Shane and Crystal are awesome. I had some repairs there done that are not standard on most RV repair places. Their prices are very reasonable as well as friendly service. When they were working on my camper, they let me know what they found and if it could be repaired rather than just replacing it, then letting me know afterward. (Had this happen on vehicles.) I am so excited about not having a toilet leaking or the grey water lines spilling water when dumping. Last summer we had all four tires on the camper have blow-outs on the way to our destination. The under-belly coverings got all tore out. It wasn't enough to justify a whole underbelly replacement, but it was enough that duct tape just wouldn't do. Ask Shane if he could make a patch work instead of doing the whole trailer. And he DID! So excited with the added A/C unit. This summer is all about the LAKE!

I happen to find Family First RV Service on Facebook when I was looking for a local RV repair company. I reached out to them to run a diagnostic on our very first RV. They were able to get to us in a reasonable timeframe and let us know within 24 hours how the diagnosis turned out. Not only that but I have messaged them a couple of times with newbie RV owner questions and they have been so amazing and patient with our dumb beginner questions! Thank you Crystal and Shane for being amazing!!

My wife & I were returning from Yuma, AZ back to WI, when we encountered an interior lighting problem with our motorhome. They came to the campground outside Guthrie, OK on A SATURDAY to fix our motorhome. The part needed wasn't available locally, you were able to make a safe temporary fix until we got back to WI. We selected Family First RV Service based on reviews we read here. We definitely weren't disappointed. Your knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and methodical approach to find the problem is definitely appreciated. My wife & I can't express our thanks enough to you.Sincerely,Chuck & Karla

Would not hesitate to use Family First RV again. Shane, James and Crystal were very communicative and friendly (Crystal even immediately sent me a text message when she wasn t able to answer my phone call while talking to another customer). I had a furnace issue I needed repaired fairly quickly. I dropped the 5th wheel off with them on a Monday late afternoon, on Thursday the same week they had it ready to pick up.

It was hot and they got my ac fixed promptly! I have an older RV and some harder to find parts set us back a day or two. That is just parts and reflects nothing on how fast they were able to provide their services on the camper! They went above and beyond when I threw in asking to fix my heater broken for several years!! They will give you the home town treatment not like the big city guys who want you to bring the camper to them and not be able to live in it while they take days to fix it for 2x the price!! Highly recommended!!

Shane is amazing! Was using another repair guy who had my furnace out of my camper for 3 months and kept giving me the go around on when it ll be back to me and what the issue was. Got it back and it was not working. Friend of mine referred me to Shane, he told me two weeks out roughly, got to me in under a week and had me going in about an hour and half. Absolutely great job! Will always use Shane! Best part of all he shows up and gets the job done in a very timely matter!

Shane and Crystal were both so helpful in getting our AC repaired. We travel in our fifth wheel for work and of course our AC went out when we got here. The 100�+ weather made it impossible to stay in our RV with our son and we needed help, fast! I spoke with many techs who said they would be unable to help until mid August but Shane and Crystal worked with us to get out as quickly as possible which we so appreciated. Shane came out today and had our new AC unit installed and blowing cold air in no time! He was super professional and kind and his wife Crystal went above and beyond to help me with our warranty company. If you are needing work done on your camper, definitely give Shane and Crystal a call!

Just had an AC go out on my 5th wheel. Spoke with Shane over the phone he came out, he was able to worked with my warranty to get it replaced. The install went great and they had me back going with very little out of pocket! Very professional team! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Shane and his brother in law came to me after I've called 3 other repair companies and had my slide out fixed in just over a hour. We called Shane to help fix a water issue on our 5th wheel toy hauler. Before Shane even came out, he'd researched the issue so we could have the part before he got there. He switched out the water pump in less than an hour. He was efficient and responsive, with good communication throughout the whole process. We will use Shane again (if needed) and would highly recommend him.

I arrived in Oklahoma and had hydraulic issues. Shane was very easy to talk to and everything fixed up in no time. As long as I m working here I will be calling him every time I need repairs! Highly recommend!

Our heater was out in our 5th wheel so we found Family First RV repair thru our search engine. We called on a Tuesday and they returned our call promptly and said they could be out by Friday maybe Monday. Much to our surprise the called and said they could come Thursday. They drove close to 100 miles to us, got us all fixed up and in no time were on their way. Reasonable pricing too! We will definitely use them again and highly recommended them to anyone!

I had a leak in the roof of my cargo trailer & really needed it fixed before a trip to Texas. They were able to get it in quickly & reseal all my seams so I didn't have to stress about everything potentially getting wet & ruined. We went thru a huge storm after we got to Texas & didn't have any issues. Thank you so much!!

I noticed my slide was rotting out, had to be at work with my camper the next week. Shane got my camper in and fixed within a week and for a more than reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend

I bought a 5th wheel that needed repairs and haven t had time to mess with it. Shane came out. Repaired my toilet and tank that was leaking and also got my AC running and tested everything to make sure I m road ready. Never traveled in a 5th wheel as an adult and he gave us a crash course and lots of great tips. I will be using him for all of our travel trailer needs.Service: Air conditioning
