This place is an absolute joke, bunch of crooks to say the least. Their reviews speak for themselves I have no idea how this place hasn t been shutdown yet. I just had an update thought I d share. I purchased a performance 4l60e awhile back that failed immediately on test ride, finally had a friend pull it apart for me as they ignored all contact to refund or replace unit. I also had lots of back and forth with them even before purchase but that s a whole other story. This is what you call a Craigslist rebuild they slapped a corvette servo and tripled up the accumulator springs to make it shift harder n called it a performance build. None of the aftermarket parts they claimed are even in this transmission all bone stock parts down to the used bearings that they where to lazy to even change. All bearings are used/original they are scored and about shot along with all the mating/running surfaces ,drum is burned, pump on its way out, diaphragms blown out, Steels clearly wire wheeled n thrown back in, Low reverse piston damanged n bent, this transmission has obvious use on it other then the 1/2mile it lasted me. My mechanic never seen so many failures and improper assembly at once it was no surprise this unit failed. I was completely scammed on this transmission, pictures n dyno test speak for themselves STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CONS THEY WONT BUILD YOU A DEPENDABLE TRANSMISSION OR WARRANTY THEIR JUNK WHEN IT FAILS!

Let me start off by saying how amazingly satisfied I am with this company .Not only did they rebuild my transmission, but every step of the way they communicated with me and let me know what was going on. I was kinda in a bind to hurry and get my truck back on the road, they heard my cries and definitely got it done in a reasonable time. Trucks back on the road running flawlessly. I couldn t thank Jason and Mae enough, I ll definitely recommend them, they will indeed take care of you.

Please DO NOT use Superior GM Transmission shop on 1st street behind Pixleys. They had our truck for 15 weeks all together. We took the truck to them 3 different times. Once to get the initial work done, and two times for redo warranty work. Once they had our $1800, they stopped answering our calls or wouldn t return any calls if we stopped in and asked for a return call from the owners. The truck sat there with promise after promise, and too many excuses to count for the delay, but after several weeks we realized they were never going to honor the warranty, because warranty work doesn t bring in any money. We picked up the truck today with a whining transmission. I m sending out this post because I don t want the same thing to happen to anyone else. If you don t believe me, read their Google reviews (which are completely accurate), go see their establishment, or try to get someone to answer the phone. I could elaborate more on our experience with their shoddy business practices, but I m trying to keep this short as possible.Service: Transmission

09-22 we took our 2014 Silverado for transmission work. 06-23 we took it back, it was doing the same/worse. It's been 38 days, it's in their shop. No one's there, they're mail hasn't been picked up, they haven't responded to texts, Facebook and no one answers the phone. BBB has been contacted and complaint filed. The two times we've caught someone at the shop lies were told that we've found to be untrue. We did discover that they refilter and reuse the transmission fluid. Do not fall in the trap! 4 transmission replacement in 6 months. They had my vehicle for 12 weeks in total. This last transmission lasted 28 miles. And the install is poorly done. With several mistakes. Paid 2grand to have transmission built with 2-year warranty and it only lasted 6 months after many complaints it took him 3 months to work on it and when I got it back and he said it was fixed it didn't even make it 28 miles before the transmission failed again. Now he's avoiding my calls and texts. Very rude I lost my job and house all I want is my truck to be fixed and all I could get is a middle finger

Had them rebuild the transmission in early fall and it went out in December. I took it up there December 14 and was told it would be 7 to 10 days. I still don't have it back and they will not communicate. If they do answer the phone they say it will be done Friday well guess what Friday never comes. Save your money and go somewhere else.Service: Transmission

Spare yourself the extra money and time and don't go here . Had to get my transmission rebuilt AGAIN after taking it here within a year of having it done, they will try and argue this but just take my advise and go far far away from this place. Even suburban Chevrolet of Claremore said they were not to be trusted call yourself if you don't believe me. Horrible communication from the owners , they will answer if you are taking your business there but no where to be found when you need there help , phone lines are constantly "down" . Very friendly and helpful staff. When My Tahoe started having problems, I was definitely in a difficult situation, After hearing about this shop from a relative, I gave them a call. Shortly thereafter, I was towed to the shop. They were very transparent. My transmission was removed , rebuilt and reinstalled. It shifts better than it did stock.Being OCD, I looked it over very well. My vehicle was clean and they spared no detail on the installation. I got great , professional service at a very fair price. Look no further. They will take very good care of your vehicle, and help you manage a stressful situation!Service: Transmission

They did an awesome job replacing the transmission in my 2009 chevy tahoe. Very reasonable on price and the best warranty on their work! I will bring all of my vehicles here for service when needed and highly recommend this establishment to all of my friends and family.

Brought my truck to get my transmission rebuilt and a month later I am still having transmission issues. I have taken the truck back 3 times within the month to have them correct their mistake and they always claim to have it fixed, then the issue repeats shortly after taking it home. Every time I ask why the issue isn't fixed they find another excuse as to why the issue keeps occuring. The owner refuses to give a refund and is now saying I need to go to another mechanic. Avoid the hassle with this shop that does not know what they are doing. Update: took it to another shop and they confirmed the transmission has issues.Service: Transmission

Found on Facebook add. Took much good care of my vehicle. Daniel sent a tow truck to get my truck on Saturday night at 3 am. They had it rebuilt and back to me by Friday. I ve taken my truck back 2 other times after the first rebuild and this last time I took it in July to get it rebuilt again and it still there! Bought what was supposed to be a brand new transmission for my project. Transmission set on our shop shelf for 9 months we just now went to install and it didn t do anything so pulled it sent it to our reputable race shop. They pull transmission apart it has used clutch s used servo used drum they just replaced what was broke on a old transmission and sold it as a new one. zero mile transmission was absolute JUNK.
