Chris was a huge help to me. Employees that care and go above and beyond are special and not appreciated like they should be. He cared about what I was doing and assisted me multiple times. Its special when someone drops what they are doing to just help you now days and I just want to recognize him and say thank you.Kelley

I live in Cordell and I only use this store when I have to or when the tractor supply doesn't carry what I need. Every time we come thru those doors we are never greeted or asked if we need anything. Let alone I never have help to load up bags of sand outside or soil. I rather use the elk city or Clinton's ace for any of my ACE needs. At least there I get help. Maybe your help doesn't like working weekends but it's sad I rather waste gas for better service.

I live over an hour away from any popular hardware stores such as Home Depot, so Ace is the economical and quicker choice. They just don't have enough choices to choose from. Sometimes I do order online from Amazon and Home Depot as long as the delivery charge is covered by the merchant.

They always greet you when you walk through the door! They are very helpful should you need help finding anything! Very organized and clean!!

I've always had a great experience here. Staff is extremely helpful. Prices are definitely higher than other places but they do have items that other stores don't have.

Tried to return a broken part for 2nd time and wouldnt let me because broke in same spot. spent hundreds of dollars their and this is the customer service I get. no thanks

This is ACE location is actually super nice. The staff is great too. But if you are able to go to ANY other Ace store I would recommend doing that. Cordell is probably the worst place on the planet. Cordell doesn't really like its citizens.

EXCELLENT customer service! During a visit to to my sister I was on a mission to complete a project. Eddie went above and beyond to accomate all of our needs to complete the project. We truly appreciated the friendly service.

Good store. Lumber not available but that's not necessarily an issue for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Store is always clean and well organized.

We are out of state helping my father. His house has needed some help if we need something Cordell Ace Hardware is our first choice . The folks are always friendly and helpfull.

Very knowledgeable & technically proficient staff. Makes getting getting in & out w/what you need fast. If you have the time it's useful to walk the store because it might be suprising what they have.

Lousy service. There were 3 cashiers and none of them could walk us to the product so we had to walk the entire store. I must admit that the popcorn is great, when they decide to make it.

It seems like anymore when you need something some of the workers have no idea what your talking about and if by chance they do know what your looking for they're really not willing to help you i mean it's getting to the point if you really need help with something your in the wrong place

This Ace closes at 6 PM. People that work really have to rush in order to shop.
