The staff at this Autozone went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did they help me purchase the correct battery for my car, but they also did a free installation for me! The manager and the employees up front were all so kind, funny, and knowledgeable. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction and wanted to ensure that I left the store with a working car! I will be back for sure. They made my day!

Your day manager Thomas is very rude.he is very in professional and could not preform the duties of his job. I came in with receipt unopened package.and with in 2 weeks from day of purchase. I informed him my wife had gotten her purse stolen and no longer had the account open with the credit card I used. I asked could I have cash and or store credit he told me he didn't know how to do that and keep in mind .I got to the store 2 hrs before it opened because I needed to make sure this issue was taken care of before I left town.but still he was absolutely no help nor even made a attempt to help me. This is the 2nd time I've had to deal with Manager Thomas and the time before this he was rude as well.i will take my business to O'Reilly's and recommend all my friends do so as well.

Customer service above and beyond! I took my car in with a blown a/c fuse, but I didn't know where it was located. The parts manager checked the engine code, tried fuses under the hood, crawled into the floorboard to find the cabin fuse box, everything. She tried for 30 minutes in 100-degree heat and couldn't get to the fuse. She then walked down to Pro Auto and brought back a tech, while I waited in the a/c with the store manager and a water. The gentleman from Pro Auto crawled into the floorboard, and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes! I cannot begin to express how grateful I am, or how highly I recommend this business. These people are literal lifesavers!

This review is regarding store manager, Mr. Jerrod Gray, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Mr. Gray saved my partner from the freezing cold who was stranded on the side of the road with a failed alternator. Mr. Gray patiently entered all of the parts necessary for my partner to repair his truck, gathered the necessary items into his vehicle, and drove to meet him on the side of the road. If it would not have been for Mr. Gray's kindness and generosity, my partner would have been stranded for hours without heat and/or his diabetic medication, which would have contributed to another crisis in itself. So, thank you, Mr. Gray for your support...you deserve employee of the year and a pay raise! We will never forget your willingness to help and we hope AutoZone realizes what a great employee they have in you.

PEOPLE. THIS IS THE AUTOZONE TO GO TO. Did a tire shop steal your lug nut? Pull of the highway and go here. The staff was amazing and super cool and incredibly helpful. She was an expert on my car and the parts it needed.

This store has improved leaps and bounds from last year. New manager kicking butts and taking names. Staff very helpful, haven t been out of stock for my recent visits. I m impressed, got my business back.

Yesterday evening my car died after church, so I drove to auto zone with the help of God and our amazing Pastor (Michigan Avenue Baptist church).Landon and Macoby the two gentleman working were extremely helpful and friendly, even though it was right before closing. This location has a great staff with incredible work ethic.

Jared the Manager there always goes way out and beyond helping you with product bought at there stores installing and simply just answering questions. I m truly grateful how helpful this gentleman has been on my visits or calls to the store about product I ve bought and needing instructions on how to keep it maintained. Thanks Jared

AutoZone's a great place for all your auto needs. They also match O'Reilly's prices and normally can order and get in parts within a day. Clean and has very nice staff. Would recommend it. Only complaint I have, is there a little pricey.

Was on phone with the manager going to buy a fuel pump I ask if I can add the point to my autozone card he said no I ask why he got rude so I asked to talk to Joe who I talked to 5 min before Jeff he said his name was very rude said are you calling me a liar he took a delivery I canceled order and won't be back. I started to come to this place along time ago because of there customer service but this guy was very rude. I won't be back Joe is always awesome and should be the store manager I've never had a problem out of him and very helpful.

In my opinion, management at this store is well above par. Other stores should learn a thing or two from their costumer service skills. I personally have not been to an AutoZone for well over 10 years now due to poor customer service. I will definitely return to this store.

I would continue to give a 5 if I would have had the same service tech who helped us on Sunday the5th. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and a great help. When I went on Wednesday to pick up the items I had ordered. The girl was very crass. I don't know much of oil changes. Having a new car, I didn't know much of it. She asked me if the car was turbo engine. I said I didn't know, where wod I look for that. She said, " you would just know". Very crass, rude, demeaning. She kept telling me to go where the oil items were. I needed help. I left. I went to O'Reilly and the very young guy behind the counter was very helpful. Wish the gentleman who helped me the 1st time would have been there. I will go back eventually, I was raised for to auto zone. Not sure my daughters, who were with me and had to see the person's attitude will.

Staff here are a mixed bag. Jeremiah & Colt are probably the nicest employees here. Some of the others are uptight jerks who could lighten up a little. Getting the right employee to help you is important especially if you don't know a thing about cars. Guys like Jeremiah are super helpful and will happily help with minor repairs & installations. The others not so much.

My experience was very good customer service was there as expected they only issue they did not have my part which was a battery on hand for my replacement warranty.. the vehicle belongs to an elderly lady now she is without a vehicle for two to three days.

Exceptional level of customer service and support. They helped me troubleshoot my issue in finding a specific bolt for my car. Suggested other stores that may have the part I was needing.Although they didn't provide the specific bolt needed, they suggested other places that may have the part I needed.

Had to order what I needed witch was ok got it on before I had to use itBut I was not happy that I did have a couponFor exactly what I wanted for 20 bucks in reward points and they would not gave me the points on my rewards .!
