The Dometic refrigerator went out on my travel trailer as I drove across county. We had stopped at Lake Carl Blackwell Campground in Stillwater, OK. (Great campground) and I saw Jake s business card for his mobile RV repair service. After he arrived, within an hour he had diagnosed the problem.He methodically navigated thru each possible reason for our electrical problem. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Jake was very professional and provided excellent customer service.Though he couldn't fix our problem due to a specific part being needed, he accurately diagnosed the problem and I was able to order the part.
