It s AutoZone you know how that is half the time half the time they don t wanna help treat you like you don t know nothing I hate going to AutoZone I m more of an O Reilly s man suppose they know how to treat respect and dignity, and not like a bunch of idiots. Like I said, I can t stand my wife went there and that s the only reason I m giving this review.

The customer service here is unmatched!!! I was broke down on the side of the road with my wife & 4 kids, 20 mins away from any store & I called this AutoZone & Robbie answered the phone, heard my situation, dropped what he was doing & drove 18-20 mins to hand deliver me a serpentine belt to get my family back on the road!!! Such a blessing that man was.If AutoZone corporate sees this, PROMOTE THIS MAN!P.S. Orilley s told me I was SOL. Will never go to Orilley s again

I had a great experience with Audrey and the other employees. I m in town to help my elderly mother with her project list and we needed to fix her tired Ford Expedition with some rear hatch struts. These folks were awesome and they gave me a veterans discount, which I am. I highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered a part and they said it would be here in one day and they would call. Never called, I had to go there to find out they ordered the wrong part. Then the kid displayed the worst attitude to refund the product. Never will be back to buy anything. These is coming from a Veteran that put up with a lot.

They did a great job helping me the last two times I've been in. This has not always been my experience. They have moved up from 3 stars to 4 stars from me. Maybe they will eventually make it to 5 stars.

Great staff, full of answers and always greet you with a smile. I have worked on my own vehicles for years. If you have ever worked on your own, you know how frustrating it can be. They offer help when they can, and they will even put a battery in your vehicle for you.

Great location, friendly knowledgeable staff. They can have most parts delivered same day. They carry the OEM brands I prefer over the no name cheap copies.

Customer Service was accessible and friendly. My friend asked for help changing a head light. The employee was ready and eager to help. When he could not change the head light, he apologized and directed us to try to change it a specified way. The way instructed was not correct. Although helpful, if there employee is not sure how to do something, they should just simply explain, they don't know, it is not generally an auto parts store to go above like that anyway.

Great service and friendly employees our car was having troubles on the way home and the engine light came on. We pulled in and told the young man working. He grabbed his reader hooked it up and got us the diagnoses right away printed it out for us and even referred us to a close fast mechanic near by. Definitely a reliable place to stop.

Horrible service I watched multiple people get helped outside with the service of there car while there was a full store I waited my turn. Then asked if I could get help outside and was told he had to wait for another person to be in the store he couldn t leave it unattended . That I also understand so I waited and when the lady came back inside I waited in line again and ask for help outside I was told to wait for the whole store to clear out. All I want is to be treated the same as every other individual is treated and today I was not I just wasted 30 minutes of my life due to bad customer service please do better .

Needed to return a part we bought that wasn't needed, but we were in the process of moving and didn't have the box it came in. We had intended on using the part and threw the box away. And even though the receipt was over 2 months old, the manager okayed the return and didn't give me any grief about it. Thanks AutoZone for understanding that life happens and things don't always go as planned. I had a nice, friendly cashier and an awesome manager that I encountered yesterday. Most definitely recommend AutoZone for all your auto part needs!

October 14th, 2021: I have battery issues (replacement needs) I have to walk with my dead battery from 2005 Nissan murano car to this store for me to prepare myself to work. It took me almost 40 minutes with exhausted heat and muscle soreness, however when I purchased my reliable Car battery in good price and good condition, there's a very nice Employees offering me a ride back to my apartment with my new car battery which I felt relief. When I got back to my apartment and found out I receive the wrong battery, then the same employee who drop me back to apartment with new and correct car battery without being charged extra. This is the best experience in my life, I definitely recommend this store because they help me a lots.Customer,Ohio Nguyen

Not sure yet how to rate this.. This is complicated. They gave me a code on dignostic test. P0641 & the young man said it was electrical ELM. But when you google the PO641 it doesn't say what the young man said. We are still trying to figure it out.

These guys were great... I was driving a borrowed truck when an emission fluid light came on. I had NO idea what to do. They looked out the window, knew the year of the truck, gave me some price/brand choices, and we got it taken care of! If you're a female and need somewhere you can get some advice/assistance, this is the place!

Had to purchase a car battery for my daughter yesterday. It was hot and I needed someone to install the battery. Douglas came to my rescue, he was so friendly. He didn't seem.to mind that it was a heat index of 105. I don't think I will go anywhere else from now on. Thanks so much Doug! Car trouble is never fun and you made our experience so much more pleasant than we anticipated!

Autozone is hit or miss. I went in for headlights tonight and searched through parts number books for what I needed for at least 15 minutes. Not once was I asked if I needed help. To be clear, the store was not busy. There was only one other customer. Recently I've had much worse experiences. About a week ago I went in to get a blower motor for my business van. When I walked in I was actually asked "What do you want?" All 3 employees present at that time were very rude and obviously hate their jobs. Not sure how they still have jobs. I can't be the only person treated this way. This used to be my favorite parts store but I'm moving on.

Horrible customer service. No idea of what they're talking about. Absolutely rude right off the bat. I will never do business there again and took my companies account off of the Claremore location. Saw the review just before mine. You obviously need to get rid of that crew and get people who know cars and service. Pretty sure the only experience they have with cars is on their game consoles.
