Great group of guys here! I was in a rough situation when they hired me. I m also a SAP driver. Lance and Roy both helped me with my rehire testing. It is very difficult to find a place that will do that! We are basically a family here. We look out for each other. And just like any family we have little feuds as well. Our shop manager Mike has turned the shop around. It has come a long way and still has more to go. We are all working together to make this place great! Marissa in the office is very professional and works super hard to make sure the shop gets there parts ASAP. She handles a great deal of things. They now have placed one of our top drivers Zane in a night pusher position. Also we have recently hired a night mechanic. We may seem to have some truck issues. Our mechanic team in the shop work more hours than just about anyone there. They do their best to fix them on the spot. I love how relaxed it is at the yard. I truly enjoy coming to work because of everyone I have the pleasure of working with. If you don t like sarcasm, jokes, honesty, hard work, and long hours, this is not the place for you.

This has been the best job I ve ever experienced by far. just like any water truck company it has quite some issues especially with the water trucks but the time I spend helping in the shop and see the mechanics fix all the problems these trucks have, they usually get the issue fixed. I definitely recommend working at Knowles especially if you need trucking experience or if you need a job security job that you will always get paid for what you work!

Just like any company it has its little issues. But I have been with the company for 2 years. Great coworkers that look after each other. Roy and Ted are great supervisors and great people to work for.

Trucks are complete garbage, they make you drive trucks that arent safe to drive and they underpay, just go somewhere else.PS: FIX YOUR DAMN PUMPS IM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO WAIT 1 HOUR FOR YOUR DRIVERS TO UNLOAD WHEN IT TAKES EVERYONE ELSE 12 MINUTES.

Do NOT recommend working here they will work you like a dog and only offer you 60 hrs every other week 70+ is a LIE equipment is run down and Lance is a liar

If you like being FORCED to do illegal things.......then THIS is the job for you! If you like living dangerously and driving a truck that leaks, is rusted, and has no brakes...apply here.....

good place to work, great group of guys to work with and the money is good and there is always work to do to keep you busy
