My family and I came to town on a sunday to visit some friends for a child's birthday party. unfortunately we experienced a rim and wheel stud failure. Being on a sunday we decided to tow our vehicle to friends house for the night. Called Charles Allen Ford first thing monday morning asking if we could deliver a un movable truck on a tow truck for a failure assessment. James from the service department said sure thing, and so we did. James started the entire process answering all the "first timer" questions I threw at him. After being instructed that my extended warranty was unable to help, and I was back at home at this point 4 days later, due to warranty policy issues. James and the General Manager - Michael where very helpful in making a sticky and time sensitive situation taken care of and could not have asked for better customer service! Thanks for all the help, and if i ever have a person ask who to go to? Charles Allen will be the #1 dealership i will recommend! Thanks for all the help! Elizabeth Mitchell is a top of the line professional. The ordering/buying/service from her is hands down the best we have ever dealt with. If I ever have any question of warranty, she goes out of her way to get me a solid, truthful answer. We have never had an issue from her, the service department at Charles Allen, or from Ford honoring warranties. You will be glad you did business with Elizabeth and never want to do business with anyone else going forward.

Had my vehicle in their service department since November of last year because parts were on back order . I was out of a vehicle for the entire time. All they could do was give me a rental car for 3 days out of that entire decade. Finally got the vehicle back a week or so ago and parts that hold the hood stand in place under the hood were broken making it so the hood stand just sort of rests on top of the engine block. Back reversal camera was covered in grease which was a pain to clean, and my right passenger tire makes a crunching noise like something is caught in the tire every time I brake. I d ask if they d remedy these things but unfortunately I need something done now, not 5 months from now and I don t want something else in the vehicle to mess up. Last Ford vehicle I ll own. Was a lemon from the start UPDATE: Charles Allen Ford reached out the same day this review was posted and remedied the problems I had listed. Repairs to everything were made quickly and efficiently. I appreciate everything they did for me and how quickly it was done. Amazing customer service!

I ve taken my vehicle here a few times. No issues for the first couple times. Then I got an OUTRAGEOUS BILL. For some simply fixes. 4 hours worth of labor paid for what was admitted to be 2.5 hours. Not happy with them. I even called several other local ford dealerships who quoted me under what this dealership charged me. I ll be taking my fords elsewhere. You should too.

Went in for The Works and I couldn't have been happier. They took care of my 2017 Ford F250 like it was their own. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great chat with James, one of the service writers. I'll definitely go back

Our vehicle got towed to Charles Allen Ford as the warranty thru Joe Cooper told us to do!! They have had our vehicle for over a month and has yet to work on it! I have called every week! They never even called to give me the diagnosis, I had to. Which at that point I was told they were sending pictures of what needed fixed to the warranty company and they needed us to bring the copy of oil changes to them to send as well. My husband took them the next day. I called last week once again and was told they haven't even gotten the pictures sent because they have to re-take apart the vehicle to get them! Once again today I'm told the same thing. Yet when asked about getting a vehicle until they finish ours (my husband and I both work and we have 7 kids with another on the way) they say "ya sorry unfortunately we don't offer that anymore due to inventory!" So they say things will be done by a certain time which isn't, wants you to hold your financial commitment up when they are finished. But yet not assist causing us to spend 100s of dollars on a rental that we don't have!

I made an appointment to get my steering wheel tightened because it started to wobble. Two weeks later i took it in to have them look at it because it was getting pretty loose. A mechanic wouldn't look at it. The lady at the counter came out said it should make it til monday told me they could get me in 2 days before my appointment so thank you for that. Still concerned so I called a differentFord dealership and they walked me threw how to fix it myself over the phone. Took me longer to find a Ratchet then it took to fix it. Maybe a 3 min fix. Thank you sam wampler freedom ford for doing what Charles Allen ford could not.

