Took my truck to this place based on a referral. Big mistake.1st off this crook told me I needed a full timing chain replacement to the tune of $4100. When I called him on the cost of repair he came down to $3700. Never showed me a diagnosis report or a code for this repair. Decided to wait until i could afford the work at a later date. A few days later my truck wouldn't start after leaving this place.I had it towed to them to diagnose it again.At this point I was told it was a dirty fuel injector, but they got it started.Had them put plugs and coil packs in to see if that helped my issues.Was told that I still needed a timing chain repair. Next day I had starting issues again and took it back to this shop and was told by Ken that it was my timing chain again. I told him at that point his wife told me it was a dirty injector. He stated nobody told me that.Just got my truck back from a Ford dealer who fixed my truck by replacing the fuel injector and told me the plugs I had install by Ken were gapped at .038 should be .052Tried to speak with this crook after getting the report and bill and he didn't even want to show me the diagnosis or work where they worked on my truck.Wanted me to leave his property or he would call the police.Bottom line folks is stay far away from this crook.He might be able to handle a flat tire or windshield wipers but I would never suggest anyone get any motor work done with this crook.I'd leave a zero star if I could.

JUST WOW! Kens Garage has been nothing but a pleasure to fix any vehicle. We thought our 2008 Jeep Wrangler X Limited 4 door detonator, yellow needed a whole clutch and plate replacement.After many attempts to get our Jeep to Ken and his AWESOME office manager Jen(who has the patience of Jobe)we finally had to pay $220 to have it towed by Prince towing of Checotah(we planed on the cost being a lot more)and can you believe we could not get that Jeep in gear but Ken hops in and just like that drives around and upon return ask us exactly what we needed his mechanical skills for a Jeep that drove quit nicely.So just in case asked if Ken could on the next work day of Monday to put up on jacks to see if everything underneath was good.All Ken found was a stripped bolt but other than that all good to go. All I m going to say about parts and labor is THANK YOU LORD FOR LEADING ME TO KEN WHOS OFFICE MANAGER IS AN ANGEL!So you want a auto shop that s honest, patient, affordable and oh yes very very VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE on the ins and outs of many if not ALL vehicles driving Oklahoma highways!Jen thank you so much for staying in the fight to get the mans Jeep he purchased on R&R from US Army 82nd Airborne Fort Bragg NC. Deployed to Afghanistan.Ken you are the man so thank you thank you THANK YOU!

They will take advantage of you and smile while doing it, this review is an honest one, these people should sale used cars not claim to fix them, whatever you take them will be worse when you get it back.

We drove in from Missouri to visit family. When we got up the next morning our vehicle wouldn t stay started.We had our vehicle towed to Ken s garage. They were anticipating not being able to check it same day.They ended up calling me just a few hours later with it already fixed. SAME DAY SERVICE!!! I had an incredible experience with Ken's Garage. My son and I were driving across the country from California to Georgia when our air conditioning went out on the morning of the third day. The weather was mid 90s and humid so not exactly "just roll down the windows" weather. I got online and saw good reviews for Ken's Garage and quickly called them as they were just a few miles ahead of us. Jennifer explained they were scheduling a couple weeks out but when I explained our situation she said to come on by and they'd take a look.We pulled up and within five minutes the car had been pulled around and was being examined. My son and I were made to feel at home in their waiting area and had a great conversation with Jennifer and other customers. Within an hour, they had identified the problem and solved it. Our bill was very reasonable and I would have gladly paid more for the service and kindness they showed. Thank you to Jennifer and the team! I will definitely stop by next time through the area to say hello and thank you again.

I took my car in because my battery kept dying and seemed to be overheating. I didn't know if it might be the alternator, the regulator, or total electrical problems. These guys checked my car from top to bottom and could find absolutely nothing wrong with it. In the end, they felt that it was probably my battery. They were so nice and honest, after all the hard work they did, they didn't even charge me a penny! I know someday I will have real car problems and when I do, I will definitely go back to them. I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Battery

I have had trouble with my little car, it actually broke down on the side of the road. I had to put it in the shop and they helped me get back on the road in less then 2 days. I also took it back to them another time for a major oil leak. Again, only 2 days. (because I brought it in a little late) Love it when they just fix what s needed and name a price. The front desk is always nice to my lil boy and very informative of what s going on.

