Wanted a 1/8 inch titanium drill bit. Wife came back with a stubby (short) Left Hand High speed steel. Said the woman there said that was it. Called and the woman laughed and thought it was funny. I said I don't think it was funny. She should be fired. Management needs to read this but I'm sure they would probably laugh too. Don't buy anything from this worthless place

The owners are professional, patience, and kind. They truly care about people. They have quality parts and materials. Napa is a leader in our community they are a shining example of how this country was founded and ment to be ran. Like a fine tuned machine. I congratulate Napa for being apart of Bills auto and Bills auto for their year's of service. Respectfully Darlene Harbert.

I gave used NAPA AUYO PARYS FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE TOP OF THE LINE AUTO PARTS AND ARE VERY FRINDLY AND HEALPFULL PEOPLE.