Bought my Ford Fusion from Kyle today and was very pleased with him. Was like sitting down and talking with a old friend. I spent all day last Saturday running okc looking at cars and dealing with jerk salespeople; so had my guard up today. Yet Kyle was super friendly n buddy type personality, he made the whole experience fantastic. Wish there was more salespeople out there like him.

Jim Allen, owner of Charles Allen Ford has been a friend and client for many years. My stepson is in need of a truck. So, I called Jim, he was waiting for us this past Saturday morning. He had the perfect Ford truck that was within my stepson's budget. He then had John Waggoner, whom I have know for at least 15 years to help work-out the details. After a so so experience with an individual at this dealership i was contacted by the owner Jim Allen, Jim and the rest of the staff turned this into a great buying experience, they were more than helpful in all aspects of my transaction and did everything possible to ensure I was treated respectfully and like the customer matters.I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a bunch of good oke boys at a real down home small town dealership.5 stars to Jim and the rest of the staff at Charles Allen Ford.I will definitely buy my next vehicle from these guys.Thank you to everyone here.

Could not have wished for an easier or better experience in ordering a new truck. Kyle was the salesman and he and the sales manager guided me through the process and made ordering the truck as simple as anyone could have asked for. While other dealers in the OKC metro were adding up to 10k on top of MSRP due to shortages, Charles Allen didn't add a thing to the sales price and that, along with the small town dealer way of doing business made this an easy decision. Highly recommended.

I had went to Ford in Duncan, OK because my breaks were making a grinding sound. They said the hydraulics went out in my breaks and it would be 1,000.00 to fix. I got a second opinion by Colt Walters from the Chickasha Ford and he was able to see it was just that my break pad was broken. He helped me and got it fixed in no time and let me know my hydraulics were fine! He is a honest mechanic not just trying to steal from people. Thank you Ford In Chickasha for hiring honest people. Thank you Colt for your help!

Went in and they had the exact truck I wanted. Took my old truck in on trade. Everything went very quickly and easily. They had several rebates available and explained them all to me and helped me pick the best ones for my situation. All in all a great experience. This is I think the 8th vehicle I have purchased through them and each time was easy. They make vehicle buying a pleasure.

While traveling to a bass tournament we had problems with my F250. We're extremely glad we were near here and found this dealership. The employees are friendly, down to earth, helpful people. It was about an hour before they closed and the mechanic took his time to get us back on the road. He listened to my explanation of what the truck was doing and what work had been done recently. He also explained what he found and what work he did to hopefully fix the issue. They even gave us a card and said if we have more problems while traveling we could call and they would help us find a dealership or shop that is trustworthy. This is the kind of place we love to do business with. And every business should strive to be this way!

This place is great. Our 2009 F250 broke down. They got me in touch with a towing company. "Cavin Wrecker Service". These guys are great too. Very reasonable towing charge. We had it towed to this dealership and decided we would be leaving in a new truck. David was our salesman. He was very helpful. Hes a chill laid back guy. They were very fair with the trade in of our truck. They offer great financing right there and will look for the best interest rate for you. We left with a 2019 F250 and couldn't be happier.

Awesome experience! Quality workmanship. They diagnosed several issues and gave me the opportunity to pick from the list of items to fix based on need and importance. They really worked with me. I drove an hour to have the service done, because their initial quote for the heater core replacement was that much cheaper than Joe Cooper. Special thanks to Neal and Luther!

