Amazing service for a decent price! They showed up very quick and were extremely kind! They even worked with me easily on where to put my car on the property. Definitely will call them again if I need to!

When things get tough and just cant get the right time to do things,or get the deally majigger off I called Jack at Collins to the rescue and took my vehicle to local dealer for me, thank you Jack fast service and great man and good with vehicles!Sincerely, joseph and amandalynn Daugherty.

Absolute life saver. My family and I were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire in the middle of a drive from Chicago to Dallas. My crowbar broke because the lug nuts were on to tight. Collins Towing came when no one else would. He had to spend over an hour helping me because my tire lugs were so screwed up from the last time I had tires put on the car. Most people would have given up, he did not. He literally was a savior. Can t thank or praise enough.

After receiving a recommendation from my insurance company, I called Collins Towing. James reassured me that he would get my issue taken care of while I had him on the phone. He arrived within minutes! After picking up my car he went out of his way to lead me to the area I was trying to get to in the first place before I hit a giant pothole and blew my tire.. (I had someone that picked me up) Then, he called all of the tire shops in town until he found the one that had the correct tire. He took my car there while I saw my hospice patient and told them what I needed. He later checked in with me to make sure everything was taken care of at the tire shop. James provided fantastic service from the moment he answered my call!!Service: Car towing

I would give them 6 stars if I could. These guys literally saved a lady stranded in the middle of nowhere at 2am with a flat tire. They drove over an hour to help me when no other roadside assistance crew was willing to take the job. They were incredibly professional and reassured me that all would be ok. Even gave me his cell in case something went wrong with the spare tire on my journey home. I hope I never have to use them again, but I know who to call if I do.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I never write reviews, but the owner went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded on the turnpike in the evening with no tire shop open for many, many miles. He found me a tire in the junkyard and put it on for me. So grateful for their help and kindness, as a single woman stranded on the road, it meant so much! Thank you again!

Dudes are top notch. Pulled our vehicle out of a mud bog in downtown Miami. Wife's GPS somehow led her down a sketchy alley around construction. Bottomed out the front end. Collins wrecker in the area swung by and pulled us out. I can attest to the very reasonable fees they charge for their services. Yall did me a huge favor. Much Appreciated!Service: Car towing

Wish I could give 6 stars. Fantastic service and fast response even on a late night call. They took care of us, even helped move luggage. They definitely went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a standard tow. I can't recommend them enough, Thank you again for your help!!

Two really nice gentlemen came and helped us refuel on the side of a isolated highway on a Sunday afternoon. It was easy and fast to set up the assistance we required. OMG! I was stranded on 44 east, right before exit 313 heading back to st. louis. Called so many towing companies in that area and they were quoting me off the wall prices or they were closed. Called an auto parts store and I was given Collins Towing's number. From the first to the last person, nothing but respect, consideration, professionalism, and ready to work with you. However, the mechanic that goes by Jack is who I recommend to anyone having car troubles. He gave it to me straight and not being an ass about it. Told me how much towing and the service was going to cost me and what it would look like it for me if the sitch was more difficult. He fixes my car and unexpectedly fed and walked my dog. He exceeded my expectations and it was an honour to meet him and his family. If there were more stars to give him I would.

If ever I need a wrecker service again this will be my first and only choice ! The owner is amazing ! Helped me and my 9 year old that was broke down in the middle of Miami at 9 pm on a Tuesday night ! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart !!
