Went there to return an Alternator as, my brother was broke down far away. They checked the Alternator twice and it was good so they took the time to troubleshoot what could be wrong. Alas, it was THE PLUG!! Thank you to all the awesome people at the Cleveland, OK Orielys

Bought a part off shelf and it was 19.99 and they argued price had changed a few days ago and store associate didn't change it they finally gave it to me for marked price but was very rude.

It's nice to have a go to parts store and to have a good team that will go up and beyond to help you at least with my experience with the Cleveland store

Ordered the part ahead or time, paid for it and even called when we couldn't pick it up for a few days longer , show up to get it (all within a week ) and they can't find it and have to wait till Tuesday ( we went to get it on a Saturday and Monday is labor day) . Where is it ? Why aren't we offered more explanation or given money back or some kind of decency for the major inconvenience and majorly unprofessional way they have handled this?

O'Reilly's is a chain operation, one of the largest, and carries high moving items. Living in the country I am glad their stores are "out here" but their prices are high IMO and that disappoints me.

Great place to buy parts. Helpful staff just be sure to bring your own ink pen there is a lady there who charges 2 bucks to use her's lol
