Purchased new set of tires in October and now they can't seem to find the time to rotate and balance them for me. Called to make an appointment but one can only make an appointment for new tires so I have to show up and hope they can fit me in for a rotation and balance. I live over 20 miles away so it is not convenient for me to just show up not knowing if they will ever get to me. I have tried twice when I was grocery shopping but they never got to me in the hour I was at the store. They had no problem getting to me when I was spending $800 for tires but the warranty work does not seem to exist. I was going to start getting my oil changed each time I got a tire rotation but can't make an appointment for that either. I will be going back to Firestone for my tires next time and Grease Monkey for my oil changes.

Everything was perfect then noticed the tires I purchased were 20 inch but my Tahoe has 22 inch tires, so went on the app that I ordered tires online for return/refund.Well that s when the whole process just fell through. Returned home and like every time I have had to return anything to Walmart or SAMS the money went right back in or a few days at most.Then went on Walmart app to make sure Walmart canceled the tires and refund, well bought on the 29th of July and it is know 3, August but not showing where Walmart auto center put back in system as canceled.So exactly we re is the over $750 spent on 4 perelli scorpion tires(love this brand and Tahoe rides so well with them)that as of right know are in limbo and still can t purchase tires without the refund so stuck at home on bald tires that we will not take a chance on a blow out or reck that could injure us and any innocent passers by.I need my vehicle since I am 100% disabled veteran, that as know depending on my twin brother(who has illnesses of his own)to run over here and drive me 45 minutes to closets VA Hospital.So not feeling particularly happy with my no tires and no refund YET!

What wld u think of the auto manager that tells you " he took the plug out of your tire and replaced it with a new one, and added a patch." Said he had his best guy do it. 1st that's impossible, 2nd he said it, probably because I'm female- both reasons are disgusting. They lost our keys, didn't call to let us know the car was ready, then lied to us. Stay away, they don't know the difference between a tire repair and a taco.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation, came home and oil cap put on backwards leaked 1/2 quart oil out of filler cap, front passenger tire now has a slow leak and all my coolant leaked out But we have fresh windshield cleaner in our windshield wipers that don't work. I will not recommend Anyone go here, I'm going to do it myself However we have the money now to where we should pay someone to do it. We shouldn't have to babysit auto techs that know nothing as to how to put back on a filler cap! And as for tires, I'm going to my tire store in Tulsa ,

I purchased 4 tires for my 12 yr old Buick Enclave. The service was incredible! I'd rate it 5 stars out of five!GET YOUR TIRES THERE! Makes tire purchases easy!5 STAR RATING!

They had the tires I needed. Misty, who works in the Pit was very nice. Tonya needs to learn how to speak to customers, she comes across as rude and short tempered. As if she doesn t really want to be bothered with customers.

I love shopping here over any other Wal-Mart I Shop at.. customer friendly. Employee are always kind and will help you on answering in getting your issues solved. The automotive Department is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone who needs batteries, tires or even an oil change.

They let a teenager leave with 2 kids in a car with a nail still in the tire because it was a unsafe environment because a broke stud. The guys in the back working on her car was very nice she said and she understands that one is broken but most cars have 5 on each tire. If one is broken there r 4 more to support the tire and if they r calling it a unsafe environment why r they letting her leave in that vehicle were she can get hurt and she has proof that they called it a unsafe environment. So they just walked their self's into a law suit if something happens and she gets hurt in that vehicle. Plus the lady at the desk was really rude and snobby to her and didn't even give her a recommendation to were she could get it fixed. They call their self's a auto repair shop but if they won't fix a car just because of that they r not.

Walmart is so clean, they change things around, hard to find after you are used to going to an isle where things used to be. Love the workers, so kind and friendly. Noticed someone at the jewelry counter. That's good, didnt have to ring a bell to get service. Beautiful Easter plants, and flowers.

Bad experience, I waited for an hour and a half for a flat. All that for them to tell me policy says they can't fix it because the hole was too close to the wall of the tire. Now I understand that is the policy but still it was quite frustrating. 3/10
