Highly recommend this shop to anybody with car issues. Traveling from Louisiana on a friday when drive line come apart destroying my transfer case and leaving me stranded. Had truck towed to palmer where Dustin and rene welcomed me right in before the shop opened. Told me about how long it would take to get parts in and fixed. Called me Tuesday, headed my way with my truck. Very nice and generous people. Knowledgeable on mechanic service and friendly. Definitely need more people in this world like them.

Took my truck in for an alignment. Easy peasy right? No. Called back saying I needed inner tie rods, which is an easy fix and let them know I d be doing it myself (save a little money). I informed them I d be coming by later to get my vehicle. So this jack wagon of a business just slaps parts back on the front end as quick as possible, completely leaving my A-Arms HAND TIGHT.For you mechanically inclined, you d know how extremely dangerous this is for any vehicle. Needless to say someone could have been killed had I not acted quickly. The front tires cambered, eating the tread on my tires. Left that auto repair shop worse than what I gave them. Not everyone ASE certified should be working on vehicles folks. It s not the service that bothers me, mechanics have bad days. But have some common sense and be safe. Sheesh.BEWARE

Awesome shop, owner and his wife run the place "she's the boss" lol!!! Broke down on the way to work a corn dog run to support cancer patients in Tulsa, explained the situation to the guy, and within 5 mins they had the truck in the shop,,, 1 injector later and a fickum on was back on the road!!! Thanks a bunch guys you saved the day!!!! Wells concessions Wichita kansas

Charged me to diagnose the problem and then decided they couldn't do it. Come back later. Came back later and was told they don't want to work on this issue after making an appointment and waiting months.

we sell a lot of diesel trucks and I promise you that any time someone in are home town comes by and ask for a diesel repair man I tell them go see dustin at palmer auto and diesel repair a lot of people think they know how to fix diesels but really they don't palmer's have allways done us fair check them out
