Super smooth. Dropped my civic off in the middle of the night. They had my car fixed and ready within 12 hours of them opening the next morning. Super helpful and informative! 10/10

Everyone is so very nice! When I called, she was really professional. When I came in, everyone was attentive and made sure I was being helped. She gave me a quote of about an hour, but it only took about 15 minutes to get my car back there. Then, it was about 15 to 20 minutes to figure out how the battery was bolted in. It was really difficult. They didn't get upset at all. The guys were so nice and helpful! They installed my battery and was very reasonable! Where I bought the battery couldn't install it because it was too difficult. They didn't want to mess with it. If you have to go anywhere, come here! Love everyone here! They definitely saved me a ton of money!

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in finding and installing a set of new tires for my work truck. Price out the door was exactly same when finished, didn t try to sell me additional services or warranties when checking out, I really appreciate that. Will buy all my future tires from here.

Visit was easy and painless. Called before hand and the nice employee on the phone told me to bring in my car. When I got there I was greated nicely, she checked me in I dropped my car off and with in an hr it was done. When I picked it up a very friendly and cheerful front counter lady billed me out. I will be back.

I got friendly service. Fair price. The quality of the work they did for me was perfect. Change oil and install some rear struts on my tailgate of my Tahoe. Now it won t be bonking me in the head when I get my golf clubs out. Highly recommend.

Never had a bad experience at this location. They re always super helpful and educational on what is going on with your vehicle.Staff is friendly and professional, they handle all services in a timely manner and are sure to update you in case of any delays or if they ll need to keep the car longer than expected.5/5

Was having transmission problems, even though they don't do transmissions DJ had one of his mechanics drive my car and let me know how I should handle the problem. Also told me how to adjust my headlights when no one else could. Thank you so much.

Quick service, and great staff! I work with a lot of shops in the Tulsa Catoosa area.Crystal and her technicians were very accommodating and did a great job from the start to the finish! Terrible experience I never have somebody lie to me so much I went to have my brakes change in the lie to me. They told me that my brakes were terrible. I went home. I checked them myself and they were fine. They charge me $575 in my brakes were fine I never coming back is the worst place I ever been and I am I wanna go back to get my money back. You guys are robbing people I want to refund you guys should not be in business.

Bunch of Scammers here. They said $1040 for water pump replace. What a bunch of idiots. I replaced for $230 in different shop.

Well I gave a 5 star because of previous experiences mainly with oil changes. But they mounted tires for me and a few weeks later I had a valve stem dry rot and break cause they didn't replace the valve stems. Didn't thunk you had to ask for that, it's usually just done but not here I guess

I had a flat tire at 4:00 pm on Friday. Even though they were swamped with customers, they gave me a good estimate of how long it would take. Then, they got my tire fixed, tires rotated and oil changed. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend using the Catoosa Tate Boys.

Absolute fantastic service! I woke up at our hotel with a flat & a big nail in my tire. Tate Boys got me in immediately and fixed the tire so I could get to my boys baseball tournament and drive back home safely later.They were so kind, fast & extremely professional.

Wow! Words cannot express how amazing the staff is as well as their work. I have always come here for my vehicle but today was the first time I brought my special needs child as my babysitter canceled. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. They gave me a part of the room, let me block it off with chairs, and put cartoons on the TV for him. And besides that they were all so understanding of his condition. Words can't express how happy I am that I came here. Their work is just as good as their customer service as well. I can guarantee I will be a lifelong customer! Big thanks to the entire staff. Crystal really stood out for me. But they were all very amazing!

The two ladies that work the desk are amazing! The customer service is always great and go above and beyond to help you with whatever situation you are in. I specifically go to this location because I know I m not getting taken advantage of just because I m a female which has happened before at other car places. I plan to always take my vehicles here for maintenance!

I have to say I am impressed by these guys at Tate Boys. Treated me with kindness and friendliness. Nathan and Crystal couldn t be anymore amazing. Explained every single thing that was wrong with my vehicle. To top it off I believe it was the manager the bigger set guy he also made sure that I knew he also gave me a coupon to fix another issue that I didn t have a clue about. Thanks guys I will be here again.

I received phenomenal service here and would return in a heartbeat if I lived in the Tulsa area. Beginning with great customer service from Forrest which continued throughout my experience with all the employees. I was stranded out of town with my dog and they were so helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone anytime!

I'm impressed real impressive clean new building busy that's good tells me other customers shop here too. The staff were clean dressed and alert attentive too my words patient with me explaining my needs from them. Gave the key and bam it was out of parking lot and in a bay luckity split.I took these pictures and started this review as I say and waited on the services.The waiting areas were clean the showroom was up to date and yeah I feel confident this business is legit and professional to each and every one of us customers I approve this message I'm 55 years old I got a little bit of experience in tire shops okay..

Absolutely love this location! They are fast, friendly & efficient. I had to have a tired looked at and they repaired it in a quick manner. Plus when you have kiddos with you, they have water & popcorn while you wait. The waiting area is always clean.

Just moved to the area and was given great reviews about Tate Boys. Went in for an alignment and they found an issue I was not aware of. For this I can t speak highly enough. You found the right place in Tate Boys!

I would suggest fixing this problem. If a customer gets an alignment do a before and after print off. All reputable shops do alignment print offs for their customers because it shows honesty and transparency on the before and after. My wife requested a print off and was told they don t do that anymore. When I called I was told the monitor is broken and hasn t printed anything off for years. The lady on the phone was nice and offered to put vehicle back on the rack and take a picture, my wife had already left the store so I declined.