Woke up on a Saturday morning in sub-freezing temperatures to a flat tire on our RV. Filled up the tire with a portable compressor and discovered we had a leaking valve stem. Called Ken's Garage and Ken said he could work us in. We were 10 miles away at a COE campground and made it to the shop. One of the techs was waiting for us and had us back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Awesome service! Thanks!Service: Tires

100 percent have not had an issue with this place and as a first time customer here they almost acted like I am already a regular. I didn't really have a chance to talk to the mechanics but if you have questions they are willing to help you out as much as they can. Honestly if I decided to ask for a long run down of what they are doing I'm pretty sure they would tell me even if I didn't understand a single word lol.As long as you are willing to do what they need to give a you a warranty the prices aren't that bad at all either. I will come again if I have need of a mechanic.

Good people. I thought they were good people for a while. Later time my wife took hr car in they tried to scam her. They told her she needed all four roters, all new brake pads, four new tires, new struts and it would run around $1900.00. I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They said the tires were fine, struts had no leaks and were fine. The roters were good. All it needed was new brake pads. It cost $225.00. Won't be using Ken's garage ever again. Crooks.

We always bring our automobiles here. They do great work and are the most honest people I've ever met. Jennifer and her husband own the shop and they're so easy to work with. They always stick by what they say.

I recommend Ken's Garage. I had emergency truck problems on several occasions. Even though they were booked up they worked me in same day. Fast, friendly and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Work was done and it was done right.

This was the best experience I ve had when I was going through not a fun situation. They really went above and beyond to ensure I could make it back home safely. It s rare that people are so genuinely kind and friendly and efficient in their job. If I didn t live in Texas this would be my car shop. This place is absolutely unbelievable. I want to start by giving a special thank you to Jennifer. Darling you were a light in a very dark time in my family's life. My family had decided to return home to West Virginia from Las Vegas, Nevada after a 4 yr stay. Covid hit hard where I was as it did everywhere, and I no longer had a job. Seemed like a good time to go back home. I took most of the money we had and bought a 1999 Ford Expedition. (Wanted way to much for a Uhaul across country, then have nothing to show for your money afterwards) Although I believe I did the right thing, the Expedition turned out to be all show, and nothing below because the front-end fell out from under it doing 70 down Highway 40. I had the truck and everything we owned inside it towed to Ken's Garage. They did everything in thier power to get my family and me back on the road as fast as they could. The work was excellent and the 8 hour ride home from there was amazing. Thank you Ken's Garage, and God bless you all....... And Jennifer, thank you for that special treat you did for my family. I believe there are many angels out there masquerading as regular people, and you are the sweetest one of them.

My elderly parents took their car to this shop for a fuel pump replacement. When my parents picked up the car it was running... but nearly every light on the dash is on (brake, TCS, etc..). The mechanics loosened the battery posts to replace the fuel pump, then didn t tighten them back, which stranded them in another town. Who does this???On top of all of this, the gas gauge doesn t work now and it did when the car was delivered to this shop. So now elderly people are driving around with no gas gauge (when it is around 100 degrees outside) and it s beeping because it thinks it s out of gas..The mechanics told my parents the car needed a new cluster.. which is not true because more than $600 later and the hassle of having a new cluster installed, that didn t correct the issue. Beware of taking your loved ones car here, it may be running.. but they will take your parents/grandparents money and leave their shop with more problems than they started out with.Pretty sure places like this go out of business soon.. I grew up there, poor quality mechanics don t last long. The dealership in Tulsa I had look it over said it was the sending unit on the fuel pump!!! Don t let anyone in your family take their car here!!!!

Straight shooting full featured auto repair. Wouldn't trust my vehicles with many others. Jen and Ken will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Highly recommend.

They will try and empty your pockets. Stay away. They lied about my head gasket being blown. Wanted to charge me 4700. When it was just the fan clutch and not what they told me.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Check engine light was on. They fixed what needed to be fixed and it didn't break the bank. Honest and quick. Highly recommend.

Do NOT use them, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unless you just want to get hijacked, then sure it's the perfect place for you.
