Very weird place at night. Me and two other people stayed 3 days and started to notice something odd about the 2nd day then the 3rd night we re just sitting on our beds and we hear a recording noise as in if you have a iPhone and press record it makes that noise.. we start looking around and find blood on both bed mattresses and a hand print on the inside of the door and there were scratches on the walls there s a place in the floor that feels like a door to something and a place in the top of the closest that has a opening, there were also a pair of dirty socks in there. We decided to call Lincoln county police and they sent a chandler officer, it was a woman, she did a inspection on it and seen the blood and everything else, she said she didn t want to touch it and there s not really anything she can do unless there was a dead body. We explained the recording noise and she said she s aware of small cameras blinking a red and green light and you can find it by turning all the lights off and taking your iPhone camera and looking around, also the Indian at the front office seems very nonchalant. There s a lot more to the story but basically DO NOT STAY HERE, it s very unusual. EDIT: I forgot to add the first day we stayed we didn t think we would stay another night but ended up going back and paying for another night, we got the same room. #205

This is a very old throwback to the days of touring Route 66 and the bungalow hotels that dotted America's highway. Indian owned and Indian decorated I have to emphatically express how clean and comfortable this place is for it's age. The bed was a firm foam mattress making a very comfortable sleep. The sheets laundry clean. The bath though tiny is very clean and the shower was excellent. Updated wood simulant floor, new sink, and meaty towels made the bath as good as the higher price chain places.. Soap and shampoo was nicely presented and more than adequate, very appreciated. So, even though this place is worn down and way out of date, and can easily be passed by as an eyesore, this tiny room was a comfortable clean little jewel. Surprise yourself.

well this place was a bit pricey for such an old establishment but it wasn't a bad visit. Beds are kind of old you can tell just about everything is old in this place except the TV. but they were friendly and nice and gave us no problems. I would stay here again but hopefully At a discounted rate. this is an og motel from route 66 which is why I booked it on my route 66 tour I took my kids on.

Unfortunately the cottages share two rooms and I'm not sure because I haven't regained my smell but we wonder if it was smoking next door or just the age of the building but my husband who is now on oxygen at 50 yrs old could not stay in our room. He immediately couldn't inhale in there. We checked in and had to immediately check out. I am waiting but think we weren't charged so that is a plus to the place. It's a cute fun looking place to stay.

This is one of those places you would expect me to say You get what you pay for, however, this 35-50$ hotel charges 90$ so save yourself the headache and just drive the extra 20 minutes. This run down shack costs the same as a standard hotel but has no amenities and the lodging is in horrid condition.

Price so high for this kind of motel, service, and clean in the rooms.I took a shower and at the 3 min to began with me shower the hot water running out, I reported and the office just said I need wait 10 minutes to go back to continue with my shower. I CAN BELIEVE THAT THEY SAID THAT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SHOWER COMPLETELY NAKE AND WITH MY BODY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BATH SOAP

Do not stay here. They have bedbugs and cockroaches. They charged me $188 for two rooms. I do not recommend this to anybody else, and I will never be staying here again.Rooms: They have bedbugs and cockroaches.

Pretty decent stop- bathroom, toilet, shower, sheets /bed was clean and smelled fine, but under the bed looks like it had not been vacuumed in years and the carpet was pretty bad. The other disappointment was that the neon sign was only partially working on both sides. Still a neat and historic spot to stay.

It's perfect when settling in for the night. Especially driving on the mother road (Route 66). There's a bowling alley nearby, a Walmart, and a wonderful town to stroll through. You might see the brick road that is covered by tar (see in photo). This motel in other people might suck but it's perfect in my eyes. Thank you Lincoln Motel for being open on times that are hard for other small businesses. "Get Your Kicks On Route 66"

This place needs some work. Our room had scratches on the walls that should be patched and painted. Entry door was dirty, needed to be washed and painted. Need to be vacuumed under the beds. Dust on the ac/heat unit inside. Clerk at front desk not overly friendly. I suggest staying someplace else.

The nearby road was a bit noisy, but the rooms were cute little cabin style outside. Clean inside and out. Comfortable bed. Room has a microwave, mini fridge, flat screen tv (wall mounted), chairs and dresser. Well worth the price! My only real complaints were that the internet wasn't working for us and the heater in the room was very noisy.

Rooms are niche with the old fashion cabins but the quaintness is where it ends. The room is very small and poorly laid out. The television is an old CRT attached to an extension cord with a scramble box attached. Every time I plugged my phone into the surge protector (the only outlet I could find) the TV and incredibly outdated air-conditioner would turn off. The shower head was broken and there was no bed side lamp (just overhead). The room was clean though and staff were friendly.I like the niche and quaint but this place felt like it couldn't figure out if it wanted to be "old fashion" or modern and updated.

The room was very well used (old linens, very worn carpet, no amenities except for the wifi which we could not get a signal on). against my better judgement at the overpriced room of 60 dollars on a weeknight, we stayed because we had driven a long way. on the day of departure, we almost had everything completely loaded just 15 minutes after checkout. the owner felt the need to tell us that it was check out time and we needed to go now. I will Drive the 150 miles to the city to get a room before I will stay there again. The yard where we were supposed to take our dogs was full of stickers.

The room that we were in, 101, has no heat and the toilet doesn't flush. It was warmer outside than in the room. This is the first time we've had problems with the room, usually there are no major issues, as we've stayed there a few times.

Cute place, great retro feel, but weird room layouts and design choices. Ancient CRT TVs and cable that cuts out if you bump the cheap power strip. Good price and clean rooms though.

well dated as a one would expect a historic hotel to be, but with updated amenities, mini fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, cable tv, ac... my room was and a bit worn, could use a little work maybe fresh paint, but overall clean, quiet, comfortable bed and reasonably priced, my stay was short ans sweet. I wished the area felt more walkable after all the driving, but it is rt66 so I got a bag of ice upon checkout and got back on the road :)

LOVED MY STAY HERE!The room service is amazing, and the owner is the friendliest ever, he isnt inpatient and he is very kind. Although the bed is on the firm side, i enjoyed my stay here! So if you need a place driving through route 66 near chandler. Then licoln motel is the way to go!

Stayed one night at this place and we verrrrrry surprised. It's not a real modern place but place was super clean .and though a lot of the lamps and furniture was old stuff it had been well cared for and in good shape. If I'm ever in the area again I won't hesitate to stay again..oh and the staff was very friendly also.

Even though the rooms are old and outdated, this has to be one of the cleanest hotels we have ever been in. When we first arrived we were very leary and wondered what we had gotten ourselves into, but once in the room I was surprised at how clean and well taken care of it was. We now stay here several times a year and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very accomodating staff. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Was visiting the area for work and found this place to be just what I needed. Sonic and other restaurants nearby if you need to grab lunch / dinner. Walmart is nearby as well.

This place cost way to much for one, we just lost our house, camper and truck to a fire and the only thing we wanted was to be able to have our dog with us, we have no where to go except here, the price didn't really bother us yeah could be cheap especially by week, but all we wanted was our dog....tell us we can't have him here our we gotta go, our baby isn't nothing but a lover the only problem you will have is he will try to lick you.

Stayed here in a pinch for a business meeting in Chandler. Strange and odd characters wandered the parking lot at night wearing Christmas lights. Very nice staff. Not worth the price tag and needs better pillows.

Small, musty smelling room. Bed hard squeeled, fitted sheet did not stay on, wall paper drooping in spots, ac effective but noisy. Not worth the money.
