Shawn and his team of employees are simply amazing! They have worked on both mine and my daughter's car - the level at which they break down what has happened into terms that the average person can understand is great. They are fast at getting the job done and getting your car back to you with the work being done correctly. Then they will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied. Their shop is an hour away from us and they are worth the drive every time! I forgot to mention that their prices cannot be beat!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I couldn t be more pleased with the service here. The employees are friendly and respectful, and they really made sure I understood the problems my car was having, and what they did to solve the problems. They are fair and reasonable. These guys are great very up to date on all of the new models from trucks cars automotive knowledgeable from Ford ,Chevy all the top brand vehicles low end as well on all manufacturers models. The shop absolutely well taken care of the facility and the faculty is right on point. Keep the good work up. Thank you for everything.

VERY, VERY DISSATISFIEDWe drove to Cushing OK from Wisconsin.... some issues came up with the car en route - wanted to get it checked out.Got in touch with Onsite Auto - because of the positive reviews we read.Called them on 9/22.... the soonest they could get us in was 10/4,so we scheduled an appointment for 8am on 10/4.When we got there, he said he had a bunch of cars ahead of us, and would be a couple hours before he could even look at our car.We're staying 1.7 miles (2 min) away from Onsite Auto, so instead of just leaving the car sit in his parking lot, we asked him if he'd just call us when he was ready to look at our car.... He said "sure" but it would be "a couple hours."So we went home, and sat by the phone waiting to hear from him.When we'd heard nothing by 12:40 pm we called back. He said his "bays were still full," but he'd still call us as soon as he was able to look at our car.NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM HIM.....Waited All Day....He had scheduled us for that day....12 days after we called, and NOTHING.VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED

5 - Star Shop. I had a hub assembly replaced by this shop today. They squeezed me into schedule, didn't over charge, and completed the work in less than an hour. Great work. I'll be back next time I need work done.

Horrible customer service. I had a water pump/timing belt job done by Frank (claiming to be the owner) back in March. This came with a year warranty. About a month ago, it started skipping. Frank blew me off for about a week then completely stopped responding. I offer to compensate him for his time to come fix a job he messed up and still no answer. The mechanic that fixed it for (I've now paid for the same job twice) showed me where the belts weren't properly placed, timing not in time and the tensioner not correctly installed.

Did a fantastic job. Had taken my pickup to another shop charged me 800 dollars and I drove it 6 blockes and after that it didn't run and they woulded stand behind their work.
