Passing through and had to get service. Took a chance and was very pleased! Service was quick. Techs were polite and courteous. Highly recommend and would use them again when we re in the area.

Stopped by on Saturday for a last minute oil change & was given the best service & the fastest oil change. The customer service was unmatched & I left more educated on my vehicle than when I got there. All without leaving my comfortable warm car! Thanks Pit Stop!!My family will be back for sure!!

The place is great they get you through in about 5-8 minutes they are friendly and even offer to wash your windshield and air up your tires at no extra cost. Overall IGN 10/10 would recommend.

Rented a uhaul. They were so easy to work with, very professional. Their staff were very nice and helped me get the door closed. Highly recommend.

Aug 2020, I became a new resident of Chickasha.They came highly recommended,and I am very satisfied. 3 years later, continued High Quality Standards,Professional,a great customer service.My very ADULT son of 44 also brings his vehicle in due to my recommendation, and he's not always one to listen to his own mother.Thanks, guys, for not making this mama appearing that she's not at dementia level!

Super fast and friendly staff, they know how to get the job done right. It s a no pressure oil change they don t suggest things I don t need. You can tell it s about the quality and customer service when you choose chickasha pit stop. They have a customer for LIFE!

Between this place and Walmart, would be the best place to come and get your oil change.. Young Guys that are respectful and genuine.. they made sure that they care about me as well

Have been going to this pit stop for years & they never disappoint!! They have me in & out in about 15 minutes... I do it on my lunch hour and still have time to eat!! They always remember my name and are super friendly.. they have never tried to sell me anything but if I need anything they usually have it and if don t will order it & get it to me ASAP!! My cousin lives 45 minutes away & after I highly recommended it she has made the drive every since!! I have also used their U Haul services & as expected went without a glitch!! Omg they are awesome! I had a blowout right in front of their shop. They dropped everything and changed my tire for me when we were on the way to the hospital for my husband's surgery. I have done business at the Pit Stop for many years and have always received the greatest personal service. However, the last time in for an oil change, the tech found and fixed a potential problem with my transmission. Great service. One of the techs let me know my Perelli tires were thread bare on the inside. Which he didnt have to do and wasnt trying to sell me something. Apparently uneven wear is an issue with that brand I've since learned, because they looked fine on the outside. The tech even took a picture to show me. Saved me from disaster and I'm grateful.

I have used this shop for 10 years plus they have always done a excellent job on anything I have needed done. They have gone above and beyond to help me. The owners and there employees are always professional and treet you like family. I would never use another shop to do my work. We needed a U-Haul trailer to pickup an order in OklahomaCity. With short notice and snowing conditions they still got it done. Denice and crew far exceeded our expectations. It was a great experience!
