5/5 Stars. Very refreshing to see that there are still ethical used car dealers out there. Transaction went smooth. Fair deal on a nice car. Eric and Chris are both very honest and credible guys. They made sure the vehicle I bought was safe to drive home to Colorado, which I appreciated.Great guys running a great business. I already referred 2 local people I met at Costco to them. Thanks guys and Good Luck in your new location!

Went to check out an SUV that I saw first through CarGurus. Eric was very honest about work done prior to selling, informative and had the Carfax to show me once there. He even dropped the price a bit lower than I was expecting to negotiate down to, which was already decent for the good condition it's in. Needless to say, I went with my first choice and would definitely buy from again, especially if he has a vehicle my husband wants next when we're ready!

Eric is the man! From start to finish he was helpful competently upfront and transparent. Gave me the best price for my Pilot in the area and actually showed me how by comparing to similar vehicles for sale online. Would recommend him to all friends & family,100% would buy from him again.

I am beyond impressed with this used car dealership. From the selection to the superb customer service. My buying experience started on Saturday morning when I called and asked to schedule an appointment, Eric (the owner) advised that he was available to meet with me and test drive a vehicle that same day. I have bought at several of the bigger dealerships in Oklahoma and my buying experience at Superior was better than any other place I have been to. Eric addressed several of my concerns with the vehicle with no fuss. Eric was also able to answer all of my questions regarding the 2009 Nissan Armada I was interested in. Fast forward to Monday morning and I ran into a financing issue around mileage, causing my credit union to decrease the amount they would finance due to the miles on the vehicle and Eric was very accommodating and we settled on a price that was fair. Eric has won me as a customer and I will definitely be back should the need arise for me to purchase another vehicle. Thank You!

Had a great experience with the crew! Bought my truck hassle free through them. Eric is an outstanding guy. Had a leak in the rear window of my truck less than a month of owning it and told him about it. He is taking care of it no charge to me. This is how a business should be ran. Thank you again Eric. This will for sure be my first go to when looking for another used vehicle! Highly recommended!

My husband and I worked with Eric, the owner of Superior Used Cars LLC to buy a truck. The first thing we appreciated is that he isn t the used car salesman type. You don t feel like you re being taken advantage of. Instead, you feel like he s giving an open and honest assessment of the vehicle and that he s trying to work out a deal for both parties!He prepared the paperwork ahead of time and got us in and out of there - even negotiating went quickly! It was awesome! He also met us after hours to accommodate our work schedule and never made us feel rushed or pressured.We got a great truck that is perfect for us for a great price!We re so happy we stumbled upon Superior Used Cars and were able to work with Eric! So, I waited to post my review, but I bought my car on 515/2020, and the staff was awesome. They were friendly, and considerate. We came when it was pouring down rain. I had called ahead about a particular car and they had it pulled up to the front ready to test drive. The car was super clean, well taken care of, and they had shown me where they had some work done on it after they got it. They also pulled up the Carfax report and told me pertinent information about the service record of the vehicle. I really appreciated everything they did for us, and I'm glad I went there. I love my car!

Worst place ever! Called about a vehicle I wanted to purchase the guy on the phone told me I had to find my own financing. Weird but okay so I spent half of my day off to find a loan got one called the guy back to find out he just accepted a deposit on the same car I was buying! First he didnt tell me I was able to put a deposit on the car to hold while waiting for my financing. Then trys to tell me he told me he would find the loan for me and he told me that there was a deposit. I know you were a sleep when I called you but do your job. Now I have an 11,000 dollar loan no car. They have no respect for their customers and they are liars!! So glad I did not buy from this place! Worst car lot in Claremore!!!!

I have known Eric for years, him and his family have been selling cars in Claremore for a very long time. He is upfront open and honest about his cars and I personally know that he tries to pick out quality vehicles at the sale. I bought my truck from him and I will continue to buy from him. I was absolutely 100% without a shadow of a doubt satisfied with the overall experience and outcome. They are a ambitious and caring group to say the least. I wasn't even sure what I was looking for but since he is always looking for new and quality cars to sell I was able to find something and work out a great deal with him knowing it was going to be tight for me. 10/10 would recommend stopping by anytime you're looking for a car and just exchanging some words with him to see what he has.

We had our doubts about going to a local small car lot to buy a car. The experience I had here with Eric proved me wrong. Superior provided the best sales experience and made car buying a breeze when we all know how stressful it can be. Eric was easy going, honest, and most importantly NOT overbearing or pushy.

The customer service at Superior was much more than expected for a first time buyer. I thought Eric was very helpful and an honest businessman. If you see a car in the lot, I encourage you to go in and have as good of an experience as I had.