Honestly, I'd never heard of this dealer before. I typically don't venture toward Chickasha very often. I had been looking for a used truck for a few months, and got tired of looking at places around The City. All of the dealers here (plus one in Stillwater, but not their Ford Dealer), tried to sell me trucks that had obvious problems that they were unwilling to fix. They all pretty much told me to "deal with these issues, these vehicles are used...". This was not the case at Charles Allen Ford. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked "how can we help you". and help they did. I found a particular truck on their website, and it was immediately made available to test-drive. The sales guy "Kyle", was very well informed about the features of the truck, and was able to help me figure-out how to work a few of them that weren't immediately obvious. Though Kyle was new on the job, I felt that the sales portion went relatively smoothly. With the financing, because we started late in the day, there were only a few banks open to check-with, but I felt that I got reasonable terms. I really appreciated how they didn't try to pressure me into buying an extended warranty and all of that other supplemental garbage, like most other dealers will, though they did ask to make sure I wasn't interested. The truck does have a few minor issues, but this dealer offers a free 30-day-warranty on used vehicles. We are waiting on parts, to resolve these issues, but I trust that they will be resolved. This experience was much better that expected, and I will seriously consider shopping here, when the time comes, for my next vehicle.

I did not actually buy a car from them but their service was wonderful. I worked with Kyle Richardson and he was wonderful to work with. Not pushy at all but politely firm when he needed to be and wonderfully understanding. I would absolutely recommend them any day. Thanks Kyle!

Service dept kept trying to bill me for my company truck that has a national account. They won t call when your vehicle is done even though I specifically asked for one and they took my number down and promised to call. Cheaply ran dealership.

Over the past few years I have bought several cars from Charles Allen Ford - every experience has been a good one. They take time to find what I am looking for, know the price range, and go the extra mile to make buying a car done with very little hassle. This time was so simple. John called to let me know the car was in, I went by to see it while it was being prepped, picked it up the next day - entire transaction took less than 20 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have worked in customer service my whole life so I have high expectations of any place I do business with. We have gotten exemplary and friendly service for years with Charles Allen Ford. We have an F-150 and an older F-350 diesel, and rely on the expertise of the mechanics here. Servicing is done in a timely manner, and if I wait in the lounge there is TV, coffee, and half a dozen employees who come by smiling and greeting me as they pass through - even the cleaning lady! It is true that one feels like family here.Some years back our F-350 diesel broke down about fives miles out of Chickasha. An employee from Charles Allen Ford stopped to assist. He helped to get the truck towed in after hours. That, to me, is GREAT customer service!

In 27 years of car buying experience, my recent experience buying a car from Charles Allen was, hands down, the best and easiest to date.My salesman, Kyle, was amazing. I told him what I wanted (SUV), what my budget I wanted to stay in was (already have a truck payment for husband, so I wanted to keep my car payment low as possible). No pressure, no bs. He made it happen and got me in my little Escape with low miles within the budget I wanted to stay (thanks to TJ for getting the payment within my budget, too!)I will recommend anyone to Charles Allen Ford and Kyle - specifically - for a great, smooth car buying experience. He will listen to what you want and not try to just sell you want he wants to make a commission on and will get you in and out in a timely manner with outstanding buyer care (is that a term? Lol) and follow up.They really do make you feel like more than a sale and make you feel like you, as an individual, are important.5 Stars Charles Allen and Kyle Richardson.

After having purchased several vehicles over my lifetime, I FINALLY enjoyed the experience. It was hassle-free, direct, transparent, and (actually) fun. Stan Housh (sales person) was a delight.I knew the instant I pulled up this would be different. Unlike every where else I've ever been, no one pounced before I could exit my car. There were no extended waits while someone "checked" with their manager. There was no bait and switch while executing paperwork (we've all been there before). The whole process was somewhat like reconnecting with a friend.Given the opportunity, I'll be back. If you're in the market, do yourself a favor and check these guys out.

Just purchased a new (to us) vehicle today, and couldn't be more pleased! The overall dealership experience is the best I've had to date; there was no pressure, and I wasn't swamped with salespersons soon as I hit the lot. Our salesman Chris Willmeth was courteous and beyond accommodating, and didn't try to sway or influence our purchase. We told him what we were hoping to get, and he made it happen. Would definitely recommend Charles Allen Ford, and Chris to anybody looking for a new or new-to-them vehicle!

I don't know much about the store except for that it's very clean and I ought to know that because I'm one of the cleaning people so I only go there like once a week but I like it the people are very nice
