Dunlap was dispatched to tow my car. I believe he said his name was Jack Dunlap but the guy who showed up was the most courteous and professional driver I ve encountered. I wholly recommend using Dunlap for any towing/wrecker needs.

Dunlap Wrecker was dispatched to help us with our Uhaul trailer. They were supposed to bring us the new trailer first, and take the broken trailer back to Uhaul. But they made us wait longer because they didn t want to make an extra trip to Tulsa. Then when they finally dropped the new trailer off, they didn t get the trailer wiring; so we had to drive home an hour in the dark with no trailer lights. We re not happy with the customer service we received from Uhaul, or Dunlap Wrecker.Services: Car towing, Vehicle wrecking

The driver didn't communicate well with the highway patrol and instead of it being charged to AAA, my friend had to pay $160 instead. Out of her pocket. Communication is important even for a tow truck driver.

They couldn't help me with my exact issue.(Removing a vehicle off my property) but the gentleman that picked up the phone gave me two other companies that could and explained the whole process.

Car was stolen and police caught the person. But impounded my car. It was 200 by the time I found out. Didn't have the money so by the time I was able to and made it up to 4:30 now if I can't afford it

Chadley was quick to answer the phone and got me off the side of the road and back home in no time. Friendly, professional, and prompt. Give them a call if you want a good rate with no hassle.

Called them on Christmas, was told to call back the next morning, which is understandable, but the gentleman was very very curt and rude. Called back the next morning around 9 and was met with rudeness and was told that I would have to wait 4 hours until they had more trucks . Now I can understand if you were nice and even tried to give a reasonable explanation in a professional manner and tone, but to just flat out act like I m the one who s inconveniencing you when you have a tow service doesn t sit well with me.

Excellent service!! Texted arrival right away as I requested text! Came a little early and provided excellent service!! Price very reasonable!!! Alex was very kind and explained procedure if dealer was closed as it was close to their closing time! I waited for 12 hours recently for roadside assistance wrecker! Alex was here within 10 minutes!!!I could not have gotten any better service!!!Service: Car towing

Driving my In-laws Corvette the shift linkage had come off and left the car inoperable. Dunlop sent a tow truck operator out and he new exactly what to do, he jacked up the car and put the shift linkage back on and sent me on my. No charge! Thanks for the excellent service! My husband and I are retired and we're on our way back from a camping and dart tournament. We were pulling our travel trailer when we had a blow out on the turnpike. We called Dunlap ( AAA recommended them) Bryan showed up within minutes very friendly and had our tire changed in minutes. We highly recommend them. Thought I needed a tow to a repair shop. The driver showed up and jumped me instead, which was all I needed to get to the repair shop. They could have easily just towed me for more money but instead saved me money. Highly recommend this honest company.

These guys are amazing.I was traveling from Vegas to Detroit towing a 1928 Model A on a trailer, both I purchased the day before.One of the trailer tires exploded and upon going to change it, the lug wrench was the wrong size. It's dark, I'm 1000 miles from home, and stuck on the turnpike and no one is stopping.Called the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for referrals. My wife and I called the 5 places we were given, Dunlap was the last one and the ONLY ONE willing to help.The driver was there fast, we swapped the tire and I was back on the road in minutes at what I consider way to cheap of a price.Thank you so much again guys. During the extremely cold weather, my car battery went dead in my garage. I called Dunlap & they were out in under an hour. The man was nice, polite & very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

From the phone call to our tow destination , suburb service! The driver was there quickly, very polite and up-beat. Made our truck breaking down on this cold wet day easier to deal with. We will call Dunlap with any future needs.

My husband had an accident while driving in Claremore. The wrecker driver took both his truck and boat and stored them for us. The truck is still there pending insurance, and the boat was picked up for a minimal storage fee. We had to have registration papers on both vehicles, and an employee was able to give us directions to the local tag agency. I felt the employees did everything they could to help us with our property. Thanks!Service: Vehicle wrecking

Was okay, until I went to pick up my car on a Sunday, and they told me they had an "after hours fee " of 30$.. The guys were there that day, so it was cheaper to get my car the next day. Which is ridiculous, I had gotten a ride and dropped off, and left, and had to walk, and find a ride back the next day.

Needed a chip sealed on my windshield, they got me right in and great service from Dunlap, they also had to come to my aid before when my battery died from waiting on my husband at urgent care.

I would have paid to get my vehicle out on Memorial Day but they were closed. Next day I go to pay and they charge me for Memorial Day. Now how can that be right?They were friendly. They were professional. But, come on....

LawnAmerica had a truck go down in Claremore. I called to get it towed back to our shop. They were very quick in response to help us. Justin Post was the driver and was very professional and courteous. Even in the rain he noticed a small ground issue with battery and was able to help us get back on road.
