His honesty and integrity are apparent within the first few minutes of meeting him. We were on our way to Texas from Virginia when my bike shutoff, and called Ben, and talked to him about what happened and our situation. He promised if I could get my bike there he would jump on it to see what was going on. He was honest that he couldn't make any promises, but would at least tell me what was going on. He was true to his word, and as soon as I got it towed there he was on top of it. Turned out it was just a battery issue, and he walked down to a shop and bought the battery, and installed it, and was very, very fair with the price, and because of Ben, we made it to Irving TX for a graduation celebration. I made the mistake of riding into a Tulsa Harley dealership for an oil change and ended up with an estimate of work needed that was the equivalent of a new motor. I had to get a trailer to take it home. I called a friend who has always serviced my bikes and he referred me to Ben. I towed the bike out to his shop in Claremore (he has an alley in the back) and he communicated what work would need to be done, the amount of hours it would take, and gave a ballpark on cost that he said would vary based on parts. Ben stayed in communication with me throughout the work and sent photos to show the diagnosis and the repairs he was making. It took some time due to chasing down parts in a time when supplies have been limited, but he finished the work at 1/3 the cost the Tulsa Harley dealership had estimated. He even went a little beyond his original guesstimate because he wanted to make certain the engine was ready for long trips. I couldn't be happier with this. I've even referred friends who are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, does what he says he's doing, is knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend this place.

Went to get my rear tire done. He did an excellent job even went and cleaned the white wall for me. He also made sure my bike was road worthy. I will definitely go back.

I have three Harleys I wouldn t have anyone but Ben Kinion to work on my bikes. He goes above and beyond by letting you know about things that could possibly cost you your life. I have a 75 shovel head, 2000 Heritage, 2014 Road King .
