Was getting a price quote and was surprised at what it would cost to get all four of my tires spin balanced on my Super Duty Ford. It was much cheaper than what a previous shop had quoted me. Owner was extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely do business here the next time I have any tire related work performed.

All about the quick dollar here, took my car back after they failed to fix the problem after I paid $300+ After the second time they told me it was a rock in my brake shield pull off the lot just to notice the problem isn t fixed and they didn t put my lug nut back on. No one has a clue what they are talking about or if they do they must ve been on vacation when I came in.

My tires were low in pressure, so I stopped by to have them checked out. They could of told me I needed all new tires (I really wouldn t of known if I did or not- no judgement please) but they filled them all up for me- No charge, and told me they were fine. The weather may have affected the pressure. Thank you so much for being honest. I truly appreciate it!

It s Gentry Tire now and don t take anything to them. Not a real mechanic on site, but boy they ll charge you. Then you have to take your vehicle somewhere else and pay them to actually fix it

Had a flight emergency and this tire shop took care of me. Started my morning rough with one flat. I get a spare on then have another tire go flat. It is the stuff of nightmares when there is a pending flight. All to say, I had AAA tow me to this tire shop and I have no regrets. They understood my emergency and made it possible for me to catch my flight on time. I got the two tires I wanted ordered, expedited and had them replaced in under thirty minutes. My tire shop back home doesn t even come close to the quality and rapid service at Tire One. Thank you for being fluid and flexible in an industry that seems to be taking slower times on service. Your a diamond amongst tire shops.

Awful! My mother in law went there to have the Ball joints on her truck checked and the guy told her that they were awful and about to break just to make her buy new ones from her shop. We seeked a 2nd and 3rd opinion and they said they were in great shape.Watch out for these scammers, it seems like they enjoy taking advantage of women because they think they know nothing about cars.

**New Owners**I found this place to be absolutely excellent! I went in for an AC refill (if you call it that) or maybe recharge. I found the customer service to be among the best I have seen in a long time in multiple states where service centers are concerned! The gentleman told me it would be about an hour so I wandered around Walmart buying aimless things I did not need. I came back and the car was ready as expected with cold air blowing. I am very happy with them and if they don't have your choice of oil, he will walk and go get it. I'm Castrol GTX so, he has to go get it. No one does that. I highly recommend this place with the new owners!

Y'all looked after my wife when she went in for a patch and noticed the tire was unsafe. Instead of taking the money for what she asked for a patch you helped find her a used tire we could afford. Thank you so much for keeping her safe it means a lot!

These guys treat me just like family. Robert and Rick the owners are the finest gentlemen I've ever met. Hit a deer, damaged my bumper something awful. Took my car I for other repairs. When I got it back, the deer damage to my bumper had been repaired. me some Tire One!!!

I won't be stopping there again. I just paid to have the tire fixed. That they were supposed to fix to begin with. Do not recommend. I will not waste my money again....

I have mixed feelings about this place. We have been using them for years. But the last two times I have taken my van in it has taken them 2-3wks to fix. First time was an altenater. This time was a connection problem. Both times got the run around about parts. Owner even talked with us. They kept saying give me two more days. If not today tomorrow... for weeks. After many extentions on time it finally got fixed in a manner of 1-2 hrs including an oil change. Why did this take so long??? I was also quoted a $1500 fix price which i agreed too, and ended up doing something else cheaper just to get my vehicle back

It's not Tire 1 anymore It's Gentry Tire and auto they do it all from working on them to cleaning them go give them a visit you won't be disappointed

Super easy to work with. They include road hazard on every tire they sell and free rotations on a full set for the life of the tires. The price was exactly what they quoted me no surprises. Had to order my tires but they arrived on time and only took about 1.5 hours to mount balance and send me on my way. I would definitely recommend tire one to anyone.

Show up at 430 after calling to see if they would be open and they said they would be. Show up and the place is closed up. Forcing me to go to oriley to pay an extra 70 dollars. Thanks for nothing. Terrible business practice. Won't trust them again.

Robert and the staff at Tire One are amazing! I needed an alignment and some other repairs in the suspension of my truck. They got it in and out in one day and it drives like a dream. They were willing to tell me what I didn t need and not just try to sell me unnecessary repairs or parts. A++ service. I ll be definitely be going back to them for any of my future vehicle repair needs.

We were traveling through to Arizona when the belt broke on our tire. Looked up Tire One in Checotah, OK and they were so great. Let us in even before they were officially open. Came out and looked at the tire we needed. Got someone to change it for us right in the parking lot at the shop. Wonderful service! Good price!! Thanks guys!!

I have no idea how this place has the rating it has bunch of rude d*ckheads, did nothing to help but send me to other places. Went to Las Vegas tire (who they didn t suggest) and got my wheel replaced in and out in 30 min. Complete waste of time dealing with these guys

Made an appointment to have oil changed and tires rotated while we we in the area for a few days. Read the reviews and thought I made a good decision in picking Tire One. The service was completed as required but my vehicle was left a mess, oil on steering wheel, gear shift and fender. When I went back in to inquire about cleaning my car I was told there were paper towels in the restroom. I had to take my car across the street to the car wash to get the oil off the engine compartment.

The staff was amazing and really helped me out more than I can express. I was on my way back to Norman and they helped me make sure I had a tire and got there safe. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Tire-one is a very good place of business. I had a brake problem that no one else would even look at in Eufaula or Checotah. They diagnosed and helped me find answers to a complex brake problem. They were great guys, cordial, friendly and eager to help. Thanks Tire one for your help and encouragement. If you need a tire or brake work give these guys a try you'll find a good bunch of guys ready to work.

I will say the guys at tire 1 are the best in the business. I broke down 4 hrs from home and the got me back on the road first thing that morning when they opened RJ and everyone there are first class. As a shop manager myself I hold repair shops to a high standard and they went above and beyond. If there was a option for 10 stars they would receive it thank you guys very much...

WOW! Just a tire place, right? WRONG! I was at Lake Eufaula and had issues with a "run flat" flat tire which is NOT an easy fix, trust me! Long story short, the folks at TIRE 1 went WAY above and beyond to help me out! They researched and spent their valuable time trying to help me get the situation resolved. They didn't stop until they had made sure I was able to safely get back to my car dealer and get my problem resolved. It was a hassle over the holiday but they literally blew me away at how helpful they were. Perhaps it is in part small town friendliness but more importantly, this company is about providing SUPER AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Having had that kind of service, I will certainly send business their way. THANK YOU, TIRE 1!!!

The guys that work in this shop are amazing! They helped me out when I was stuck on the side of the highway. Got me back up and running as quickly as possible. Robert is an amazing guy and worked me with to get this to happen.

We had a blowout on our tow vehicle while driving through OKLAHOMA and after stopping at the KOA near Checotah, looked around for a tire store and Tyler was able to locate 2 tires for us at 4pm and have them delivered and installed the next morning. Great service and a great team of individuals at that location. The KOA recommended them as well.

They got us in 20 minutes before close on a Friday. Had two trailer tires for us and got us on our way in 30 minutes. They were very nice and professional.

This is my go to in Checotah! Arlan and his team always take care of me. He didn't have the wheels I was wanting in stock, but had them in the next morning! He also noticed my wiper blades wore out and put a new set on free of charge. I will definitely continue doing business here.
