Took my Jeep Compass in because I had a coolant leak that we could no longer slap a bandaid on. Branden and everyone else at Melton s went above and beyond to not only fix the issues, but as well with communication. They provided superior customer service beyond what we would ever expect. They gave us a rental car since the part I needed was back ordered for a week, and Branden even answered an after hours email due to an unexpected issue I had the day I picked up my vehicle . He met me where I was parked with another rental and they had my car back in working order the very next day! My car is running like new. I won t take it anywhere else. Melton s you ve gained a forever customer! Thank you!

Couldn't Believe it So i Called and asked. The Oil Change is Unbeatable. The Young Lady on the Phone Was Very courteous, friendly, and Helpful. I Thought well at a price like that you probably have to get on a waiting list. Not So. I checked in (Had The wife Pick me up)and left my Vehicle to run some errands. They were done long before i was finished with my errands. They Topped all the Fluids and Went over my Vehicle. A Very Plesant Experience all around!!!!!!

Bailey was super helpful, his other sales staff helped keep my wife and I comfortable as well while buying a truck. Great team and great service. Had a small thing pop up afterwards and came back unannouned and the dealership jumped all over it and made everything in less then 20 minutes. Very impressed with this dealership and would recommend without hesitation. Service review to follow, I have no doubt they will also be just as great, just talking with them so far has truly been a great experience.

Blown away by the culture at Melton. Took our car in for service and, from meeting the first gentleman outside (didn't catch his name) to driving out the door, we were given the best experience. They have created such a comfortable environment, my daughter wanted to stay and play all evening! Can't speak highly enough of the Melton team.

I had the best experience yesterday getting my oil changed! Not only is the synthetic oil change extremely affordable compared to other places, their customer service and experience is top notch. They provide complementary snacks and drinks while you wait on your vehicle, which is super helpful when you ve got a little one with you. So glad I gave them a chance, definitely earned my business going forward. Thank you for a great experience!

I went in for an oil change. They have good prices for those, $30. But It was an extra $50 to change out the cabin filter. But they did say if I brought my own, they wouldn t charge to install it. So I brought my own cabin filter and engine air filter as well. I had asked before turning my 2016 Jeep wrangler JK over to them to change both filters with the ones I bought. I was then told my jeep didn t have the cabin air filter. When I left and looked for myself. It in fact DOES have a cabin filter. So I checked to see if they even changed the engine air filter and nope. Didn t change that either. They were just lazy and didn t want to do it. Or they were upset that I didn t want to pay their up charge for ether filter. Ether way, they lost a life long customer. I will no longer use them for my service needs .

We had a great experience with Melton! We bought a used trade in from them and brought our own vehicle in to trade as well. They were very reasonable about the price and negotiations. Jeff Williams really made an effort to make sure we were getting a great deal and fair business. I d definitely recommend!

I knew when I walked in to Melton's service garage and was immediately greeted by Heather that I had picked the right place to get my oil changed. I was kept informed and treated like a VIP. Coffee and snacks in the waiting area

Going to be as fair as I can in this rating.Initial Sales experience was really the only positive experience about buying a new truck from Melton. The sales representative was great. Laid back and not pushy and easy to work with. We worked out a pretty fair deal and I took the truck home that evening.When I picked the truck it was not detailed and I noticed some issues.The truck needed to be detailed. There was 17 miles on it when I test drove it and 25 I believe when I bought it. The interior had insulation all over the carpet and needed to be wiped down. There was grease on the back of one of the seats. There was also white overspray on the paint of one of the door jams. This was pointed out and agreed to be taken care of.I brought the vehicle in a few days later to be detailed. I mentioned that the sun visor was coming apart at one of the seems as well as a few other areas of concerns.I picked up the truck later that day and they had only vacuumed the top of the carpet and washed the outside. The insulation was still there, the grease was still there, the overspray wasn t completely taken care of. The truck also wasn t filed with DEF.I went over this with the sales representative and he agreed and said to leave it overnight and it would be taken care of the following day. The general manager came out and asked what was unacceptable of the vehicle. I pointed everything out and he told me that I was being unreasonable and my standards weren t the same as theirs. Wow. That right there just lost my business.

From start to finish Baley was so helpful and professional and yet very personable and respectful. It was an amazing experience because of his knowledge and experience since I had not purchased a vehicle on my own in 30 years. Bought my wife a Cherokee Trailhawk I saw on there web site fair price very easy transaction Jeff made the experience easy and explained how to handle since I am out of state. This was a couple of years ago now I am looking for a gladiator and getting run around with other dealerships. I remember Melton s so I call Jeff and said I wanted to order one he said ok he started the process went over all combinations and optional equipment. I placed order and throughout the process Jeff would keep me updated I know I was a pain in his neck. My arrived picked it up with no hassles . Jeff and this dealership knows what hassle free customer service is.

I called the service department to get a quote on 6 injector remove and replace and was told they only quote repairs with diagnostics. Seems pretty simple to me! I understand if there were any surprises it would cost more. Don t manufacturers have recommended timeframe s for such repairs?

I bought a car a few years ago and the sales was good. This month I received such frustrating and disrespectful service that I am shocked. Brought my car in to be looked at. It took almost a week of me regularly calling before they had time. I finally call and say nevermind I'm coming for my vehicle and they magically have a diagnosis. The price to fix is to much so I go to pick up my car and am charged a fee that I was never told of. Last time I went there was no fee, so I didn't think to specifically ask if they changed their prices. Instead of apologizing or trying to right the extra charge, they tell me it's my fault. I ask a few questions and literally get laughed at. If I knew about cars I wouldn't need a mechanic. Needless to say I will not bother here again and will go next door where I have found open/honest and fair business.

I was unable to make it to the dealer as I'm currently working in New Jersey. I worked with Baley Beaver and he was very helpful and understanding through the entire process. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. The only issue I had was that they were not yet setup to do the whole deal digitally, so that delayed things by a week. Overall, I would recommend working with Melton, and Baley in particular.

Came in to test drive a jeep decided it wasn't the right size. Came back the following week to test drive a demo vehicle the salesman said it would be there. Pulled in the jeep was sitting out front. Waited 30 minutes after appointment time for sales guy to let someone else test drive and buy vehicle that was brought in for myself. Poor customer service. Don't waste your time especially if your traveling far.*by late the dealership means ONE minute late.

Only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because colton was a very kind salesman... but unfortunately that was useful for nothing. My credit has been ran and i was given no information on any kind of idea for price for any lease. Their system couldnt run my report despite me having credit. Now my credit has dropped and im screwed for the next 2 years. This was the absolute worst decision ive ever made to just LOOK for a decent car with a decent price. Im genuinely torn.

They will respond. Now if there willing to make a deal I haven't had the pleasure of finding out seem a lil tight when it comes to getting you out of your old car. Takes money to make a good deal gotta help the people's out. Makes for a much more enjoyable 60-72 months of paying for something.

We spoke with Mark to set up a test drive. The truck was up front waiting on us, Mark showed us the features before we drove. They looked over our trade in, offering a fair value without the hassle we've experienced at other dealerships. The price of the new truck never went up and they offered excellent interest rates. Everyone from sales, front desk to finance treated us like family. We've purchased several vehicles and Melton has, by far, been the most pleasant experience.
