Walk in > find your oil (5w30) > look for a wix 51537 > don't find it > ask the lady for an equivalent> get a mobil1 m1 110a > ask for brake cleaner > wait for the lady who is angry at the dude behind the counter to shut up > wait for the dude behind the counter to talk about his horses with her> check out > almost get run off the road by the lady who was mad at the dude behind the counter.O O O Orieleys auto parts

You can rely upon the helpfulness of the crew at this store. From figuring out wiper blades & courtesy install to finding replacement signal bulbs even digging out from the back of the store. This is the best place to be

Check engine light was on. Stopped by and the guys there were happy to use a code reader and tell me why my engine light was on.

Dakota and Quade were awesome tonight. Needed a new battery, Dakota got what i needed and installed it. Quade did some troubleshooting on some codes that popped up and we weren't sure how to clear them . Both men made sure I was very well taken care of.

Bought a alternator from them last in August of 2022. Well it stopped working In July 0f 2023. They replaced with no problems. I think they could a little more friendly. But I would recommend.

Called ahead and they were so helpful at finding a replacement battery for my car. My battery had just died, so I couldn't go anywhere without replacing it right away and husband wasn't in town to help me with that. They were really helpful over the phone; I provided a few details on my car and they said they would be able to swap it when I got there. Showed up and they were so helpful and kind. Thank you so much!!

This store has wonderful customer service. I bought my battery and in 10 minutes the nicest young man named Anthony had put a new one in and I was on my way ..thank you for great service.

Called them first, all seemed good so far. Store was really crowded and when I finally got waited on the young man was a new employee and wasn't able to help me. Which was okay, everyone has to learn. Seemed as the guy that could have helped me gave the new guy a little information and started waiting on someone else. I left, maybe will try again sometime or search online.

Knowledgeable friendly staff and experienced store clerks. Anthony is a great asset as a store manager and Tina was very helpful in locating the right parts needed for truck Repairs. Thanks Orielly's for making my bad day a better one.

Stocked pretty well for an auto parts store in a medium sized town. They are becoming a bit too woke for me.One aspect that I especially like here is that when I buy windshield wipers, or battery, they will put them on at no charge at least for the time being.

Service was fairly quick, it only took me a few minutes to walk in and pick up my order. Only real complaint and I don't feel like it's much of one was that I had to order my air filter ahead of time. I called to order it, they told me they would have it in a few hours ready for pick up as it was at another branch. Honestly not much of an issue at all, but it would be more convenient if I could have just been able to walk in and purchase one.

How can not love this store? The people that work here are so helpful with trying to make sure you get the right parts at a fair price. And they have some pretty cool auto accessories to boot.

They helped us find the right fuse that was blown and put a new one in. The guys that work at this location are all pretty knowledgeable and have good customer service skills. The wait time is usually about 15-20 minutes depending on how busy they are. They get a lot of business because of the service

Oreillys auto parts in Claremore was great! But YOU NEED to have lots of patience when you need to buy a part there!!! If you dont then just search online before going into the store. While standing in line I noticed they had 4 clerks working at that moment. 2 were helping customers check out at front counter and 1 was helping a customer identify a part on the car outside. The 4th clerk was in the isle showing a customer what item they asked for. One of the 2 clerks at front also answered the phone during the check out process and was polite and asked if the caller could be placed on hold to finish checking the customer out. After he checked him out. He actually took the call and got a notepad and started jotting down what the caller was asking. Then he said I can go check do you mind if i place you on hold. Then helped the next in line. After he helped the next person in line he finished the call! That was nice because i am sure they did not want to be holding forever. But then when it was my turn he helped me get all my parts and offered to help carry and load the heavy boxes to my car. I had over 8 big boxes (trying to repair my tires and got new ball joints and tire roads and shocks including the whole assembly) so you know it was NOT some tiny boxes. They did good in my book! They were all very helpful and still able to conduct business in a friendly and respectful manner. Made me feel good doing business there. Thank you guys!

Stopped in because I seen on sign full synthetic oil and filter $26.99. Didn t have filter in stock so they order me one for the next day. All good told clerk before he order I was wanting the special. Next day picked up filter and stated again I needed the oil as well that came with their special. First I was told it was the oriellys brand. Great went and got oil and at counter the employee then stated he didn t realize I was wanting the special and that it needed to be vavoline brand. He went over with me and said it needed to be a vavoline synthetic blend. However he didn t see 0/20 weight that I needed and mentioned another brand he uses and then walked away. I took the brand he recommended back to counter and another employee when I stated I hope I got the right oil for special and he stated no it s the Mobil 1 brand. So I went back and got the Mobil brand and returned to counter. He rung me up and stated it was $55 dollars and some change. I said wait your sign stated 26.99 and he said it didn t include the filter I had. But I did get a couple of dollars off the oil. Big time bait and switch at this store. First when I ordered my filter that they didn t have in stock I should have been told then if it wasn t included in there special. Even though it does not say most vehicles or some exclusions. Anyway be careful doing business here.

I ve lived in the town of Claremore for 24 years with O Reilly Auto parts just a few miles away from home. I ve used O Reillys Auto Parts my entire life due to being so convenient in the area. I ve been signed up with their rewards for over TEN years. I ve used my phone number at every single checkout for TEN years.Every vehicle part I ve ever purchased is now gone and some how magically vanished out of their system.So, every part I ve bought in the past ten years that came with a lifetime warranty is now..... history.I gave the 12 year old boy my name and phone number on a sticky note. I politely asked him to place it on his 15 year old managers desk and to have him call me in the morning. Not one phone call was received. I went back a week later and all of my purchased history is still....... history.

1st let me say I am a private contractor working as a traveling merchandiser that does remodels for Oreillys . I see a new store every week or two , what I must say is that in all my time working in these stores time again I see courteous helpful men and women . I've yet to hear even one employee be rude to a customer , they are always full of knowledge and eager to assist customers . Great job oreillys I'm proud to work in these store for short time and I love meeting your crews. It's always a pleasure seeing the professional way they handle themselves.. Keep up the great work !

Do not send you 18 year old daughter to this store in hopes the will take care of her. My daughter was headed to town and one of her wiper blades broke, I was working so I sent her to O'Reilly to have them put some on for her. They took advantage of a young girl and sold her 70 dollars worth of wiper blades and when I called to ask the assistant. Manager why he said we were just doing our job.. Will not be getting my business anymore. Ridiculous
