They quoted me a new system for my pickup over the phone for everything including installation for just over $500. I got back in touch with them telling them I d rather do the installation myself and save a little money. Cool, so I got there me and my girlfriend were waiting in the lobby. Not recognized, not greeted, nothing. A few of their helpers were taking displays down to sell to me, although they were functional overall, they were cosmetically damaged. I was quoted for a new system, with installation. It gets time to finally pay for the items, finally recognized. Asked if it would be cash or card, I said card and handed my bank card over for the transaction. It went through and I was handed my card and receipt, and a few of their helpers were kind enough to help us carry the subs, boxes, crunches, and new amplifier to the pickup.Sidenote: I didn t think to check my receipt till I got home, it was $552.I didn t call them and bug them about it, may have been a mistake, I don t know. But now that the crunch box they sold me is going out, I have a problem. Now me, yes I like to occasionally crank it up for a little while. But I never leave the volume up for longer than one or two songs, this should not cause these speakers to blow. I m not pushing massive amounts of watts to these speakers, I m not cranking the subs up, more or less I casually listen to music. Shouldn t cause the speakers to blow.Overall: I would question their bills closely before handing them your card, because I was charged for installation when I was the one who did the installation. I would fully inspect the items they are selling you, don t let them sell you displays off the walls.I truly hope anyone else s experience wasn t like mine, but I feel taken advantage of. And me and my girlfriend were very uncomfortable in the unwelcoming environment.

The owner (Cody), is the only reason I buy car audio equipment there.They have a huge selection of everything including JL Audio W7 s. Seriously, a huge selection of the good stuff!

Terrible business....I had a system put in and they did it pretty good but they didn't seem to put all of the screws back in where they needed to go, and they broke both my driver and passenger seats, drained my battery where I had to buy a new one and spliced into wires they shouldn't have!!!
