Nothing but great things to say about my car buying experience. We worked with Kevin and it was great. He wasn t pushy and helped us find the car we didn t know we needed. Everything went so smoothly, and we were in and out with no problems. The finance department was very fast! I don t think Iv ever bought a car this fast!If you re looking for a car ask for Kevin!

I came in for just an oil change but a couple of cars caught my eye. Aaron Nolen was great help. I threw him out a number and he said he could get it done, and he did just that!!! He s a great salesman and did a wonderful job so if y all think ur ride can look better than mine go look him up I bet he can help you.

Only one word is needed for this dealership: AMAZING. Everyone was so nice and helpful! More specifically, Cale Kirtley was beyond wonderful. He was extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and just SO great! He played with my kiddos and helped keep them entertained while paperwork, etc. was being done. During our test drive, he knew the vehicle inside and out, every single detail, and then gave us some time and room to breathe and make a decision. Before we left the dealership, he made sure that I had his personal contact information and told me that I could reach out to him with any questions, concerns, etc. He followed up with me in less than 48 hours to make sure I was still satisfied with my purchase and to make sure that I did not need anything else. I cannot stress enough that he did ALL of this without making me feel suffocated, or pressured to buy.5 stars for Mark Allen, 10 stars for Cale!Scrub that- 10 stars for Mark Allen, because he hired Cale.TEAM CALE K. ALL DAY!I'll never use another dealership again. Thank you all so much for helping me get into a safe, reliable car for my babies.

Great place to buy your next car. We had T.J as our salesman he was great. Joe the finance guy was awesome also. They did awesome on our trade and got us the best rates available at the time. I had a great experience purchasing my 2020 GMC Sierra when going to view it at Mark Allen GMC in Collinsville. I called because of a referral and could not be happier that I did. Our salesman Cale Kirtley was world-class. He was extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable and just overall GREAT!!! He had truck pulled up front and warmed up, so all we had to do was get in and take it for a test drive. During our test drive, he knew the vehicle inside and out, every single detail, and then gave us some time and room to breathe and make a decision, we never felt rushed. Joe the Manager was great also, very easy to deal with and made me feel valued. Before we left the dealership, he made sure that I had his personal contact information and told me that I could reach out to him with any questions, concerns, etc. He followed up with me in less than 48 hours to make sure I was still satisfied with my purchase and to make sure I had my appointment scheduled to get my new tires. I cannot stress enough that he did ALL of this without making me feel suffocated, or pressured to buy. I have always used Mark Allen for all of my service on my other vehicles, but I know now that I will never buy from any other dealership again.

I don t usually leave reviews but after the AMAZING experience that I had I couldn t help it. I usually don t like car dealerships or salespeople because of the reputation they ve made for themselves but Mark Allen Buick was completely different. TJ never once made me feel like he was lying or trying to get over on me, multiple people took notice of my dads army beanie and thanked him for his service, Mark Allen himself came over to speak (which I appreciated because not too many owners bother themselves with coming out and speaking) and if a hiccup arose it was quickly handled and most importantly EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME THOROUGHLY! I left with a brand new car when I only came to look and not only am I happy I ll be sending others and buying all future cars with them. Thank you again for having amazing customer service.

Everything was prepared beforehand, and when we arrived at the dealership we were treated expeditiously and professionally. The dealership is clean and comfortable. The people that we worked with are very knowledgeable about financing as well as the vehicle itself. We could not be happier with the process or the people!

Greeted promptly and the young man remembered me, and it s been months! Very pleasant conversation exchange with him. In the waiting area, which was super clean, there was a super friendly lady wiping surfaces down and it smelled wonderful. There was a Collinsville firefighter in the waiting area and we had the best visit. Oil change didn t take long at all and they washed my car!!!! Best it s looked in months!! It s still shining! The lady at the office was very efficient and I used a coupon from an email you sent me for $10 off. She also applied my points and my oil change was FREE! Also, I know your commercials talk about free oil changes for our first responders, and I saw that happen first hand!!! Wonderful service offered to those who serve. I also noticed a sign as I was pulling out that said back the blue . The dealership lot was full of cars. There was a black widow GMC truck on display outside and wow, what a beauty! Oh and bathrooms were super clean!! It was a pleasure to drive from Pawhuska to get my oil changed!!!

By far the best buying experience we have had, dealing with a dealership. These guys go above and beyond. They are very friendly and good down to earth people. Ron, Bryan, and Joey are great guys who made the whole experience great. Mark Allen and his crew are for the people and making it happen when buying a car. i had the best experience purchasing my 2020 GMC Terrain through this dealership! Cale was my salesman & he was so amazing getting me a good deal and working with in my budget! i also spoke to Mark Allen when deciding about purchasing the car, he even spoke w my mom on facetime & ensured us that he s going to do what s in my best interest. i couldn t be more grateful for my experience! if you re looking at getting a new or used car i definitely recommend this dealership! thank you guys for all your help!!

We are grateful. We had been at another dealer all day. And ended up walking out. We were looking for two vehicles and we had two great trades. We showed up at Mark Allen GMC at 6:15.Lyndsey listened to what we wanted and needed and started working with us to help find exactly what we were after. We left in less time, with TWO new vehicles than when we were at another dealership just trying to make a deal. We will be back. We also appreciated that even though we were there late, we didn t feel rushed or like we were a bother.

We had a great experience with Joe L and Joe the manager. I'm not an easy person and I went into the dealership guarded. I had a terrible experience with the last dealership, and really did not want a car payment, but needed a reliable car. The guys listened to what I wanted and did not push me to spend more than I stated, even though we did. They gave honest opinions about my wants and being able to match that, and get me in something I like and that is reliable. I went to Mark Allen at my uncles suggestion. We left with a vehicle that I am really enjoying and do not regret purchasing. So thank you Joe's for all your help!

