Absolutely thrilled with the service at your oil change place! The efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, and the process was seamless. I was offered a bottle of water and informed to stay in my car, making the entire experience pleasant. I appreciate the expertise demonstrated by your team and the timely completion of the service. My vehicle is running smoothly, and I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance. Five stars!

Take 5 did a great job and had good customer service. I was greeted and offered a cold water bottle upon arrival. They confirmed the price before adding oil, checked my tire pressure (adding where needed), and washed my windshield. The building was very clean (though I didn t have to get out of my car).I loved the previous company that was here- but this group did a great job.

I found my service experience at Take 5 to be a pleasant and professional one. I have a vehicle that requires using 5 quarts of synthetic 0 w 20 motor oil so I'm used to paying like $10-$15 more for oil / filter service. The attendants checked all fluids and topped them off. They asked me what PSI of air pressure that I normally kept my tires inflated to and I told them "32"!Almost like a NASCAR pit crew, they sprung into action and checked the air pressure on every tire and then inflated them as necessary.They checked my wipers, washed my windshield, and also informed me about a lug bolt on my right front wheel hub that had broken off ( which I already knew was broken). I really appreciated the attention to detail and integrity that these guys all demonstrated and kept me informed.I am a USN veteran and a senior so they gave me a pretty great discount.Overall.The technicians are professional and thorough.The facility is very clean, and well stocked with oil and other supplies.They offer other maintenance services as well. Just ask and they'll be happy to help you!These guys were on the ball and had me in and out in just 12 minutes!I rate Take 5 a nine out of ten.If you're wondering where you should go or if the answer is Take 5!

The staff were really nice explaining the prices and fixing important things on my car. I really enjoyed the friendliness environment. This was my first time there i will definitely be returning.ThanksMs. Teresaps i love my scent in my car thanks for changing the ac filter wow i had been trying to get rid of that smoke scent since i bought my car.

Decided to stop in and get my oil changed here the other day, let me just tell you. By far exceeded my expectations of any oil and lube place specially in Claremore , Aaron and Kyle were just great , polite and honest. Quick fast and easy. Would definitely recommend!!! I ll be going back for sure !

My second time getting my oil changed there yesterday. (My first review is below.) I'm still very impressed with the service and the employees. They checked & changed a really dirty cabin filter & didn't know I had! I'd give them 5 more stars if I could! Thanks, guys!I was impressed with the service & the employees. Yes, it was a bit more than the other business that was there but prices are up everywhere. I was a happy customer & I'll go back.

The gentleman was friendly brought me water as we pulled into, instructed me of everything they would be doing to my vehicle. The gentlemen was friendly as I waited and explained all of what the other fellers were doing. They reset all my gages for me. They were all very friendly! I will be back fellers!! Thank you!

Great service, reviewed all systems and although above average price for the area they do a great job and offer a significant military discount with fast service. I was about 20-25 min from pull up to leaving and I had one person in front of me. Overall, solid place for a fast oil service.

These guys are amazing! So polite and fast and they even helped me out with a coupon a veterans discount. I will never go anywhere else to get my car serviced!Highly recommend them!

They were very friendly. But apparently in a rush to close because they did not give me the full service I paid for. I had to mention my tires needed air. They didn't check my wipers or any other items the mentioned on my receipt. Been to several Take 5 in Tulsa and always received great service. Like I said, must've been in a hurry to close.

The service was great the guys were polite. But the price sucks $49.34 for a oil change that I supplied the oil & filter. Compared to $24.00 when it was Speedy lube. I won't be going back. This is what happens when you lose small town businesses to big chain companies.

This company OVER CHARGES for their service, the posted cost was not posted if you drive a diesel truck, it was showed to me after I questioned the crazy amount $157 dollars for just an oil change. I will never go back, that is ridiculous and they know it but hid the cost until it was too late. I tried to stop them but they had already drained my oil so had to finish of course. WILL NEVER RETURN. And waited forever.

The guys were friendly and greeted me with a cold water bottle and went over their packages and were very upfront about the service I was getting. They checked everything and showed me the air filter and the dipstick after the new oil was filled. Not the fastest but very thorough and the prices are on par for an oil change except for the $15 dollar new customer discount

Employees are very nice, helpful and pilot. However, They have their service pricing entirely over priced. 4 quarts of oil and one filter was $94 bucks. I spend less than at at a dealership. Ridiculous last time I ll stop there .

