Can always find the thing we need and the employees are super helpful and professional when help is needed! Store is well maintained and you can find just about anything you need depending on your needs.Free windshield wiper installation and they ll run diagnostic tests to determine where the problem is if you re having issues with anything!

The guy that waited on me was so sweet and helpful to this 71 yr old lady needing to have my antifreeze checked to see how cold it could handle. He was going to put it in for me if I needed it. I didn t but I did go back in the store with him and purchase one of those bulb testers with the little balls in it. He was very professional knowledgeable and helpful. I was so greatly appreciative of him. Thanks again for helping me. Thanks O Reilly for being here for all of us

Not greeted, no offer of assistance, no help ringing what I needed. They did greet the men who entered the store, so I have to think that I am the wrong gender. Will spend my money elsewhere

I went in today (12/13) having issues with airing my tires. This would normally be a small issue, but im 14 hours away from family, so it became a huge issue due to fear and upset. Tylar and Christopher took the time to check my tire to make sure nothing was wrong with the tire, show me a good portable compressor, and even aired up my tire. They were helpful, calm, and understanding. I really appreciated their help today. They absolutely went out of their way to make sure I was okay. Thank you Christopher and Tylar, it truly meant the world to me!

Was very helpful, professional pleasant to talk with. He tested my car had a bad alternator. He jumpstarted us and off we went. Highly recommend to anyone.

O'Reilly's is my local Auto Parts Store because they are open late and can usually get me parts not in stock by early morning the next day!That's very helpful when I need parts for my 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 SC! Prices are reasonable, and they will sometimes sell me a part, for the eBay price!!!The Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

These guys always try their best to help me out. If I need to return something they take care of it without giving me a hard time. Great group of ppl working here. Keep in mind their training is limited and they try their best.

They don't carry DOT #'s or letters. The night I walked in. No one asked me if I needed help finding anything. I looked for what I was needing. I just left. Black guy with long hair working and young people. They was all talking to there buddy's. Not even interest in helping a customer at all.

Wish I had gotten the name of the young man who "personally" took the time to come out and put bolts in my son's steering wheel this morning. He made several trips in and out of the store until he found the right size, and was very respectful while doing the job. We were there around 10:00 am, so if you know the man I'm talking about....please tell him Thank you !!!

They are very helpful every time I go there I'm looking for some weird off-the-wall part and they take the time to make sure it's the right one and answer all my questions about all the other options that pop up very helpful staff thank you

I have personally gone to this O'Reilly's for many years and never ceases to amaze me that the staff is knowledgeable of all of their supply that they sell equipment tools Etc and speaking of tools I have a great selection tools I've always enjoyed going there the prompt to get with you they greet you at the door very friendly staff very experienced and willing to help in any way possible I would recommend anybody goes oreily for some of their Automotive needs

The service is not very knowledgeable when it comes to autos ! I was giving the wrong oil filer more than twice at different times. If they didnt have a computer telling them what to get they would be totally useless. And alot of the times you waiting in line to check out and there's 3 to 4 other workers just joking around or just standing there looking at you . And 1 worker checking out customers. Bad service. , not very friendly in all poor establishment .

This About worst, these knuckle heads couldn't even come out assist my daughter with putting fix flat in hose had hole spooed out all over parking lot and tire. Guys are not as good as Oklahoma city parts store on may ave across from Sam's club. Now them guys go extra mile for there customers. Thats where I go for parts. But my daughter lives in Clinton where customer service is BS.

Don't know exactly what happened, but I'm pretty sure the young Male employee I had the opportunity of dealing with, tried to scam me. 100% I'm 4'10 blonde female with a very obvious look for not knowing a thing about cars. My car wouldn't start, someone said get it checked at o'Reilly, I went there, he checked both alternator and battery, said the battery was too dead to test, and the alternator had to faulty something or other, and I needed a new one and I should probably get one before leaving... so then I used my better judgment and went to Zanes auto repair and they told me I just needed a new battery. I don't know about them guys at o'Reilly's but I sure do appreciate the hard working people at zanes, I give them every ounce of gratitude I have for being honest with me

Staff is always kind helpful. They get you the help you need very quickly so you can be in and out. Its my go to auto parts store in Clinton.

Very helpful employees. I went there for a trailer hitch. They loaned a wench to help put it on. They signed me up for a reward card, which I plan to put to use.
