Best Auto Shop experience I ve had. I have a 07 Toyota forerunner, my brakes needed replaced, and my hatch was not opening. I spoke primarily with Chris at the front desk who communicated with me everything that was going on, the whole team was great to work with. I was made aware on some things I didn t know I needed but overall was able to get the main issues fixed within a few days.Definitely recommend Norm s for anyone needing good service and efficient repairs.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

Norn, THANK YOU !!!You were a "bright spot" in my otherwise difficult trip to Broken Arrow. I live near Kansas City MO and experienced break failure late Saturday evening 85 miles from Broken Arrow. Of coarse there were no repair shops open on Sunday which was to be my day to travel back to KC. You were willing to work me in Monday morning even though I didn't have an appointment. What is more impressive, however, was your line of questions which helped you diagnose an unconventional problem with my brakes. Only an experienced repairman could have figured out the problem with the information you had. Better still, was price and getting a traveler back on the road in less than 15 minutes.Service: Brake service & repair

I can't say enough positive things about Norm, Chris, and the Crew. They have great customer service. I have had so many negative interactions with car mechanics in the past. Norm was recommended by a trusted business in town and I am so thankful to finally have found a place I can take my vehicles to. I highly recommend them!

I'm so happy with the excellent service I get at Norms, it'salways fast and professional. They keep you updated on whats wrong and how much the cost will be. I feel safe in my car after they have done my repairs, knowing it was done right. I highly recommend them. Thank you Norm and Daniel for keeping my car going!

A great experience, as I was reasonably certain it would be. Norm's Auto Clinic was highly recommended by an AutoZone employee. Shortly after arriving, we quickly received a diagnosis, and for a nominal amount, they resolved the problem then and there within an hour. They were personable and professional, so it's very likely we will return. Also, they service both foreign and domestic vehicles.

Hands down this is the best mechanic place I have been to. Norm and his crew are really cool guys but when looking for a mechanic you don't care how cool they are. You are looking for a place where you know that you can trust them with your car. I am here to tell you that this is the place. Fair prices, no hidden fees, and great service!

Have been doing business here for years. Went in this morning to have them check on leaking transmission fluid and had a headlight bulb to replace. Waited at business. They replaced clamps on two transmission hoses, topped off fluid, and changed out the headlight bulb that I had brought. They would not take any payment. Honesty, integrity, and quality work are not the normal in business today. It still is at Norm's.

Could not say a bad thing about Norm and his business!! We were traveling from Iowa and he took time out of his Sunday to help explain and fix an issue with our Ram truck! Hands down, we would do more business with him if he were closer, true southern hospitality!!

The most honest mechanic I have been to since I had a stroke and lost ability of turning my own wrenches. Totally feel comfortable sending my wife there alone and not have to worry if they are going to take advantage of her.

Norm's place is the best in town and probably in the entire eastern region of Oklahoma. I pulled up there in my shitty truck and he repaired a problem if mine for FREE! I will bring my vehicles there if I have any problems i cannot handle with my set of tools. While I was leaving I backed over a concrete parking block and they only asked me to clean it up. Lol. Good people here...

1st time to use Norm's. They completed the repairs in a timely manner at a very fair price. About $200 cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. I highly recommend them.