Have always had a great experience, even when things are a little stressful. Your team is always respectful and they remember my name. Had an oil change and fuel filter replaced on our 3500 dually and they made sure all six tires had the correct pressure, just because.If you are reading this as a recommendation to purchase from Mark Allen GMC, then you are reading this correctly. They will take great care of you In my humble but accurate opinion.

Mark Allen Buick dealership was the best experience we ever had buying a car! When my husband said let's buy a new car I was sort of dreading it but after the great experience I had with this dealership especially with our sale representative , Ron Scott, I will never dread it again! I will positively recommend this dearlship and Ron! He asked us what we was looking for in a car. He asked key questions that immediately got my wheels to turning. He said you have check off boxes! I guess we did without knowing it. There was no pressures ever! Ron has a great sense of humor, he was kind, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. We started late one evening to look and he never act like it was a bother. Next day he called and said "I got one that checks all the boxes!!" He did too! In fact, he had two! When we picked one he was excited for us. Ron could have said bye and thank you at the door after we signed the paperwork but he didn't! He said come out to the car and let me set you up! That is exactly what he did! He set us up and educate us on our new fancy vehicle! He made me feel happy about our purchase and made my husband confident we made a great deal! Yes, we loved doing business with Mark Allen! Dealership! Yes we would highly recommend them and yes we recommend our top notch sale representative and now friend Ron Scott!

We bought two vehicles from them at the same time We stressed that one of the loans had to be a certain way and they assured us it was. Come to find out it wasn t and now no one wants to talk to me about it except to tell me there s nothing they can do.. I ve left 3 messages for the GM Derek and he doesn t return my calls either I will never do business with them again I feel like they just wanted the sale no matter what they had to do to get it..Edit: Derek the GM called us finally He had a attitude when he called like it was all our faults Said he would call us back the next day and wouldn t leave us hanging.. That was last Thursday and still haven t heard back from him

We purchased our new GMC Sierra at Mark Allen GMC. The purchasing and finance experience was super smooth. Everyone was welcoming right off the bat. Although our initial salesman that we were in contact with was unable to be present, he immediately directed us to another, Lyndsey Blakley. Lyndsey was very professional and went above and beyond to get us the vehicle that we were wanting. He gave us different options and kept our budget in consideration. We are forever grateful for this experience and their staff. We look forward to future purchases at this dealership.

Recently purchased my wife a Denali Yukon from MA GMC and it was the easiest purchase transaction ever. The vehicle and paperwork were ready when we arrived and we were on the road few minutes later. Additionally just had our first service appointment and the service department was excellent. I have purchased from most the dealerships around the area and all have fallen short of the experience I have had with Mark Allen Auto Group.

Service writer sub par. Took my truck in last week. Spoke with Cam. Was advised only after calling him that my truck needed a fuel pump. Gave him the go ahead and was told my truck would be done Friday. Fast forward to damn near closing time Friday with no call. I go to call him and get another gentleman after speaking to three people. Now was told it was going to be done Tuesday. Tuesday and still no call. Wednesday afternoon i finally get a call that is is done. Please make that phone call. Good or bad. People need to know. I had to scramble to find different transportation for the weekend because of this mess. He may be new so ill cut this review some slack.UPDATETruck ended up going back. Kevin told me it was misdiagnosed and that it was actually the fuel composition reading was off. Said I would get a refund for the pump they installed. Since then he has not returned or answered my calls nor called me after getting with accounting to issue a refund. Integrity obviously doesn t go far with you all.

I went to the new the Mark Allen in Collinsville on Feb 28, 2024 to look at their cars and maybe purchasing a new car. I test drove a 2024 white Buick Invista. It wasn t really what I was looking for but I needed a new car since my old one was too dangerous to drive. So we proceeded with the sale and I put a good sized down payment on it and drove it home. On the way home I noticed something wasn t right. I had to go to work early the next day and I realized it didn t have the remote start and some other things just wasn t right. So I went back on my day off on Monday, Mar 4, and told them that this was not the car I test drove. The salesmen made a mockery of me. Said it was the same car but if I wanted remote start they would install it. I argued that the car I test drove already had it in there. So, they installed it and u drive it home. The lights in the dash were going off and on. When I started it remotely the next day and then went to sonic, I turned it off and it kept running! I had my mom in the car and when I got out it automatically locked the doors. I came back and my mom couldn t unlock the doors. They wouldn t unlock ! Then i had to fumble in my purse for the fob and unlock it. I called and asked to speak with Mark Allen himself. My mom is the one who told me to go to his dealership to begin with because him and his wife were good Christian people. Well the salesmen said I couldn t speak with Mark Allen. They said they ve done what they could that if I didn t want the car then I needed to go ahead and buy the new tag and then bring it back and they would use it on a trade in for another car!!!!! This is totally ridiculous! If I cannot this resolved now, then I m going to take this to channel 2 works for you!

Customer Service from Aaron Nolen was the most incredible service I have ever experienced on the purchase of a vehicle. His ability to build a rapport brought me a sense of comfort to trust his word. He listened to what I needed to make the purchase possible. He then negotiated with Mark Allen team to find a way to make this come together. Aaron certainly is the type of person that goes above and beyond to give superior customer service. Once we had a price set he took me to meet Joe Calistro another individual who had the ability to communicate & helped me to understand the benefits to what their warranty program is if I chose to purchase it. I loved the fact there was no pressure being used to close the deal. As I was getting ready to leave & saying thank you I felt like they were friends of mine. :) It is a rarity that dealing with car salesmen could bring such a positive experience to a buyer. I felt blessed to have dealt with these two individuals.
