This auto repair shop has the Best reputation in the area. They are honest, they charge very fair prices and they are professional. Grandma's can trust Lance and his guys, this is that sort of shop and they are more likely to be able to afford it.

Called them, they referred me to Scottys for what I needed because they couldn't help me.

Honest. Pleasant. Took vehicle in one day, had it back the next. Charged less than quoted. Shop could have easily charged what they quoted. I assume labor or parts were cheaper than expected. Requested they look at what we thought was another issue, mechanic informed us there was no need to spend money on this particular part at this time. Although we certainly do NOT want to return to any automotive shop..... in the event we must, this is our choice.

Lance and the guys he has working for him do a damn good job. Like stated above, may have to leave your vehicle. Have used this shop several times and they have always been honest, charged less than quoted or offered other options for repair that would save money. I have never had a bad experience.

EXTREMLY BAD experience with this BUSINESS! Very UNPROFESSIONAL, very dishonest to say the least. Took family van to get service on 30 Apr 13, Lance the owner called said he would call that evening or the next day to discuss his findings. He never called! I had to call him the following Monday after noon 6 May 13, he told me he could not find the problem and the engine light would come back on in the next few cycles and I should drive it and bring it back when it happens. THE REAL PROBLEM other than him not fixing it was that THEY SMASHED THE BACK OF OUR VAN and DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I got home and discovered it. They replaced the smashed tail light and TRIED TO COVER IT UP. When confronted he claimed he did not know anything about it. He called back and told me that his worker Taylor did it but did not think there was any damage. The owner lance Williamson said he would take care of it, however when I went there the next day he said it wasn't bad, asked if I was mad and when I told him I was definitely mad about it. he told me to get the blank off his blank'en property!!! I asked him if this how he wanted to handle it and he told me to get the blank off his property and than asked he if I wanted to fight him!!! THIS IS HOW THIS BUSINESS PERSON ACTED. LANCE WILLIAMSON, HIS BUSINESS JERRYS AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR CENTER IN COLLINSVILLE OK. are LIAR'S, CHEETS, CROOKS, DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONAL SCUM OF THE EARTH. DO NOT TRUST THEM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Lance is good and honest. You have to wait to get your car in and leave it but if have other transportation I feel like he is the one to use

Had a SES light on and was unsuccessful at fixing it myself with multiple things I tried. Albeit, the maintenance was due. Jerry's Automotive knocked it out with one swing! Thanks a million!
