I go to them for odd ball parts and they have always come thru. I wish they were closer to me. They always make the drive worthwhile because they do service their customers.

This is small town hospitality at its finest.Pam is extremely knowledgeable in everything under the sun.This is by far the best part store in Oklahoma.And still is by far the best auto parts store with in 100 miles.

Just make sure they ring you up for the correct product you purchase here. I went to the store in Coweta to buy a rotor and ended up needing a star bit to get the rotor off and i went back to helpful friendly people to buy said bit. I ended up buying the wrong size twice!! When I went to return the bits I was reated like a thief and a liar. They rang me up for bits that cost me 8.49 each before tax and when I received $14.10 back I went back to the counter with questions why. They proceeded to tell me that I had different bits than were on the receipts so I am getting upset and they are treating me like I am the one that made a mistake. Then they tell me one of the bits I had was on sale today and that was why I got back so much less than I paid. The the ladies that sold me the part that was different than the receipt helped me and made me feel like my problem was about to be resolved then they hand me $14.75!!! How did that happen???!!! I paid $8.49 before tax for each bit and this is what I am supposed to settle for on my money back?

They have no clue what they are doing. The lady that was helping me kept telling me that the parts i needed were not the parts that i wanted and kept trying to make me buy the most expensive parts that werwnt even close to what i wanted and even when i finally got the parts they were the wrong ones. Went back 3 times and third time i finally got the right parts given to me.

Good place to buy parts they're always ready to wait on you you get the right part the first time even if they're busy they look up least recognize you more than I can say for their competitors

You've got to visit here if you need auto parts. They always go the extra mile to make sure you get the parts you need. Highly recommend using Coweta Napa before any other place. Better parts and better parts people.