This is the BEST place in Claremore or the surrounding areas to get service fit your vehicle.They changed my oil, checked and topped off all fluids, as you stay in your vehicle.This place is.much less expensive, than over priced Valvoline!Great bunch of young dudes working here as well! A+ for the staff!TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Terrible corporate service, Take 5 stripped out the oil plug on my 2021 VW Atlas car, had to have the entire oil pan changed out. We did everything they asked to get them to reimburse us for the cost, they agreed to do this. 2 months later we are still getting the run around, with no payment made. They keep telling us that the payment has been approved, then no-one will return our calls at all now. We have been very nice and just want them to do the right thing by paying for the repairs from their admittedly bad work. I would not use them for your oil changes.

Lil pricey. But the guys were super nice, and whatever they put in my car made it smell like scented markers, so that's obviously awesome. AND they had coupons in the website, which helped a little. Will be back, for sure.

I rolled up, and chatted with an attendant while another hopped in the pit. Before I knew it, my oil was changed, my wipers replaced, and my fluids topped up.Much quicker than walmart, for a decent price too. Will go again!

I highly recommend everyone to get their oil changed here. These guys will get you in & out quickly. Fast & courteous service. I stopped in to ask if they would ck the fluids in my car, it smelt like something was burning. I was afraid it was out of coolant or oil. They immediately ckd all fluids under the hood & found my serpentine belt was badly damaged & was causing the burning smell! They advised me to immediately have it replaced that day, which I did. I'm so thankful to them for helping me. They go the extra mile! They also aired up my tires for me. Thanks Take 5 Oil Change, Appreciate you guys. Expensive and nowhere near as fast as the previous business at this address. Recently had my filter replaced and, although the new filter that was trying to be upsold to me looked almost identical, was still offered. I completely understand upselling, but it was very obvious I do not need a new one. Tire air pressure check left my tires fuller but no two tires had the same pressure, as they had all been previously. Wiper fluid (used two different bottles) appeared to have been filled with water and a few spray bottle squeezes of what looked like Windex. Also, when I got home my vehicle was leaking oil in my driveway so I brought it back to check the seals, gaskets, etc. I was told the worker who had performed the oil change (who wasn't there anymore) must've been "born in a barn" and left oil to drip everywhere. Was recommended to use brake cleaner or go out and purchase grease cleaner to clean the spill up myself. Employees were nice but I don't believe it was anywhere near worth the $100+ spent and certainly don't appreciate being told I could clean the spill up myself.

It was quick in and out. I was heading out of town and made this one of my stops before I left town. They changed my air filter and also advised me it might be time to change my engine coolant. Will do that when I get back to town.

I will not be going back to Take5 their price is way too high Speedy live that was there just before was nearly $40 cheaper per visit and did same full service that Take5 is doing. Only reason not 1 star is because they did a good job even if it was $100.

Take 5 is by far the best oil change service I ve been to. I ve been to the locations in Tulsa and just visited Claremore where Dylan and his team were A+. These guys are always friendly, professional and helpful.

They were with another customer but they took the time to come greet me and offer me something to drink and let me know they would be right with me also how long of await I had I really appreciated that cause what if I had to be some where they were very friendly and I could even joke with them it was my first time but the car I have the previous owners took it to take 5 I think on tulsa but I live in claremore and wanted to keep getting the oil change at the same place so I was very very satisfied with the service I had gotten I will continue to use take 5 for my oil change

Was very satisfied with Take 5! Went by for an oil change and found the staff very pleasant, got me in as soon as possible, several doing the job at one time, so finished quickly. They took time to explain what they were doing and why, making recommendations as needed. Will definitely go back! Thank you fellows!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Take 5 center in Claremore, Ok.They did not try to upsell me on items not necessary at the time I serviced my vehicle.They serviced my vehicle timely and offered assistance to reset the cars warning system too!Very happy customer!

I pulled up and was immediately greeted with a bottle of water and an explanation that the customer ahead of me had just arrived and that it would be a few minutes before they could get to me, they were quick and got me in and out pretty quickly, as well as offered a first time customer discount!

Recently had a oil hange not too long ago. 1st time with take five. Now my oil pan needs changed leaking oil bad...when I've had regular maintenance with no issues at other places. When I left they aired my right tires to 46psi but left the left at 40psi. Horrible experience I don't recommend for the higher price.
