Purchased a 2017 Silverado from Eric and Daryl at Randy Bowen Chevrolet GMC in Chandler OK. Arguably the easiest and hassle free buying experience I ve had. Erik and Daryl were great to work with and they made the deal the smoothest, quickest purchase I believe I ve ever had. They got me into the truck I was looking at and a payment $100 less than I was expecting. Had my 4yo son with me and they treated him like one of their own. Highly recommend Erik, Daryl, and the rest of the crew at Randy Bowen Chevrolet GMC in Chandler.

I just recently bought a car from Randy Bowen Chevrolet and it was by far the best car buying experience I ve had. They made sure that I was a well informed buyer, they stayed late so we could finish all the paperwork and all around were so helpful and kind. I couldn t recommend this dealership enough. On top of the great hospitality you ll get a great deal on any car there because they don t charge doc fees. Definitely go to this dealership for all your car buying needs!

I recently purchased a truck from Randy Bowen Chevrolet, specifically from Daryl Bowen. It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! And what makes it even more impressive is that I came from Colorado to buy this truck, initially because of their great prices but the experience ended up being truly amazing because of the personal service I received. I will look to buy all of my vehicles from them in the future just because of how well I was treated. Thank you Daryl!

Customer service was excellent. I was able to drop off a check and information and the forms were prepared so that I could come back at a convenient time. They made it so easy to buy my new truck. I really appreciate that because we have an active family with 3 boys.

Daryl at Randy Bowen went ABOVE and BEYOND when it came to helping us find the exact vehicle we wanted. From the color down to the specs. So thankful to have found a dealership that doesn t hassle or pressure you about a vehicle. It was the most easy experience ever. Will definitely go back if we need to get another vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2022 GMC Canyon AT4, Erik Henry was my contact at the dealership.It was hands down the BEST truck buying experience,, I've bought from every dealership in the city,, i will never go anywhere else but Randy Bowen Chevrolet GMC in Chandler,OKErik answered every question, made this a very easy, stress free buying enviroment.Darrell was great as well,, also answered every possible question.I will admit I am credit challenged,, they got me approved with a great interest rate,I PAID LESS FOR THIS NEW TRUCK THEN MOST USED TRUCKS ARE BEING SOLD FOR,,, GREAT DEAL!!!!!!!I RECOMMEND 100%

Best vehicle purchase experience! Decided to stop on a drive between Tulsa & OKC and we looked at a couple of vehicles and compared packages/options with Erik. He suggested I go online & build out the features I wanted to narrow down make/models/options packages...I did and the exact Yukon I wanted showed In Transit to Randy Bowen dealership. I called Erik and it had arrived but was still on the truck, so we went back the net day, drove it & bought it. Erik & Daryl were friendly & great to work with. No pressure & very helpful-worth the short drive from OKC. We highly recommend Randy Bowen Chevy/GMC!

I stopped in for the first time on a Saturday morning I had a check in my hand and new what I wanted! Erik and Daryl were great made things easy, we didn t have to hem and haw they just went the distance and got me what I wanted! I was out before lunch with my 2024 Custom 2500- gassed up, some extras installed THAT day...even a couple free hats my girls! I appreciate y all making it simple the way it should be!! I got all my docs in the mail a few days later all ready to go to the tag office!! Super Simple!! A++ Thanx again fellas!!

Eric, Daryl, and Pat were all wonderful to work with from day one! I let Eric know that I was on a list at another dealership for a 2023 Chevy Equinox RS that I wanted, so he and Daryl worked with me on getting a comparable one they had (but nicer! More blackout on the trim, leather on the seats, and tinted windows) at the same price and I didn t have to wait the 8 weeks the other dealership told me it was going to be. Definitely glad we went with Randy Bowen! They are some good people!!!

Our college age daughter went car shopping one day alone at Randy Bowen Chevrolet GMC. They treated her like family. They didn t have exactly what she wanted, and they went out of their way to find her the one she wanted. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly each time we visited the dealership from her first visit to the delivery day. I would highly recommend anybody car shopping to head to Chandler, OK to pay them a visit at Randy Bowen Chevrolet GMC. Thank you, especially to Daryl and Bill for taking care of our daughter like she was one of your own!

I ve been looking for a few months for my daughter a car for her 16th birthday. I ve dealt with a lot of dealerships more than I ever have while trying to purchase a vehicle. A lot of this had to do with availability, some had to do with dealerships being dishonest. We could have gone to Texas and saved some money and had some extra add-ons, but in a way, I m glad we didn t. Having a local dealership and a dealership we can trust, means more than a $1-2k in savings. I have not owned a Chevy for quite a while. If Chevrolet provides customer service and satisfaction like Randy Bowen Chevrolet, our next vehicle might very well be another Chevy!

Overall, a good service experience that compared favorably with bad experiences I'd had with two other local dealerships. Their lobby is clean and neat and they provide free beverages and snacks, which is always a nice touch. I drove a ways to get two service needs taken care of at once, and while getting everything covered under warranty as it should have been took more than a bit of extra time, insistence, and management escalation, this dealership ultimately did the right thing and got the bedliner replaced under warranty and the parking assist feature added. I was very grateful that they did this even though I hadn't removed the tonneau cover prior to coming in. Not only that, but when they put the cover back on, they did it the right way whereas I had it mounted incorrectly. They even washed the truck before giving it back to me. Thank you especially to the dealership's GM - if I decide to go with another brand they carry next time, I'll give them the first chance at selling it to me.

I got the oil changed in my trax. They got me in quickly they day after I called. It didn't take them but about 45 minutes to change it. The only complaint I had was that they had Fox News on in the waiting area. I feel that as a public service company they should have an atmosphere that isn't filled with lies. As to the service of my car and the attitudes of the employees it was a great experience.
