Scheduled an appointment and quoted me on tires last night then today tell me after I get there for my appointment that they must have sold the tires after the said they had them and scheduled the appointment wasted my time and gas then told me the tires were 80 dollars more than they quoted me and couldn't even help me find the tires that they said they had I had ro call all the walmart and find them myself so essential they wasted My time and gas I took off work for it at 9 am and am still waiting on another wlmart to put them on terribl3 customer service and I though walmart price matches

I ve taken my care here a couple times for a simple oil change & every time it s a nightmare.. once they charged me for a full service, they never have air filters available, they charged me for wipers without installing new ones before, and you will wait FOREVER to get checked out. Once I ve stood at the counter for 30min waiting for the guy to check me out!! Not to mention they never call or text to say the car is done. The last time I went here they didn t put all the skrews back in on my oil cover which eventually ended in damage to my vehicle & me having to remove the tray completely. It s too expensive and I will NOT be taking my car here ver again. I recommend going to Claremore tire & auto

Ordered tires online, however my appointment was cancelled. When I called, it seems this department, they didn't know where my item was and suggested I called pickup department. After a 2 week delay, I was able to confirm tires arrived. When I got there, the tires were sitting in the auto care department even though I was told they couldn't check. This department definitely needs to improve the communication but I'm guessing it's due to their system. Had 4 tires replaced but took about 2 hours! Even though there were no customers there.

Don't trust them with your oil change. Wife has had multiple oil changes here and today they said they couldn't change her oil because of the type of filter and that she has a significant oil leak due to a hole being in the oil pan. I get under it to check it all and it seems like they created a fissure crack near the bolt from too much torque. They had her car for about 30mins before they said they couldn't work on it. Won't be trusting them again.

I got here at 8:47 a.m. to have them fix a flat or possibly be put on another tire. There was one vehicle ahead of me and it's been gone for a while. It's 10:28 and my car still up in the air with no tire on it. But that's only because there were three other guys unloading the truck so the sweet little fellow that's working on my car had to stop move stuff around and he had to stop and wait on another customer. Getting close to 2 hours and my tire still not fixed still not on the car just because they don't know how to manage their time or deal with customer service very well

The price was about 40$ below any other quote I got. The tires have a 60k warranty compared with 50k for the next lowest quote. The service was actually fast! I couldn't believe it!!! I made an appointment and it took less than an hour. I was actually quite impressed!

Do not use this place! My female friend had gotten some wheels from a friend for her jeep. She had them put on by someone here in Tulsa and one of them wasn't quite balanced. Claremore tire was super busy so she decided to go to Walmart just to have them looked at and balanced. She arrived to be met with attitude from the tech. He was annoyed to have to pull them off and balance the tires. She said he spoke to her and the lady working the register hatefully. Against he judgement and because she needed to get them checked badly she left the car. Then the shop called her claiming that they balanced all four tires but one had a nail in it near the sidewall and needed immediate replacement. She hadn't had any tires low or any problems other than the balance issue before she got there. I told her to take to the little hispanic owned shop over by Atwoods and don't let Walmart do anything else. The other shop immediately got her in. Pulled all 4 tires and inspected them. They told here there wasn't anything wrong with any tires and that no nails in any tires. I'm totally disgusted with Walmart and their employees lack of professionalism.Service: Tires

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, they had two cars in the tire bays. There were three "technicians" in the shop. They could not do an oil change as they didn't have enough time before closing. Poor customer service. Poor time management.Absolute laziness. I own and operate a small business, the persons I encountered would be fired for poor job performance. As a matter of fact you are fired from my business. Going to a less convenient oil change service this morning.

Called way ahead of time on a Sunday and the Associate who answered the phone said the auto center was open. So I make the 15 min drive, in good faith, because I believe her. I get there and the person at the auto center check out tells me they are LEAVING IN 20 MINS. Call for the manager and he gave his sob story about how they are short staffed. Maybe if they paid and treated their employee s better this wouldn t be an issue. They should change their hours on google because the lie to everyone and make them think they are open for business when they close 2 hours early, so their employees can go get drunk.

The wait time is awful. Got our oil changed and waited over an hour. They offer several different packages for oil change and each one is a different price. The guy didn't give a very good explanation about the differences in packages so I went with the cheapest just because this isn't where I normally go and will go to my regular place in a couple of months. I definitely wouldn't get my oil changed here again just because the employees don't really know much about what they're doing. They're trained to do a basic oil change and that's it. They didn't check the other fluids etc. That may be because I got the cheapest oil change, but the place I usually go to checks and fills all fluids without charging extra.

They're decent for an oil change and window shopping if you're expecting more go someplace else. All in all a decent experience. Would have a higher rating but sometimes they forget to reset my change oil light so I'll drive around with it on til my next oil change.

