Dude laughed at me when I asked a question, was very rude and unhelpful, costs as much as jiffy lube with less services. Still had to go to oreillys, and they did the service that walmart "isn't allowed to do". Horrible service.

If you take your car in for tires at Walmart, I hope you have plenty of time on your hands to schedule with a mechanic shop to repair the damage they are going to do to your vehicle. Because they won t repair what they break.I have been to the auto center in Chickasha Walmart many times. Purchased about $4,000.00 in tires over a 5 year period.They have damaged my vehicles on almost every occasion.Stripping multiple wheel studs because they can t teach there technicians to start the bolts by hand before they go cranking down on them with high impact wrenches. Such a simple thing that costs there company millions I m sure.On a Sunday at 3:00 in the afternoon not a single customer in their shop. The corporate headquarters wonders why they have no business?I have been told by Discount Tire, Hibdon Tire, and Big O Tires that they do this all the time.Word of advice take your car to professional technicians not the monkey side show at walmart. I will take my $1,500.00 a month in other purchases from walmart somewhere else because the manager of the tire center told me they don t care if they lose my business. No problem! Customer service from the register to the shop is terrible, rude, and obviously hate their job. Been going for over a year with 2 vehicles for oil changes and maybe had 1 decent experience.

They did a good job but here's a pro tip. When they say they don't have your oil filter in stock, go check yourself. It's probably on the shelf under a different number. And since they only give you $2.22 allow it for customer supplied part (and it was $13 at O'Reilly's) you definitely want to make sure it's not sitting on their shelf for $3.28. so as you can see they added $10 to the cost of my oil change. But it was relatively inexpensive to start with. I called jiffy lube and they were going to charge me almost twice as much.

The mechanic staff were all friendly and my spouse's truck did run a lot smoother after the oil change. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because it took over an hour and my vehicle was the only one being worked on. Overall a good experience though.

I got 4 new tires, an oil change and wiper blades installed at the Chickasha, OK Walmrt. The tech was very helpful and the work was done quickly. Will definitely go there again

Service dept manager ( Micah) here in Chickasha OK. handled our tire situation with the utmost professionalism. Although they couldn't take care of our problem due to company policy, he was honest, respectful and professional. Not many out there like him. Thank you

Rude gray haired lady is the gatekeeper for who gets in and the order. She skipped over me twice for people who just pulled up and then got mad at me for leaving my car and standing nearby. There are too many good local options.

Will never go back to this auto center will drive elsewhere. Seriously 45 minutes from the time the wheel came off of my vehicle till the time it was put back on. I would like to apply for the girls job with the ponytail. It seems she gets paid to hild tires up and roll them 2 feet to the girl running the wheel balancer. The employees work sooooooooo slow i thougbt i had a stroke and my brain slowed down watching them work. HORRIBLE SERVICE

If I could give them 0 stars I would... there was not wait and 3 people standing around. Took them 15 minutes to even approach me and then it have now taken over an hour to rotate and balance my tires. This is absolutely ridiculous.

What had new tires put on and they said it's going to be over an hour or two and a half weight and is only two cars in the whole parking lot seems to be always takes an hour to two hours before they can even get to your car at any time even if there's no cars in the shop

I went in to get my spark plugs changed like their website said they do ..I drove a long way and they said they dont do that I said your website said u did ..they said no we dont and that was it I left...:(

The female that answered the phone for auto center needs an attitude adjustment. Too many other shops around to be putting up with the rude tude. Half star if possible .
