Ronnie and Scott worked on a special order for 4 Continental tires for me, then set up an appointment to have them installed. Great job! I was expecting it to take some time for the installation. I walked around shopping and was surprised that it only took about an hour, so different than spending an afternoon waiting at competitors' tire shop. The service staff were efficient, prompt and did a great job. They deserve being appreciated! We live in North OKC, but my husband and I always loved to shop at this store when we lived near Little Axe and this Auto Center always did a great job for us. It was well worth the drive. Excellent job! Glad to see this Auto Center and store still have great Managers and staff.Service: Tires

Ronnie was a great help for me today when I needed to exchange a car battery that was still under warranty. The auto section had already closed, but he stayed late to help me out, and I really appreciate it.

Simple nail in tire and I was first in line thinking it s going to be a good day at Wal mart Auto . Boy was I wrong! Gonna make it short cause I think everyone in Choctaw can agree this place is a Joke! Hour into it they approach me that they locked keys in car and did I have spare. Not with me of course but had someone delivery to save them the expense of locksmith. Hour later extra key is there and of course they try to charge for flat repair after all that s happened until I explain about putting me out on key situation. So it no charge. About 2 miles down the road I hear what was a rock come off tread and hit underside of wheel well so that makes me think to check lug nuts and to my surprise I could twist one with my fingers! OMG! This is the most basic of tire repair and they should be ashamed of themselves. I go back and they tighten up and I let them know that it s unacceptable and I go on down the road. Shame on Wally World Auto cause honestly was hoping for better being it s in our community but it s not! 5 thumbs down Service: Tires

Cheaper than small businesses as expected but definitely not faster. Good thing you can walk around and shop while you wait but the check status in the app wasn't updated through the process. When I got in they estimated an hour and it was done in that time.

They have no communication they watched me wait in front of them for my vehicle to get done and didn't tell me it cancelled because they couldn't start it and then I start it right up after they finally tell me after me being here for already a hour

Got there and all bays were empty 3 guys nothing to do and I bought one tire and oil change and the manager said yes we will get right on it took them almost 2 hours! Never again !Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Spoke on the phone with Jeremy who was not only incredibly friendly, but also exceptionally helpful. He gave me a few tire options, and when I told him what I was looking for he ordered tires for me that matched my needs. Wonderful customer service

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Almost 2 hours to have one tire mounted. And they charged me for things I didn't want. As with most Walmart automotive centers, absolutely horrible customer service and very poor management.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I havent had a good experience with them yet. From yelling at my wife for pulling up to wait for me to drop off my car to my tires not even getting balanced correctly. I am done with this auto care

If your dealing with Scott then your experience will be great but would like to add found out that just because they say warranty and just because you PAY extra to WALMART still means you have to go online to manufacture and file a claim and wait for a verdict so why did I give Wal-Mart my money now?

Very fast and friendly service. Helped us with a flat tire and was able to get it on and down the interstate within and hour.

Cheap prices for good stuff. I'm usually very satisfied with Walmart, and they're auto section is no different.
