Unreliable! Took my wife s car in for a radiator leak. $2500 later of finding stuff to fix, it lasted five minutes on the road after pickup. The wheel locked up, power steering failed, causing my pregnant wife to almost wreck with our one year old son. It s ridiculous. The owner stated to me that my wife (who has limited vehicle knowledge) apparently told him her power steering was going bad, and he chose not to fix it why??? That s literally the job we hired him for, fix the problems. The whole purpose of taking it in, was it was hot and leaking radiator fluid and we have a baby on the way and need our vehicle in working order. In my mind it is extremely negligent to allow a pregnant woman and 1 year old to leave in a vehicle that is worse off now than how it was dropped off, especially after we have spent that amount of cash to leave in a working vehicle. It honestly feels like they take advantage of people who have limited vehicle knowledge, sabotage things to force you to bring it back for even more money, and do sloppy work hence the loose and missing caps under the hood, and the low fluid levels. Save your money!

Excellent experience!! Colton was very professional and personable. They were able to fix my Jeep (even after another mechanic made the problem!) and was super fast!! Dropped it off on Friday and was running perfect by Wednesday!! They are now "my" mechanics!!

After taking my car to a local mechanic multiple times and getting a different diagnosis each time and paying again for work they had done just days before, as valve cover leak, a friend told me to take it to Kevin's auto in Claremore. I did that and they replaced the parts I had already paid the other mechanic to do, plus diagnosed the real problem. The thing that really sold me is the fact that you ALWAYS talk to Kevin, the owner. He is on top of his business! No go-betweens or auto person. Plus he gave me a 2 year guarantee on any part he installed including labor! So, thanks Kevin, your my go to mechanic!

I didn t have to wait a long time for my oil change, love that! Must of all I have cream colored seats and they stayed clean that s very important! Last few places I have been to that changed my oil and put the stickers up in the window got oil on my interior of my new car well not here at Kevin s thank you for that! Big plus! Also super cut hot rod looking inside of an office was enjoying to set and wait in. Friendly to deal with. I give my recommendation.

Best body shop in town!!! They did a engine swap on my car and did a phenomenal job, i m very pleased. They also did it in a very timely manner. Bryan did a great job! He took care of my SUV fast and more efficiently then anyone else that has worked on my car!!! He had a great attitude and very nice to work with. The only good things I can say about this shop is that this shop was the only shop I could find that would work on my truck with me already having all the parts. And they got the work done in a timely manner. Now the bad. Kevin called me on a Friday afternoon to let me know that the truck was done and ready to be picked up. But he hadn't had the time to put me and my truck into the system and had no idea what the total bill was. Then he told me that the truck had a check engine light on because my cam positioning sensor was bad. Then he told me that he wasn't open on Saturdays but he was going to be at the shop that Saturday to work on his boat. I show up Saturday to get my truck, and he's not there. His step dad was there and called and texted Kevin several times with no response. One of the mechanics happen to show up and tried getting ahold of Kevin with no response. So finally Kevin's step dad ends up going to Kevin's house to ask him what the final bill for my truck. So after like an hour and a half I was finally able to get my truck back. And by the way, it wasn't a bad cam positioning sensor causing the check engine light. They installed the wrong camshaft timing gear even though I supplied the right gear. I had 2 cam timing gears in the parts I supplied and Kevin and his shop claiming they know chevy engines and have done many dod deletes, ended up installing the wrong camshaft timing gear.Service: Engine repair

Kevin's Automotive was quick to get me into the shop for testing and diagnosis of a transmission issue on my van. The next day they had a detailed estimate prepared and could get started on it right away. I appreciate their transparency when pricing repairs and thorough communication. Great guys!

They replaced my clutch only shop that would do it or even get back to me or even take me in. Got me in within a week and got my car back within a couple days. No complaints from me I never even got to meet Mr. Kevin cause of my work schedule but he kept me updated and was polite when I called a couple times didn t act like he hated to talk to customers like the other places. You can tell they care about you and your car from the moment you interact with Kevin's Automotive. Very clear communication. They explained everything and pricing was very reasonable. My husband called a couple weeks ago to get his 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel engine in to see what was going on, the heater wasn't working and it was leaking out from the water pump. We called Kevin's Automotive and he got the truck in immediately and fixed the water pump. This is mine and my husband's work truck for our fencing business. We had explained that to him and he helped us out. Within a few hours of the same day, the truck was fixed and returned to us. The heater was working again. It started to leak coolant the last few days and we called up Kevin's Automotive today because all the coolant spewed out. He told us to bring it in. He immediately got the truck in, in front of others, (sorry but this truck is our money maker), and diagnosed that the heater core was bad. So, he got the parts ordered and will be working on it soon as the part comes in, I think today or first thing tomorrow. We are supposed to have our truck back tomorrow. Thank you Kevin's Automotive for the quick work. Yes of course mechanical work on vehicles is expensive but having service like Kevin's softens the financial blow a little bit.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had the timing chain replaced on my wifes car. Brought it in on a Tuesday, they had it diagnosed by end of day and were finished with the repair Thursday morning. Fast service reasonable price. We were in town visiting family. We noticed some issues with our Ford Raptor on the 6 hour drive up. We suspected front wheel bearings after a google search of symptoms. Found out it was dangerous to continue driving a vehicle with severely worn wheel bearings. Contacted Kevin's on Monday and explained our situation as we were scheduled to leave on Tuesday. He was able to expedite parts and repairs to get us back on the road safely. We ve had such a great experience with Kevin! He has fixed many of our problems for a very good price. I ve been to a lot of mechanics and he is very thorough compared with most. He has caught several problems with our cars before they caused damage. The one drawback is that lots of other people know that he s very good so sometimes it takes a little longer to get work done. It s definitely worth it though!

Highest prices in town but you get a one year warranty.... Go to the dealership you'll get a better deal. After my bad experience of over paying for something that didn't even fix the problem. I asked around at work and they have a reputation for doing something it doesn't fix the problem then saying, o it must be this.

Needed my heater fixed and Kevin git it done for me. Great customer service and they also got my car back to me on time. Most mechanics just want you in and out. It's not like that at Kevin's. I felt welcomed and he explained everything so I understood what needed to be done. I definitely recommend him and I will also be taking my vehicles to him.

They are a phenomenal option, I would give them my business again!I was looking at a pickup in Claremore, and wanted it checked out by a third party. I called them the day of, a few hours before they closed and they got me in within the hour. The inspection was quick and thorough, and he walked me through the issues and pricing, simplifying it for a layman!I really appreciated their help. It was totally worth it. They re also really nice folks to chat with!
