They were great! I was traveling and had a time crunch to get to my destination. They took my vehicle and looked at it the next day. Even though they were all booked out they still got my van ready to go in one day. I appreciated their kindness and ability to get me back on the road in 24hours.

Was traveling across the country from Arizona to North Carolina when all my lights came on and started flashing in my Subaru. I called them in a panic, they told me to come by so they could take a look, and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. They were so friendly and helpful and my dog got several dog treats. Our truck broke down in Checotah while traveling through OK. Ron and his crew were great at diagnosing the problem, ordering the correct parts and getting us back on the road. We are very thankful for his help. Checotah Auto Repair is awesome! My husband and I were stranded with a serious exhaust issue and 5 hours from home. They were able to immediately identify the problem and fixed it for a great price. We were back on the road by noon, only 4 hours behind schedule. They were super friendly and also offered to drive us to town so that we could get some breakfast. We are so grateful for all of their help!

2 hrs into my cross country roadtrip my car decided to brake down on I-40 just outside Checotah. I called Checotah Auto Repair and asked if they took emergency walk in repairs. Without hesitation they said yes; Ron even offered to come pick me up to escape the heat while I waited for AAA. Once my car was towed to Checotah Auto Repair they immediately started working on my car to figure out the issue. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable and safe while I was there. They were able to get me a great deal on parts and fix my car issues as soon as they could. Thank you for all the help Checotah Auto Repair! I made it safely to my west coast destination :)

IN A BIND? THESE GUYS GOT YOU COVERED! We were traveling and it was nearly 5 o clock.. this was the only shop in the area who would pick up the telephone!! Our wheel bearing had gone out so we were limping it. Found this place, called em up, received a quote over the phone, and 20 minutes later we were back on the road!! Best of all the repair was a great VALUE! Because we only needed the hub assembly replaced, I can't speak to their expertise. I dont mean I wouldn't trust them with a tougher job, I would, I'm just saying I can't speak on that from personal experience (giving an honest review here). These guys will help you out no matter what if you're in a bad situation. You can even call their number posted outside the shop if you're stranded and they've closed!! It is obvious they ACTUALLY care. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ron and his crew were fantastic. Our car broke down a few miles outside of town. The towing company that we used said they were the best around. Ron quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken timing chain. My wife and 3 year old twin grandchildren were 2 hrs from home. Ron gave us plenty of time to get our car back to where we lived. On the day were to pick up the car, we decide to purchase a new truck from the local dealership. Although we didn't get our car repaired there Ron was more than reasonable and very understanding of our plight. Thanks Again Ron>

Checotah Auto Repair is undoubtedly the best place, with the best people!! I had an accident while traveling on I-40 earlier this week. It was initially very stressful, as I was a female traveling alone, and was more than 3 hours away from my home in Dallas. Ron and his amazing crew couldn't have taken better care of me! There were quite a few things that needed fixed on my car to make it drivable again and I was very nervous about it being safe to drive home because of the condition that it was in. Ron assured me that he would take care of both my car and me in the way that he would want his wife or daughter to be cared for if they were in the same situation. Not only did he work extremely hard to make my car drivable in 24 hours, but he and his guys made sure that I was well taken care of. They drove me to a friendly little restaurant to get a good, hot meal, and also found a hotel for me to stay the night, carried my bags in and told the employee there of my situation and asked them to see that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality didn't end when I left; Ron checked in on me even after I returned home to ensure that I had arrived safely and ask about my progress here in Dallas with the insurance adjusters and body shop. Thank you, Ron, and your wonderful staff! I only wish that I lived closer to Checotah so that you could do all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD.....Took my 2010 Camaro SS to get A/C fixed. They said it was a thermostat in the dash that had went bad. It took them 3 1/2 days to change a thermostat. I had to pay for the service before they let me have my car. As I drove off the A/C STIL DIDNT WORK! I took my car right back. They then told me the Compressor had just went out. THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY!! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS GARAGE!!!!!

I was traveling across the US (from CA to PA) and started having car problems in the snow (sputtering and low speeds). I stopped by Checotah Auto Repair and they took care of me. Ron (the owner) made sure I felt comfortable driving in the snowy conditions before I left. After telling my dad about the experience- he wished we had a trusted place like that to go to in PA. Thanks Checotah Auto Repair for making a traveling gal feel safe on the road!

The folks at Checotah Auto Repair took a look at my car that had steering issues while on a road trip. I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism, service and knowledge. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't use anyone else!

Awesome people and excellent service! Even finished 3 hours early so we could get back on the road ASAP. In addition they were so kind to pick us up at the place we were staying. We are really grateful and can't thank you guys enough for everything. Thank you!!

Deserve a zero- review. My 19 yr old son was traveling from Texas to U of Arkansas. Stopped for gas and noticed he had red fluid leaking so took it to Chekotah Auto Repair. They told us that he had a major trans fluid leak between engine and transmission. They don't work on that so he needs to drive 20 miles to Muskogee. I told him go to O'Reilly's and top off trans fluid first. O'Reilly's showed him a BROKEN POWER STEERING HOSE that he is repairing on his own in the parking lot. You are correct Chekotah Auto Repair. You should not be working on Transmissions, or anything else.

Theses guys went above and beyond to help us. Broken exhaust manifold on I40. Very friendly staff. Made us feel at home. Got us on the road as quickly as they could.

My car broke down a few miles from here. Called them and they lmk what tow company to call and they let me know what was wrong with my car and all really fast. They even let me hang out in the shop and dropped me off at a restaurant to wait for my ride.
