keep in stock which again would require us to take the primary rescue truck out of service again for a day or more because they don't honor their appointments. This is the reason we stopped using you and took our entire Ford fire fleet to Bristow Ford. They have great customer service and take great care of the fire departments but unfortunately, they don't do this type of repairs anymore because I would have never had to waste my time on you. I was hoping customer service got better over the last few years with turnover, but I was wrong. After calling another Ford dealer several miles away, this repair, if needed, only takes an hour and they even have the part in stock. We will NEVER recommend or use Cushing Quality Ford! Go ahead and delete this but it won't be the only place I give you a horrible review.

A good source for some rare parts.Parts lady is always helpful. She will hunt through the warehouse for parts listed but not in proper place.

Bob has always been friendly and offered us great deals on new vehicles. Our last 4 vehicles were purchased at Quality Ford, Inc. and if we decide to get another vehicle in the future... it will be Bob who gets our business!!! No one else!

Very poor service and i do not recommend this place at all. Their website shows that there service department is open on Saturday and from 9 to 1 so I schedule an appointment for 9. Granted I got there 20 minutes late but they sent everybody home when I got there So I tried to schedule another appointment but he won't schedule for a Saturday anymore. Car dealerships should be about customer service but this place is shady. They need to change there website then if their not open on saturdays.

I took the company van in to get the spark plugs replaced. They quoted me a fair price, then found a failing ignition coil and replaced it as well. The total cost came in lower than the original quoted price. No one likes to spend money on car repairs, but Quality Ford made it a fairly painless experience. I'll go back.

I experienced bad salesmanship, poor inventory, and trashy customer service. I felt like the place was cheap - similar to a 1970s porno film. I didn't want to touch anything inside.Long story short, I requested that they order me four identical F-150s (body style, color, etc.). After getting the run around for a few days, I finally dropped them like a bad habit. We kind of all expect a car salesman to beat around the bush a little; this place was lie after lie. All they had to say was that they couldn't fill the order - that would have saved me days of frustration.

Liked absolutely nothing. Make sure if you're buying a used vehicle from Bobby you check it over good. He may point out one thing that is obvious and then later on you may find 2 or 3 other things that he tried to hide from you just to keep you interested. Although finance and service was decent the few times I have been there, the salesman, Bobby, which also happens to be the General Manager of the dealership is a smartass liar that needs to find a new profession. I wouldn't trust him again. Someone needs to clock this guy.

I have owned numerous vehicles and the professionalism of this dealership was outstanding..The sales staff helped me find the vehicle that I needed and also give me more for my trade than any other dealership around.. I am extremely pleased and also have several friends that have traded at Quality Ford in Cushing Ok. for many years.

Stood outside in the heat 15-20 min with no one coming to ask if I needed help. But the Schwan truck came up and the employees had no trouble finding it.
