They forgot to order parts for a week until I stopped by to check on it. The only reason I stopped by was because no one would answer the phone. When I ask him about it he said he was busy so he doesn't answer the phone. Tried to get thru to him that's no way to run a business but he didn't care it seemed like. With that attitude don't think he'll have to worry about staying busy in the future. The work was satisfactory but service was bad. This used to be the place to go don't know what happened but it's my last time doing business with them.

Called in asked about a part said he should have it but I needed to bring it in just to be sure. Told him it was no problem and went in. Guy was super busy and they only one there. Said he could order it or he could put me down and as soon as he got a free bit he could go pull the part. The next day I was furloughed due to COVID and went back up and he let me pull it myself and gave me a (in the best Macklemore I can manage) a heck-of-a-deal! Great dude that helped me. I wish I had gotten 5he dudes name. I've hear mixed reviews of the place but this cat was awesome. Will return if he is still there.

We took a push weed eater here, in November (what I would think would be off season), after two weeks we still hadn't heard anything, we went there, it was ready, just no one called us, the total was $110, I think I can buy a new one for around $250.

Used to great but not anymore. Don't know if its still the original owner or handed down to kids, and grandkids or a new owner, but no one answers the phone. Can't even leave a message on the recorder. It used to be 2-3 days for mowers to get fixed. Now its 3-4 weeks. Business hours on here aren't even updated.

I have been a customer of JR for about a year. He has always bent over backwards to help me. I appreciate him so much. If you want to deal with a business that will treat you as a preferred customer, its JR'S Small Engine Service. This is my number one business. Nelson Gilbert, Nowata, Oklahoma.

Needed parts for a Riding lawn mower and parts for a weed eater, was able to get exactly what I needed to repair them. Great guy and the right guy to find exactly what You need as well. This is exactly The place for your small engine repair or parts.

This place is close to home and JR is a good guy. Been coming here for years. He has always been fair. The price is the price, can't complain about that.

great place to buy parts and to get your equipment serviced. If for some reason they don't have the part you are looking for, they can usually get it within a day or two.

Used to be go to place but now there's a 3 month backlog. Nice enough people but forget getting anything done quickly. Too bad.

Nothing fancy here. Broken weed eater. They ordered the parts and fixed it. Great experience. Will go back.
