What happened? This place used to have great prices. Still good people & service but the price for a cheap-made-CHINESE radiator is "Rediculous"! But $270.?? I found the same one for "$80.00" Brand-New!Research First is highly recommended.

Wether you're working on a project car or need new windshield wipers the employees here are absolutely on point. Seriously ask them anything, bring your car, ask for some advice for your build...somebody here has the knowledge to help.

They really do make it simpler... ordered parts online and then received reminders on other items that I may want to order... which I did. Later returning cores was simple.

Very upset. My wife went in earlier today and I m not sure who the employees were but they were very rude and disrespectful. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. She is 30 weeks pregnant and was carrying in parts and asked for help with some truck batteries to be carried inside and was ignored multiple times and had to bring them in herself STRUGGLING while the only assistance or help she got was from another customer. Not acceptable.

They were open and nearby on our trip through this area. Needed some supplies while traveling and was happy to see that this location was open on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. Not sure how they are all the time but the folks were pleasant and helpful and we were able to get what we needed when we needed it.

I love this store. I like the little gadgets they have, but most of all the service has always been good. I have never felt out of place or uncomfortable there like I have a lot of auto parts stores.

Michael, Cody and Ricky; and pretty much all the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. They've saved me time and money on several occasions. Sorry, nobody gets 5 rating. Ever. Except Jesus Christ.

Used to be an excellent place, but called them tonight to see if they'd wait because we needed a brake caliper, found it was bad as we were trying to change brake pads. They said they would wait then locked up before we got there and they said it took us too long to get there from Davenport. I'll never spend another dime at that place. Very poor attitude.

While traveling from OK City back to Arkansas, my wheel bearing went out on my 2001 Dodge 3500. I was able to make it to Orielys in Chandler OK in bad shape. The staff there was not only courteous, but went above standard expectations to assist me in getting my truck back on the road. A staff member retrieved jack stands from his on truck for me to use, brought out a large floor jack from the store, and reassured me to simple ask if there was any way he could help. I was very moved by their kindness, understanding, and support. Truly a bright light for the Orielys cooperation.

The employees are alot better in person than on the phone highy recommend in person! From my experiences they are usually busy and can assist you better in person!

I went into the O'Reilly auto part store in Edmond for wiper blades, only to find out they didn't have the correct size. They offered to order them, but I was just passing through and decided to shop closer to home.After getting off the Turnpike at Chandler, we stopped at the O'Reilly store to see if they had them. The man who helped me was so nice, and knowledgeable about what I needed, plus showed me the difference in price verses quality. He had just the right sizes... my Nisson has three different size wipers!After I purchased them, he put my new wipers on, and took the old ones to the trash.I have decided that the Chandler store is where I will do all of my auto part shopping from now on. This one man showed me what real home town shopping is all about!

I was driving out of town from Northeast Oklahoma/Northwest Arkansas today (July 4th), and my battery indicator light came on, so based on good counsel, I decided to drive to the nearest O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. My friend and I wanted to visit an elderly couple we know. There were no shops open where I could tow my car to replace my broken alternator belt, and unfortunately, I didn't know how to do it myself. The saff at O'Reilly Auto Parts were very helpful, and I am also thankful for a customer who noticed our need an volunteered to help put the alternator belt in for us. If this O'Reilly Auto Parts was in my town, I would definitely be going there!
