My 75 yo mother lives with us, and I left her with the responsibility of allowing a tech to service our heater. She said the technician was prompt, knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. LOVE these guys! They are the best about communicating when they'll arrive, and arriving on time. They are kind, friendly, honest and stand behind their work. The membership program is a plus, too. They call US each spring and fall to check our system so we don't have to keep track of our maintenance schedule. Caldwell is extremely good at their business. Mike has always been on time, work excellent. Caldwell put in a brand new RUUD, central heat air system and new aluminum duct work. Ive lived in the chandler area over 20 plus yrs, wont use anyone else for my ac heating services! Professional, great communication and accurate bids. Had an overhead heater installed in my garage after contacting other companies in Chandler who said they would show and never did I stopped by Caldwells and made an appointment. They scheduled a time to come out and bid the job and schedule a date. They showed up on time the day of the installation worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job on cleaning up after the job was completed. They also took the time to go over the features of the heater and proper operation and recommended I install a CO monitor in the event the heat exchanger ever cracked. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I was in desperate need of repair to my HVAC heater portion. I called the day after our snowstorm and was happily surprised to have a technician to my house within an hour. This is my new favorite Heating and Air company in Chandler. I will definitely call back in the future!! Very pleased with the prompt response to schedule my recent requested service call. Serviceman was right on time to get to the bottom of my heating issue. I so appreciated the friendly and professional work accomplished. Every question I asked was welcomed and answered to my satisfaction. I will not hesitate to call Caldwell Heating if in the future I have an issues at either of my properties.

We have used Caldwell s for several years now. We had an aging unit that we kept running for several thanks to them. They just finished a full replacement and we couldn t be happier. They are always professional and friendly. They take the time to explain your options and don t try and slam through details using the jargon of their industry. They have also always arrived when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work in the Lincoln County area.

I have used Caldwell Heating & Air for years and they are very professional, prompt and informative in letting me know what s going on with what they are working on. Pricing has always been extremely affordable and if there is ever an option I m always given one!! As honest as you could ask for in a service company! I highly recommend!!!

Professional personnel arrived when they said they would. Same day service call provided by knowledgeable technician. Quickly diagnosed problem and repaired with new part already on truck, did not need to return later with part. Only replaced part that was bad, not parts to make an extra sale. Arrived, diagnosed, and repaired in under an hour.

Caldwells has earned my business for life. The head guy knows his stuff, very very knowledgeable. They work with you on payments and dont harass you monthly. I will never do business with anyone else. They have bailed me out in the heat of the summer SEVERAL times, including holidays and weekends. I'm very appreciative of this business.