Worst experience. Slow. Beyond slow. Lady was on her phone while changing tires while multiple customers were in line to get checked in. I made an appointment at 10:00 for 4 tires to be put on and I even showed up early. They then said I didn t have an appointment it is 10:40 and my car hasn t moved at all. The guy checking me in said he didn t know what he was doing said he couldnt read without his glasses and about 15 minutes later then decided oh maybe I should go get my glasses. I try to be patient and try not to be rude because everyone goes through different things but this has been awful. I ll never be back. Thank you Walmart.

Got here at 3 didn t leave until 6. We came to get two front tires switched out. First off, they didn t even put the right tires we ordered on. They were $20 more than what we originally asked for. Then we had to wait forever for them to put them on. They did two other cars before ours. They discounted us which was whatever. But then they decided it would be a great idea to back up our car WITH THE TORQUE WRENCH STILL ON. We tried to get their attention before they did it but the front desk people just stood there. And then they ended up still trying to charge us for the road hazard we clearly stated we didn t want. Worst place ever. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Don't get any work done here. My wife took her car up to see about getting a flat tire plugged. They say they did it. They charged for it. Yet I had to pump it up from flat the next day. Been arguing with them ever since and wouldn't ya know it's "not they're problem"

Bought two new tires from this walmart and had them installed on the front here for my vehicle. Spent a little over 500$ for tires and instillation. Took nearly 3 hours to have this done. Then about 10,000 miles later, I had an oil change done at my local dealership and they told me that the one of my front tires was installed backwards when they tried to rotate the tires. Never again Walmart.Now I go to amigos tire shop and purchase tires and have them installed in less than 20 min. in most cases.

Cheap, but they have stripped my oil pan cap it was brand new before and they tried to tell me it was old. They replaced a battery in my car and had left tools inside the engine and had some electrical wire hanging. Took it to another Walmart because the lights inside the car were flickering and he showed me what was left in there and said I was lucky the wrench hadn't moved because it was 2inches from shorting out my cars electrical system. They are cheap but unfortunately most of the staff are young men who don't know a thing about cars. So be sure to check their work before leaving or they will just claim it was like that when they got the car in.

Sue in the auto department was very rude and told me she was busy (stocking the shelf) so she couldn't check me out (after an oil change) right now- I would have to wait. Also when I arrived I came inside and told her I needed an oil change and she told me I'd have to wait outside for someone to help me.. I told her no one was out there she told me, yeah they'll come out eventually..

Took my car in to get the oil changed. When it was done(about an hour and a half later) I got in it and drove home. I get home and get out and notice oil and greasy hand prints all over the front fenders. Looking closer i found scratches on the fenders as well. Checked the oil and it was a half quart low. I will never take my car or my buisness there again. This place is a joke.

We went in for a tire and got one. Was super quick and the attendant inside was very helpful/friendly in helping us pick out a tire. My work also uses them for oil changes and we like them for that too. Great work!

Was upset when,I found out that when I waived the lifetime balancing fee that it means you dont even get your tires balanced. They should balance the tire when you buy it, the first time. Its miss leading. Will not buy tires from Walmart any more.

We had a new battery installed, the technician did a great job and patient with us the car at that time had a breathalyzer installed.. which had to be dealt with while at the same time had to be started with jumper cables... good job and thank you!

I was treated very badly, I needed a battery for my car badly lime it wasn't going to keep running and I have a commute from Chelsea to Tulsa, anyway I call ahead if time and get the price and all, borrow exactly the amount I needed, got there and I was told that since I had a bungy strap on the front of my hood they couldn't help me. 1st of he said if the hood didn't latch, the hood latches I just have that on there because it's been wrecked and I have it on there just in case. Long story short they watched as i fought and was having a hard time getting my hood unlatched and up so I could get the battery out because with the core charge I did not have enough money just to buy the battery and go. It had to come out and the new out in, I had no tools anyway i had to borrow the tools and do it myself, I would not recommend them lazy guys for anything, oh and while I was there doing this they drive someone's car over the ramps and caused it bang real loud I would hate to be that cars owner.

Don't buy your battery there!My 92 year old dad bought a battery there which was under warranty that went bad that they did not honor the warranty so I buy from Autozone now, which does honor their warranty.

Needed an oil change and tire repair or replacement. They had to replace the tire, but at a nice discount because of the road hazard warranty. They were very helpful and efficient.

Do not go here if you expect good service, or customer service. Other than the department manager and a couple of the technicians; everyone that works in the department is rude. On multiple occasions, I have encountered this, tried to put it off as having a bad day, we all do. However this has happened consistently, especially with one particular employee. If you work in customer service, you cannot talk down to your customers, or treat them like something you scrape off your shoe.

I bought my tires there 3 months ago and was wanting a pressure check since my tire light is on. I've been there 3 times wanting assistance, and they wouldn't acknowledge me. Even though the clerk inside told me to park my vehicle by in the end bay.Not happy!

This shop fixed us up with a new tire on a Sunday afternoon. What a godsend! Traveling on I-44 and a damaged tire is no fun. They were friendly and fast.
