I had a good experience with Same Day Tire in Claremore. However, I feel I overpaid for the service. I went in to get a 2 wheel alignment on a 1994 ford F150 4x4 and was charged 97.00. This alignment is pretty simple for that vehicle. Mainly adjusting tie rod ends. I asked why it was so expensive and the guy at the counter said that we just made all alignments the same cost which is saying even a 4 wheel alignment with toe adjust and camber for 4 wheels which is definitely more work is the same cost as mine was. With that logic, we could do that with so many things. Dental work? Yard work? The possibilities are endless. Just charge the highest across the board. Any yard mowed is 700 dollars, even if it s a tiny yard. Makes perfect sense! (Sarcasm)

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dustin was very prompt with getting my car back and didn't pressure me with any unnecessary expenditures. He explained everything that they were doing and had me out of there and on my way within the hour. Everyone was very kind and the facility was clean and well organized. Thank you for the amazing service and see you at my next oil change!

I had a great experience with Claremore tire. They put on my new tires, balanced, and aligned my car! It drives better then it has since I got the car used a few years ago! They were also willing to work with me even though I couldn t drop off and pick up my car in normal business hours. If you are looking for a great shop in Claremore I would suggest them to anyone!

So I went to Claremore tire to get an alignment done on my truck. One of there office people came in from the shop and told my and that the camber bolts were off. One was barely screwed in and the other was completely screwed in. Then he told us that it would take the tech working on it would take him 30mins on each side to fix and was not a part of the alignment and there would be a separate charge of $150 on top of the $94 which was the price of the alignment. So I decided to get a second opion and went to discount tire in tulsa. Sad to say but there wasn't anything wrong with the camber bolts. So Claremore tire was trying to charge $150 for nothing so please beware were you go and do business with. Apparently the guy thought I didn't know anything about cars and was going to pull a fast one.

I was very appreciative of how quickly they were able to get my truck in and put on the new tires and do the alignment. I was impressed by the photos they sent showing the progress of the work. I live in claremore but working in downtown Tulsa, being able to drop my truck off the night before was a great help. They even provided an opportunity to pay online. I really appreciated the professionalism and friendly attitude of all the staff. Thank you for a quality experience.

I had a low tire and went in to make sure there was not a nail in my tire. They checked all my tires. What I found out was that my tires were very old and I needed 4 new tires. Dustin was great. He helped me get my banking app on my phone. Everyone there that day were great. It was on Friday 12/22/23. Thanks guys for all your help!!!

I started taking my truck here a while back after the local I'd been using charged me for correcting their mistake. Best decision I've made! These folks are on time, easy to work with and are less expensive than the previous place. Dustin just squeezed me in for a last minute oil change & tire rotation. Excellent service, excellent communication, clean shop and location. Highly recommend!

They all were very nice just not in my budget. I'm going to have to see if I can trade my vehicle in on something somewhere that doesn't need such expensive repairs. Thanks guys for trying to help.

I highly recommend this place. It is my go to for all of my vehicles. My last purchase was a new set of tires which I couldn't be happier with. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right tires for me. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive set. They redid the front end on my truck, I've had alignments done, they do all our oil changes, etc. We've dealth with them a lot. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. The staff is always very knowledgeable and professional! Most importantly they treat me like a valued customer instead of just another invoice.

Took my newer 3/4 ton truck in for alignment and they told me I needed new ball joints and track bar.. They said they could do it, but I like to do my own work.. So after I replaced ball joints and a track bar that didn t need to be. I took it back for the alignment I asked if they would adjust the track bar (knowing it needed it) he said they would if needed well in 30 minutes it was done.. I was told it was pulling to the right because the tires needed to be rotated and balanced.. I just had that done yep nothing changed much, very little, still had the same pull to the LEFT the original issue So in all $109 for guy not to do honest work!! But they will find a million things that are wrong.. but they are fast in 30 minutes they have time to do an alignment and test drive!!

Great people and great tires!! Mikey is the very best advisor always come to him for my services!! The manager Dustin is awes! Super friendly always interacting with customers to make sure his facility is the very best! Can t forget the amazing Roger spears very best car fixer!

This shop is my go to when it comes to my car repairs. I have had my oil changed multiple times, my tires rotated, purchased a whole set of tires for my second vehicle, and also have had my brakes done. I have been completely satisfied with every service and continue to return to see Michael. Every time I visit I am in and out in a timely manner, and Michael communicates with me every step of the way. When it comes to car maintenance and repairs it is great to have someone on your side and a shop that stands behind its work.

Went in to get 2 tires on my daughter s car. Spoke/worked with Dustin to get the right tires picked out, installed, car checked out and I was on my way in about an hour and a half.I had compared prices with other local options as well as with Costco & Sam s Club; Claremore Tire was just as competitive on price and availability plus I was able to keep my business local

I can only leave a 5 star review. Dustin was so helpful in guiding me to the right tire for my circumstances. He let me know and showed me 3 lug nuts that needed replacement and replaced them for free! Claremore will be my 'goto' tire guys from now on.

Within an hour of getting new tires one went completely flat. When I went back they said it had impact damage (like I had hit something) and charged me labor and warranty for a new one.

Dustin was a miracle. My car sits very low, i had blown a tire mid day and then found put it was because the metal was showing on the inner wall. All of my tires were bad. I called and explained the situation and they told me to come right over. 45 mins later i had 4 new tires and was back on the road. They were amazing. Thank you

The guys at Claremore tire always do a great job and do it quickly. Recently I took my car on to get checked out and get a couple new tires. Michael and Dustin talked through the repairs that need done and told me how they d phase the repairs to help distribute cost, but not at all in a salesy or overbearing way. They ve been my go to for car work for a couple years and this latest interaction just reinforced that!

It s hard to find good, honest mechanics these days. I have never had regret when I ve taken my car into these guys. Their prices are decent and they don t try to sell me a bunch of work I don t need. Five stars for Claremore Tire!!!!

Very unprofessional service repair shop. They had car couple days for cv axles and couldn t fix problem but they managed to find another issue. I purchased tires in past so I m a value customer. I picked up car and paid for my service and my car was parked way across street in some lot while it s mid day with heavy volume traffic. This is the new service for valued customers; pay for service and walk across street with traffic. This company is not professional and I ll never buy from them again.

Took my truck in to get my stationary lights working again and figure out what the issue was. They did a diagnostic and found everything else but what I had originally requested them to do. After paying $153 for the diagnostic and being told it would be another $600 for replacing a light switch, I took the truck home to do my own research. My dad suggested I purchase a wire kit; so, I bought one for $10 at Harbor Freight Tool. Then, he started working on finding the wires for the stationary lights and he found them. Not a $600 light switch issue, guys. $10 - and my stationary lights are working again, thanks to Harbor Freight Tool (and Dad).

Very unprofessional auto repair store, had my car in shop for couple days. They couldn t repair my axles on car but managed to find another issue. Paid for service provided and car was parked across street while heavy volume traffic is, this is not customer service and did I mention that I bought tires in past from this repair shop. I got second opinion on my car and found out they broke something else on my car that is costing me more out of pocket cost. I understand now why they didn t want to fix my car. Wow, the service now days on shady auto repair service.I m so disappointed with my service and I ll never buy from them again.
