Easiest experience I've had working with a dealer. I inquired on an F150 Lightning and Jerry gave all the details available and lined up all the paperwork before I stepped foot in the dealership. He made it as seamless of a transaction as possible, I wasn't left waiting or going back and forth between different people to make it a done deal. From arriving on the lot to driving off with my new vehicle, I was there less than 1.5 hours. Highly recommend.

I went in to get my front end aligned after doing a 2 level on my 2017 f-150 and had added new tires at Costco where they suggested I get an alignment. I researched the highest google rated Ford dealer and found them in Claremore even though I live in Collinsville. After the alignment was done it felt weird and the tires seemed slightly off. When I called they were very understanding and helpful and let me come in at my earliest convenience and prioritized me when I got there without needing to make an appointment. My wife works from home and so I also had my baby with me and they were extremely friendly and the tech even came out to talk with me about it and work with me on what I was experiencing in the car. Although what I was feeling was off wasn t technically out of alignment specs they were willing to make adjustments and were never condescending or rude like I have experienced in other customer service industries. Waylon, the tech who worked on my truck, was extremely helpful and was even friendly enough to bring me back in the shop to see what he was wanting to do and why. The truck drives so much better especially in strong winds now and I feel safer driving with our adjustments to the passenger side Camber angle. Thank you Jack Kissee Ford, your whole service department has been a wonderful experience and if I need other work done I will definitely be back and recommend you to friends and family.

Miranda in the Service Department is fantastic! She took time to explain different processes to me and made sure I got the tires that best suited my car. She was friendly and greeted me promptly when I arrived for my scheduled service. I have always had very good experiences with Jack Kissee staff. Everyone from sales to finance has been top notch!

Best experience I ve had in quite some time. Great people and fast turnaround times. Miranda kept in touch with me throughout the day, providing me updates and that was helpful. Veteran and Military friendly company which makes you a ten star company in my opinion.

Had a recall issue on my 2013 C-Max. First visit to Kissee Ford. They told me to come in to verify the vehicle. Thought I would have to set up an appointment to come back to have the work done later. Live 30 min away. They offered to do it immediately for me and save me another day and another trip. All done on an hour. Thank you Kissee Ford. Well done, y'all.

Darlene is excellent. She has been able to schedule all my repairs in a timely manner. The Service Dept. has an outstanding team. They have been awesome at troubleshooting the problem & getting the repairs right the first time. Years ago, another dealership was unable help me. So, I gave the Jack Kissee Team a try. I'm glad I did. Now they take care of all my auto needs.Much Appreciated...

Excellent sales staff we went to meet with Kevin Keith he was busy with 2 customers so he asked Greg Whitlock to help since he wasn t sure when he would be available. Greg was great answered every question we had. We took a test drive and bought a 24 Explorer. Completing the paperwork in finance was smooth. We did the clear coat option. Thank you to your whole team. Finally a no pressure comfortable car buying experience.

I was skeptical about taking my truck to a dealership again after waiting for 3 weeks for a simple repair at a different dealership. After taking it to Jack Kissee Ford there is no doubt in my mind that this is the only place I'll be taking my vehicles from here on. They called to confirm my appointment a few times and looked at my truck the same day it was scheduled to be dropped off. These folks took care of it and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Greg was amazing!!! I came to look at a Taurus that had already sold. But he showed me another one and I was sold! The process took all of 30 minutes to get a yes or no. They gave me a great deal on my trade in! I will never buy a car anywhere else! Thank you so very much for helping me finally get a dependable car!!!

Best car buying experience I ever had. Cannot say enough about my salesman, Spencer- patient with my questions, knowledgeable and great with keeping me informed during the process.I appreciated not being there for hours while the finance person did their part. I was able to go home and was contacted via text soon afterwards and a time was set to come in to sign and pick up my new Bronco.

I had to have some warranty work performed on the new truck. Chelsea the service adviser was great. She communicated well and kept me advised as work progressed. The work was complete in a timely fashion. The techs seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Trouble shooting the issues and resolving them. One of which was electronic communication. Not easy to diagnose. I had additional service work including oil and fuel filter changes. The prices were very fair. I am very happy with this experience.

They notified me when my pickup had safety recalls and quickly got me in for service. While in the shop, they diagnosed an issue with my touch screen and installed an oil separator that I wanted. I believe their service is worth the price

Work was done right and in a reasonable amount of time. Miranda, the service advisor, did an excellent job and made valuable suggestions. My only complaint is charging for labor and shop supplies on a battery installation. Since nearly every other shop will install at no charge, this is outside the bounds of customary and reasonable

We had a great experience buying a truck at Jack Kissee. Mike Anderson was great to work with was not pushy like most cars salesman and if we needed help he was there to answer our questions. Even the finance manager was great! Overall one the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. I would go here to buy another truck before someone else again.

They did the recall work as required. Unfortunately, I gave them a clean truck and I picked up a dirty truck. I keep my equipment in decent presentable condition and was very disappointed they didn t consider it necessary to clean my truck back to its clean condition before returning it to me. I know, it might not be important to everyone, but when I have this type of investment, I take care of it. It s unfortunate they don t consider its importance when under their care.

Excellent customer service. I talked to the mechanic's several times, they determined the fuel trim problem was a timing problem causing the drivers side valves to leak. A difficult problem to troubleshoot. The cost of the repair was less than what I had expected. Will 100% use them again, great job, very happy with the service!

I had an excellent experience with the service department from Jack Kissee Ford in Claremore. My transmission error light came on so I wasn t able to make an appointment. Chelsea was super helpful and the service work was completed within a few days. I did not have other transportation but they not only drove me home after my car was towed, they delivered my car to my house after the repair was completed. I couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Used Kisse s service for my first oil change on new F150. Appointment for 11:00, out at 12:20. I would have expected it to be done in under an hour with an appointment.Otherwise it went off as expected. I used points on my Ford Pass app to pay for the service, and they made that easy.Seems like a good service shop.

They did an airbag recall, and I was asked to schedule an appointment to have it replaced. I set the appointment and they rescheduled several times over the next couple weeks. And my airbag light comes on intermittently now. I wasn't gonna bother with a review, but they kept asking.

Overall the work got done the staff was outwardly friendly but seemed to not want to do any work kept trying to talk me out of doing the work. I don t mind leaving my car for days or weeks but they seemed to have a problem with it. I ll still use them but it will take a few weeks of appointment to even get an oil change.

Darlene in the Service DEPT has always taken great care of us in the past & I'm sure she will going forward w the new vechicle. Never once, have we had a negative experience w this dealership . Service department was easy to work with when making appointment, keeping me informed about repairs and completion. Mechanical staff completed work quickly and satisfactorily. No notice problems noticed from repair. I was aware of the costs prior to the work starting. A good job.

You could buy the most popular and the most reliable car but if the dealership is not that great, you will always regret that purchase. Jack Kissee Ford is not that dealership. They are amazing from the buying experience to the service experience. I have 2 cars one from another make (Japanese) and my Ford Fusion (first Ford that I have ever owned). Both were bought new. I will never take that other car back to its dealership. However I will always take my Ford back to Jack Kissee for service. When the time is right, I m going to trade in the other make and buy another Ford from Jack Kissee and have them service that one as well.
