Clean office, stuff to buy all around and lots of information posted.Got accused of stealing our vehicle though just because they had the wrong name on their computers Then a random shop guy who wasn t even working on our vehicle came into the waiting room / office where we were and started practically yelling If they can t figure out what name to use just use Darth Vader Referring to us and the wrong name confusion.The same guy then starts pestering the office women about the time on the clock and wanting to go home while they re trying to finish up our paperwork.The shop employees like to screw around and waste time but what do you expect from Auto shop guys..

Since Jimmy Stoltz has taken over the business, it has hands-down been the best tire and quick lube place I have been to. With Teagan at the counter they go above and beyond with their customer service, and never let you go down the road in an unsafe vehicle. If you re looking to be treated like family, and quality service this is the place to go.

Love these guys at this shop! Always super helpful and professional. Even without an appt I wasn t waiting very long for 4 new tires! Jimmy is always super friendly and helpful when picking out tires.

Phenomenally kind folks here. Stopped here on a cross-country trip for an oil change. No wait for service and they got us back on the road without breaking the bank very quickly! Highly recommend. You will not be taken advantage of here.

We had a blowout on our travel trailer while traveling on I-40.They replaced our tire,and checked the air pressure in the other tires. They also noticed we had the wrong weight rated tire on the trailer(from a different shop), and corrected it. They got us back on our way extremely fast at a very reasonable price. Extremely grateful for great service at a very stressful time. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Jimmy and his staff really do go above and beyond what they have to do. I know with just one phone call I can get my needs taken care of. They treat me like family!

Jimmy and the rest of the tire shop crew always go above and beyond to figure out the problem! If it s something they can work on, it will get fixed!!! If you are still having issues with it, Jimmy will be on it to take care of ya til you re satisfied. Highly recommend!

I love all the guys at Western Tire! These guys are always so helpful and they don t takeAdvantage of me being a female and make me feel uneducated about any issues I go to them with! Anything from oil changes, tire fixes or serious issues they take care of me with respect and fairness! THANK ALL OF YOU!

Took my wife's car into get two new tires on front . I asked if they could do it with out scratching rims,they said yes. And torque tire Well they scratched both. And over torqued tires.They got mad at me and said they was already scratched and nothing they can do about over torque. They said they would fix, but it's been (3 weeks) and my wife's car is still down . My wife needs her car. Please I am asking who every owns this business.please step up.

15 hours away from home and stopped here with an oil leak. Staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They treat you like FAMILY. Got us back on the road in 15 minutes , CANNOT say thank you enough!

Make sure when you get your tires rotated they put the caps back on. EVERY SINGLE TIME I get it done there, they always forget one or more of my tire caps.

They have always been good to me a slightly older widow. Never charge me for flats, cold weather tires, etc. finally bought a new set of tires for my pickup. Good experience and follow up has been great.

These folks are the best! Super efficient, very helpful, and incredible service. I had a sidewall tear on a tire while driving and the tire came off the rim. Called these folks up from the side of the interstate and they were able to quickly send out a mechanic (I believe their name was Seth, awesome human). They came and got my wheel, put a new tire on it at the shop, and then drove back out to put back on my car. Within an hour and a half I was on the road again!

They don't know how to change tires right. My dad took his little Mazda truck into get new tires he's 79 years old.they put his lugnuts on with a large impact that you wood use on simitrucks I had to use a 6ft cheaterbar just to brake the nuts lose. It's a good thing he never had a flat out on the highway in the heat he could have had heart attack and died just trying to got the grossly over tighten nuts off. There's better tire shops in clinton like Leo's tires they have good cheap tires.

I had a few issues with my truck and they got her fixed pretty good so I could continue delivering peoples food. They gave me no hassle, no issues, and were very friendly folk.

Thanks for fixing my AC when it stopped working on my roadtrip home! It was such a pleasure talking to the sweet older man with the beard(didn't get his name). Everyone there was so nice! We did make it home with no more AC issues!! Thank you!!!!
