The staff is so awesome that I'll not only go out of my way to buy from them that if I have to I'll wait until the next day if there closed and there's another parts store still open, my thinking is I'll just Wait until tomorrow morning and then go. And that's all due to the people inside. Because a car part is simply a part witch I could get anywhere. It's the people behind the counter at my Napa auto parts store that makes all the different.

Had the part, but the part didn't have an adapter. They accepted the return. A competitor had the right part plus the adapter at no extra charge.
