The easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. A true joy. Allan was great. The finance guy (can t remember his name) was great. Chad was great. I was having issues getting the AP to work and Troy (or Trey) helped me.

Absolutely no pressure environment. Daughter was buying her first adult car and they took time to explain everything so she knew the process for her future. The whole staff there went above and beyond to make her purchase smooth and knowledgeable . We will definitely be using Suburban Chevy again for any of our future vehicle needs.

My wife decided she wanted a little more room in the car to haul our fur kids around and in Claremore, Oklahoma the nearest Chevrolet dealership is Suburban Chevrolet. In this day and age I found out that new vehicles are actually hard to find. I stopped into the dealership in the latter part of September and started working with a salesman Steve DeGraff. Together we decided on two different models that would suit our needs, but availability was just not there. Steve was probably just as proactive as I was and kept us constantly informed of vehicles ordered and when they were arriving. Most vehicles coming in were already sold or not the car we were interested in. Steve was a great help and eventually things came together and we purchased a car with Suburban. I also just had one of our cars serviced there and believe me that management is doing a great job hiring the right people for sure! Suburban Chevrolet will get our business for years to come!!!

Service Department denied warranty for oil leak on GM remanufactured engine installed by independent shop. Chain tensioner was stripped out and leaking. I returned the vehicle to the independent shop. He got with GM warranty Department. GM authorized the repair and paid the independent shop for the repair.

I was so pleased with Allen. He made the experience fun. I went back the day after I bought to have floor mats installed and when he saw me he came right outside to see if I needed anything. Great guy, great experience.

I went in about a week ago to replace the battery in my key fob. It took less than five minutes, they didn't charge me, and every member of the staff I spoke with was very professional, friendly, and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this location and I ll tell you these guys were amazing the whole team everybody everybody, Mike, Dan and Vincent truly helped every step of the process to make sure that it wasn t your typical go to the dealer wait around for hours same old same old I ve purchased many vehicles, and this was by far the best experience I ve ever had.

Poor communication, I had to call every time to get any kind of update but they couldn t give me a time frame. They had my car for two weeks and only a diagnostic which they charge 150$. Went somewhere else in town, and they had it done in three days and at a significantly lower cost, no after market products used.

Bought 2020 suburban $38,000. Sales man Dan Daniel is a great man but the sales manager rude and the finance staff very unprofessional. After signing paperwork, i was told everything i needed was in the envelope but actually, the envelope had some useless paperwork. Drove back home 370 miles with no paperwork. Trusting finance guy could have put me in trouble. (That is one way to scam and change number on your loan paperwork). DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT ALL PAPERWORK.They emailed me paperwork after a few calls. Asked sales manager to take some money off but no he didn't take one cent off. I asked for free floor mats he wouldn't give it to me. I asked for a discount so i can buy them through salesman. I heard him being so round to a salesman.

In the last 4 years we have bought 6 new cars from Suburban Chevy. I was looking to trade up from a blazer to a Traverse premier. Bottom line is the low ball offer on trade in is just insulting. My understanding is new management. Even if they gave me 1k over payoff with comparable vehicle sell price (even one on their lot), they would make 3k. We love the sales crew and especially our go to, but new management will keep us away. Losing loyal customers.

I'm a Army widow with 4 boys. My dad told me about Suburban Chevrolet and I am so glad he did!! Chad, Allen, and Justin treated me like a queen while purchasing my new truck. They explained everything and were patient with my questions, explaining everything throughly. RED CARPET treatment all the way!! Your team was the BEST!!

Do not take your vehicle to get worked on here your valuables will be stolen. Brought in a truck to replace a power steering hose from leaking no problem with that when I got it back now my lower power steering hose that wasn t leaking before is now leaking. Quite the coincidence. Took it back to them to replace those lines and picked up the truck and got it home and opened the back door and I m missing $200 dollars worth of tools I kept in my truck for emergencies. Went back to the dealership to talk to guy I dropped my truck off to in service and told him about it and he instantly starts shrugging shoulders, saying they aren t responsible for anything in the vehicle, claims they don t have cameras, starts going back to paperwork, and makes up a claim that a few days ago someone broke into a bunch of vehicles on the lot and even stole a car. My truck was not broken into and it was locked when I picked it up and has dark enough tint to not see into. I asked for a general manager who wasn t in of course. As I left I noticed multiple cameras on the building and am waiting to call the general manager. So after $1600 in power steering hoses which is ridiculous you also lose anything valuable in your vehicle. If someone accuses me of stealing something I m going to bend over backwards to prove my innocence as most people would due to such a strong accusation. The guy in service didn t even try to help, show concern, prove himself, or look me in the eyes as I was talking. I think he stole them or maybe the service tech since he d be interested in tools/know what they are worth. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE WORKED ON. I feel bad for women who can t work on their own vehicles and have to use a place like this and probably have ear rings and jewelry in their car that these guys steal and the women just chalk it up as they lost them. So sad for a certified dealership that s been in business for so long but hell maybe this is how they ve been in business so long, scraping a little extra icing off their own customers.

Isaiah was just great to talk with. He went above and beyond checking on the vehicle we purchased. It had not even made it through the cleaning/inspection process and he had it down ready for a test drive in 30 minutes. Can not say anything negative about the experience. Our finance guy, Josh I think (sorry can't remember your name but you now have a better job title). If you are looking for a vehicle definitely give these guys a shot.

We walked in just to see what our options were to get into a new car. Dan, Chris and Rob took great care of us.Dan made sure to listen to what our needs and wants in a vehicle were and making sure we were comfortable with the financing. Chris and Rob worked their magic to get the rest done. My wife is very happy with our new Trailblazer.

I bought a used truck on Saturday and the entire team at Suburban Chevrolet was great. Mary was great to work with in sales. She sat thru multiple test rides that day since the truck I originally requested to check was not what I needed. Mary & the sales manager (Eric?) listened to everything I wanted in a used vehicle, showed their options, and were not pushy in any way. They also offered more on my trade-in than I expected.Everyone s favorite part the financing and finalizing went smoothly as well.There was a slight issue with the truck as bought, which was noted at the time, and the service dept. is getting it taken care of without delay.Thanks to everyone I dealt with for a smooth transactionUPDATE 14 Jan, 2021: the slight issue with the truck has still not been resolved. Actually, I can t even get anyone to call me back. I took it in to service 10 days after purchase so they could diagnose problem. I was told : they know what the problem is; they knew before the truck was put on lot; general manger wanted to wait to address it after the sale; they have the OK to fix it but don t have parts; they would get back with me. Almost a month after purchase, 2 more phone calls where the manager is not in right now but they ll look into it and call me back .... and no call back.So, sales still gets an A but service after the sale and customer service after the sale going to go with a Fail . If this gets resolved, I ll update my review then.

Excellent experience. I put down a deposit, picked 4 days later, in and out 30 minutes and I financed it. That's got to be a Guiness world Record!!!Thanks Dan Daniel. Ron, and the Finace department. Your dealership should be a model for all other's. People don't like hanging at the dealership 4-6 hours to buy a car. But 30 minutes is perfect!!!

We ran into vehicle trouble on a 2 month road trip and ended up having the transmission in our truck replaced by these guys. They were understanding, professional and got us back on the road in 2 days. Both Shane and Greg in Service were great.
