I ordered and picked up a hitch for my 2021 jeep... ordered the right part... box says right part #... AN hour of working... it won't fit.. wrong part # in the box... 84144 I need... 84184 in the box marked 84144... I've lost my chance to have the hitch installed... pull my pop up n go camping with friends...

Had to buy 2 oilfiltters and a couple galls of oil there.i gave them the numbers and they brought them both and I paid. Got to my truck on the side of the road on 69 hwy to change my filters .well one was wrong .rite number on the box but somebody pulled a switch on the filter. Pretty frustrated

The male employee at this location on the evening of 7/15/23, is an angel. I hope his mamma tells him how proud she is of him often. He went above & beyond for us tonight. Thank you & I didn't even get his name. He is an amazing person!

Thank you O'Reillys in Checotah! We came rolling in almost at closing time for oil on the last leg of our road trip, just wanting to get home safely but concerned about the "add oil" warning light. Dillon to the rescue! He greeted us at the door, marched us straight to the oil and helped us select the correct one. THEN he helped us top off the oil, and check the levels. Done in less than ten minutes and we were confidently on our way. We were SO grateful for O'Reilly's and Dillon, after not finding the oil we needed at a well-known travel stop back on the highway in the town next door! Thank you!

Did a will call to pick up a brake caliper in muskogee and not only got sent to the wrong store location but when i got the part it was boxed wrong . So now i just drove 30 miles plus and now i have to drive back to the origanal store warranty the part and let my girl friends father know that the 20 min job i orriganally quoted him would now take a whole nother day. So yeah name should be "alrightys instead of orielys"

I had a really good experience at this O'Reilly's, the staff was helpful, plentiful, the store is very organized, and clean. I highly recommend this store and it's knowledgeable staff!

Always ready to lend a hand are the staff at this O'Reilly store. Customer service hasn't died out here! Prices are competitive and you can buy in store or online. If they don't have what you need they can most likely get it or tell you where to find it. Knowledgeable and caring.

Very helpful employee. Very informative.Prices are a bit steep, but overall it is a nice place to shop.parking lot is always clean and tidy. Ernie almost always helps us.All the counter people are pretty great.A+ for the company!!

I called this store and "Page" answers the phone. I ask if they stock bulk air conditioner hose, (a pause on the phone) then I hear her ask someone else if they carry bulk air conditioner hose. I could not here the other persons response, then Page returns to the phone and ask me what it fits. I ask her who else is working tonight that may know what I am talking about because obviously she doesn't know. SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE. I call back and ask to speak with someone else. SHE HANGS UP AGAIN. I call the manager to complain. He says she is probably just having a bad day. So it must be exceptable behavior at the Checotah orielly to have a bad day and hang up on people if you don't know what they want but don't want to let someone else help them. Get it together corporate. This is not the first issue with the personnel at this store. When I lived in Enid I bought 90% of my parts at Orielly. After move here and dealing with the checotah store I buy 90% of my parts on line from other venders just so I don't have to deal with some of the people in this store. This is probably the worst customer service parts store I have ever dealt with in 30 years of mechanics work and 5 years of working in parts stores. Shame on you Orielly. By the way corporate, action means a lot more then a cookie cutter cheesy responce to this review.

Terrible experience. Nobody greeted me when I walked in, nobody asked if I needed help, but the absolute worst part is their language. Every other word the employees used behind the counter was the F word. Won t be coming back.

Very impressed! I was waited on by a female employee who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I've had some rather poor experiences in the past with O'Reilly but I'd definitely return. Good job!

They need to hire adults who actually understand how to look up automotive and mechanical parts, as well as what parts go to what vehicle or implement, and how they work. It also wouldn't hurt for them to understand how to correctly operate the computer system and receipts records. I've gone and exchanged warrantied parts and they instead put it into the computer that I'd returned them, so when I went to do another warranty exchange on a part the warranties were voided, and I had to bum & borrow to pay for another new part/warranty.

Father in Law's car wouldn't start while at Casey's. Called O'Reilly's across the street a block. Assistant Manager not only was very helpful, he got his Jump pack, walked to Casey's in 90+ degree heat. Figured out the problem. Got the vehicle over to their store. Got a new battery which he installed and did so, so I wouldn't have to reprogram the vehicle to the new battery. Also, he was very respectful of my being a Veteran. Thank you.

They are always friendly and amazing to help and let you know what was wrong and how to fix it and if you ask them to help you fix it they will without a second thought. I love O'Reilly's

I was traveling from out of town when a check engine light came on. Fortunately I found an oreillys in Checotah. The guys that were working were amazingly helpful and went way beyond customer service. I shop at Oreillys anywhere I am located and need car parts or info. I have to say these guys were top notch and represent the o'Reilly's family better than I have ever seen.

They can usually get the parts I need in a day or two, if they don't have them in stock.

The parts were right. But the prices were a little high. I could get factory John Deere filters from John Deere for roughly 30% cheaper than O'Reilly would sell the Wix filters. Wix is a premium brand but I still think they shouldn't cost that much more than factory brand filters. Wix on the internet was cheaper everywhere but O'Reilly. That's my only complaint.
