We broke down in Cherokee. NAPA had the parts in stock! Their shop was real busy and couldn t get to us for a day or so but loaned us the tools we needed to do it ourselves. You won t find that kind of trust & friendliness in any big city! Small town America at its best! Thanks guys!

The clutch went out in my truck and they were the closest shop. They got it replaced by the end of the second business day for a reasonable, market average price. They were friendly and helpful, but not great at returning calls.

Told my dad his batteries was out of warranty to just buy new ones I took to another Napa and both batteries had warranty on them still
